I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service at Titan Auto & Tire, and I couldn't be more impressed. As a woman who has felt taken advantage of by mechanics in the past, the care and attention I received from Matt at Titan Auto & Tire were truly refreshing.After being told by another company that my tire needed replacement, I decided to seek a second opinion from Titan Auto & Tire. Matt not only took the time to listen to my concerns but also went above and beyond to address them. Instead of blindly pushing for a costly replacement, he suggested leaving the tire with them for a closer inspection.Within a few hours, Matt called me back with the good news - my tire was salvageable, and a replacement wasn't necessary. His honesty and transparency throughout the process were commendable, and it's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority at Titan Auto & Tire.I can't express enough how grateful I am for their integrity and expertise. Thanks to Matt and the team at Titan Auto & Tire, I now have a go-to mechanic I can trust. If you're looking for honest and reliable service, I highly recommend giving them a visit!

I have a little bit different of a review. I m a Skills Trainer for students who have disabilities. One of our students has an interest in the automotive industry, so I reached out to the manager, Bruce, for a tour of their facility and asked if he could tell the students a little bit about what work they do and how he got to where he is professionally. Bruce was incredibly enthusiastic about coordinating this for us and when we arrived, it was clear Bruce prepared for our visit and made sure to share his knowledge with the students. He was incredibly engaged with the students and patient with us. He even gave us some t-shirts and hats before we left! It was a joy to collaborate with Bruce. He is a respectable guy who does honest work and cares about his community. All the other folks in the shop were equally kind. I m considering being a Titan customer solely based on this experience. Thank you again, Bruce & Titan Auto!

Best place I ve ever been to. Customer service employees (Chad, Nadia and Matt) are knowledgeable and honest. In and out quickly. Made an appointment for oil change on used car recently purchased. They looked up info for type of oil needed and gave me option to have them or me provide the oil and filter. Also I had them check to see if tires needed to be replaced. Didn t try to upsell on anything not necessary and tires are fine. Feel them to be honest.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They saved my day... And my car too!! My car failed on the highway, and I dropped it on Sunday eve -- without an appointment (Nov 6)! By Monday mid-morning the car was in the bay, and by the afternoon, they had a diagnostic for a very pesky problem: Only ONE of the four ignition coils was failing. The car was ready to go by Tuesday early afternoon. Chad, the Service Advisor kept me informed at all times. Thy also worked out all the paperwork with my Extended Warranty. I'm a happy customer! I found this business in FB post. Read of magnificent work done. I looked it over and it must ve been an answer to prayers as my jeep was having lots of problems.. when I saw about their finances it took me a second to call. The friendliness by Nadia wad awesome and she explained everything to me. Towed my car there and now I have a wonderful running jeep. Actually better than when I bought it on January. This business is FORREAL.. I didn t care how it was far from me and I even paid the tow truck extra just to get it there.. You can t go wrong with this place MY KUDOS TO YOU ALL customer service.. Love Titan Auto !!! As someone with an older car, who s dealt with a number of headaches trying to figure out car repairs (and budgeting for said repairs haha), Titan Auto has been so so helpful for getting my car in the best condition it can be. Matt, Nadia, and Chad are the best and truly work with you every step of the way. Nadia walked me through what to prioritize, how to split things up, and has just been all around wonderful. Titan Auto is a breath of fresh air !!

Thieves and scam artists. We went in for a state inspection and they tried to bully my grandfather into getting his front brakes done, for $437! Brakes that passed the state inspection. Right in front of me. It was crazy. Going down the street to Chester muffler for honest service and an honest price, $225. If the brake pads even need to be changed, who can trust the assessment of someone like that?
