I took my bike to Pro Street to see why it was smoking. After a diagnostic I needed a complete top end rebuild caused by washed out rings due to an aftermarket air filter. It took time to get this done, and I needed the bike back for an annual event that I took part in. Michael was always accommodating to me when I called or stopped by just to see the status, but I never rushed them. I honestly didn't know if I would have the bike back for my ride or not. There were delays, but the communication was always there. In the end he put new tires on, new shocks, and installed a new stereo, and had it ready for my ride. I can't recommend this shop enough.

I had a wrist pin failure after purchasing my brand new bike and the dealership wouldn t honor the warranty. PSC fixed me right up quick and painlessly, ordering the needed parts immediately and communicating with me the whole way. They re beyond professional and understanding even for a noob like me. Now my bike runs better than ever. I couldn t be happier with my experience.

I've been taking my bike to Michael for the last 3 years. Honestly the only shop I'll let work on it. Superior work, reasonable prices and quick turn around. I recommend Pro Street to not only my friends, but to anyone/everyone that rides.

I meant ProStreet Cycles RVA when I needed an oil change on my 07 Fatboy. They have done several jobs on my bike for me and I've had excellent work every time. The staff and owner are very knowledgeable of many makes and models of bikes. I would recommend ProStreet Cycles RVA

Great service from knowledgeable and professional mechanics. I took my motorcycle to Pro Street Cycles for maintenance and new tires. The team at Pro Street Cycles offered the best customer service and recommendations on the proper repairs needed. Michael kept me aware of the timeline on the repairs needed as some parts were not on hand and had to be ordered. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who is looking for an honest shop that does quality work at a very fair price. Pro Street Cycles has checked all the boxes in my book!! I will definitely be back when service is needed in the future. 5 star service.

Best motorcycle shop around. The owner Michael, is very knowledgeable friendly and straight forward. His shop workers do a fantastic job and have a great turn around time and communication. I would recommend this shop to any moto owner old bikes, new bikes, custom bikes they do them all.Powder coating by Clay there is fantastic he takes his time and makes sure it is perfect when it leaves the shop. I would give a 10 star review if I could.Keep it up guys!Phenomenal place !!

First class shop they can work on any brand.From the newest bikes to your ole school stuff.Powder coating is on point also do restorations and build you something custom and paint also.Even do side by sides 3-4 wheelers & tow bikesHighly recommend

Michael, Clayton, Marshall, Lawson and Billy have been WONDERFUL to work with. They have helped ensure both of my bikes are running properly and have made great recommendations for upgrades when asked. Reasonably priced and finished when they stated they would be. I highly recommend Pro Street, they have never let me down.

Mike and his Team went through my bike thoroughly to ensure my safety with the motorcycle. There were internal things that they showed me that they had taken the time to find that could have caused me a lot of headaches later on. They were missing screws, broken bolts and loose bolts in the front of the frame and in the handlebars and fairing. If you're looking for a company that's just going to get a dollar out of you and fix the surface things then you don't want this company. If you want a company that cares about your safety and the safety of others, that cares about your comfort and your satisfaction then Pro Street Cycles is where you want to go

I take all my motor cycles to Micheal and guys at Pro Street. They do excellent work. They have gotten me in 2x when my bike had an issue right before a trip. Shovel is one of the most skilled techs I have ever met. He's attention to detail is unmatched. I have sent many friends and would always suggest them over everyone else.

I have now had 2 bikes repaired at this shop, one with electrical/carb issues and the other with performance issues. Prostreet was able to get quality parts and complete the repairs in a timely manner and at a fair price. They also had my size tires in stock and were able to change them quickly even though I didn t inquire about having this done until the morning I picked up one of the bikes.

I recently had my Royal Enfield Meteor 350 serviced here, it was the first time, 300 mile general service, recommended by manufacturer's manual. Originally I was happy that this shop accepted this make and model bike for service, not many do in Richmond VA. Mike had "sweet talked" me about how much less it will cost me here and should be around $250 and perhaps parts. Left a deposit, then took him over a week to complete the general check up / tune up, and claimed after the fact that it actually cost him many hours, parts, "new valves" to go through the check list - tune up, again for a new bike with only on its initial 300 mi. I had to cash out $784.08 total :-( Obviously I was disappointed and checked with official dealership of about how much should have been... a lot less! I do not recommend this place and if you choose to use it, make sure it is all spelled out, numbers clear and documented before you leave your bike there.

Michael and his crew are the best in Richmond. I have an extremely odd size rear tire on my bike he was able to find me one and have it installed all in the span of 4 days. His pricing is unmatched for the quality of work that comes out of his shop. They look out for your safety and make sure that you are well taken care of. I could not be happier with my experience all around.

Had Pro Street install new tires, rear brakes and give the bike a good look over. I couldn t be happier with the service and attention I received. They could have easily up-sold me on other things but were honest and thorough and only replaced what was necessary. Mike was easy to talk with and led me into the shop to introduce me to the technician that serviced my bike.Additionally, I felt the charges were very reasonable and they have earned a new customer.

I recently relocated to RVA from Hampton Roads and was looking for a quality motorcycle shop. I called the shop on a Saturday morning (8/28/2022) and talked to Michael about changing an Ultra Classic rear tire that was already removed from the motorcycle (I had the new tire). Michael told me he could install my new tire on the rim if I got there by 1:00 p.m. because closing time was at 2:00 p.m. I arrived at 12:45 p m., Michael and Shovel Head immediately went to work. They removed the old tire from the rim, cleaned the rim sealing surface with a wire weel, removed the old brake rotor/installed a new one that I brought with me, installed a new valve stem, and installed my new tire on the rim (after spraying the sealing surface with silicone). They had to use heat in order to remove the old rotor screws as they were a bear! Michael and Shovel Head were very professional and efficient. They completed the work in an hour and even allowed me to watch the entire process. I am very pleased with Michael and Shovel Head's professionalism, craftsmanship, and work ethic (they treated as if I were a long time customer). I will definitely return to this shop to have future work done on my motorcycle. This is exactly the type of motorcycle shop and service I was looking for (they know their business). Mike and his crew worked on my road king. They did a fantastic job and were very fair on pricing. Would highly recommend this bike shop to anyone looking to have work done, and I definitely won t be taking my bike anywhere besides Pro Street. Mike and his team did an exceptional job not only on my bike but the time he spent working on it meant the world to me. I went there to get a bike fixed for an upcoming race and not only did i leave with a bike ready to go i left with a new friendship. I had some handle bar/cable work done to my Iron 883 at Pro Street Cycles a month ago (2020). Michael and the couple other guys I dealt with were very friendly and informative with my wants. They even had my bike back to me within 2 days even after some stuff had to be ordered/shipped. Overall, I had a great experience with these guys. I will definitely use them again.** since this review, I ve used Pro Street probably another four or five times with two other bikes. Couple handlebar Jobs and starter replacement and maintenance. Great shop. Definitely my go to.

Had rear tire replaced, rear brakes and 3 hole lube change. Michael and team were quick, professional and fair priced service. Although there is a Harley shop closer to me in Powhatan, I would highly recommend Pro Street Cycles to service your Harley. Michael treats you as a friend and not just a customer.
