Charlie s automotive performance Is hands-down the best local shop in the area. I ve had a lot of problems with local shops in the area, but not the case here.Charley and his team were very attentive to my needs for my car. The communication and work they do is amazing.They installed a full AMS carbon intake system with methanol injection, and a wastegate.It went amazing!I recommend anybody take their car here for service or upgrades. You will definitely get your car back with a smile.

This shop did an amazing job getting my 2015 Audi S5 all sorted out. It was having crank issues for over a year and a half, it stumped many different shops in the area. They came a towed the car to their garage and had it done in under a few weeks. When my track car decided to stop making boost a week before the last race of the season, I was in a huge bind! No performance shop would be able to get my car in before then, unless I wanted to hike out to D.C. Charlie's Automotive Performance, regretfully was my last choice. If I knew how fast, courteous, and efficent this team was, they would've been my first call. Charlie and his team squeezed me in, and checked in again SAME DAY to let me know what went wrong and how they were fixing it. Even accommodating to my work schedule, I was able to come in well after hours and pick my car back up with four days to spare until the race!If you're a European car enthusiast looking to get some work done, or if you have any other car that runs a forced induction system (turbo or supercharged,) I can not recommend these guys enough. They each know their stuff, and I am personally beyond appreciative for their work.

Charlie and his team are extremely helpful and work fast!As soon as I got there, he took a look at what was wrong with my car with me. He sat with me and reviewed the price of the parts that needed to be ordered and let me make a decision I was comfortable with.Parts arrived and my car was ready for pickup on the same day. The staff is very friendly and even offered me sunscreen since it was a hot, sunny day out.Thank you guys so much! I ll be back :)

By far, the best communication of any auto mechanic I've dealt with. Photos, videos, updates along the way. Work completed in a timely manner. Refreshing experience.

They provided excellent service. They diagnosed the problem properly and solved all the issues with my GLS550. It runs like new now. And the communication via phone call and app was awesome. I know what was going on throughout the process, with pictures!

Brought my 2005 Toyota Camry in for a tire change and service. Owner was extremely polite and knowledgable. He took a lot of time explaining things to me which was very helpful. Definitely recommend.

I visited Charlie s Automotive Performance recently to get an oil change and cabin air filter change. Charlie was super helpful and answered all of my questions. He pointed out concerns and told me how many miles I had until it was time to fix them. I first called this place the last week of November. I was yold I had to submit a email a site to get a quote for my work I needed done. 30 days late,No reply. No quote or return call. Last week of December, I called and a guy called Charlie answered. I told him what I needed and he looked up my info and said he forgot to send the email with my quote His words were ,I totally dropped the ball on this. We talked and got a time line and he said he would send me the quote. Again ,he never did. I had to call again. We talked again and he said he could get me in by January 5th. And he would email me the quote,Again he did not do it. Another call and he said he was looking forward to doing the work,and I was happy at that point. He said let's touch base on Tuesday after new years and we can start moving forward. I called Tuesday. No answer no call back. Made 3 called Tuesday. He would not answer the phone as he screens calls. Wednesday. No answer no call back. I said I needed a confirmation that we were still on track for me to drop my vehicle off on Friday the 5th. No call back, no email. Thursday morning, same stuff. Just ghosting me and avoiding calls. Mid day a guy named Paul called me. He said he was from Charlie's Performance. He said he did not know what was going on and said their was no way they could get my vehicle in for the work. I asked why? He said they only had a temporary 2 bay building they were working out of and had vehicles in wait in front of me and could no way do the work. I asked why Charlie said he could do the job,He said he didn't know and said he was sorry for this. I asked why Charlie would not return the calls,He said he didn't know. This just was unprofessional all the way around,and being lied to is what is not cool. I trusted the guy and gave him a second chance to make right for the screw up he did in November. I thought he was sincer,but as most young people today their word is useless. I'm disappointed that this happened this way,as I wanted them to do the work.and thought they were a good bunch of guys to deal with. So it's up to you to make your own decisions on where you want your work done,but I will never use them or recommend them to anyone. Chose wisely people.

My car had been idling strangely for a few weeks so I brought it in and they diagnosed my car with a misfire.
