If I could give zero stars I would. I came here to get some antifreeze since my car is hanging on by a thread. I saw that it was SUPPOSED to be open and the doors were locked. The lady in there just looked at me and didn't say anything so I sat there in the freezing weather trying to at least get a response but nothing!!!

So I drove to AutoZone because online it said they had this adhesive velcro that I needed this particular AutoZone so I drove here I couldn't quite find it so I asked the young man he said isle 6 and he pointed in that direction I went over there and spent a good bit of time over there looking and I didn't see it but I kept looking and then I went up front and I asked the silver haired lady what isle the roles of adhesive velcro were on because I told her I didn't see it but I told her I said what it says online that you have it here she said we must not sell it. Frustrated knowing that it says they sell it at this particular location and I drove all the way here to get it I come back out into my car and it lets me try to buy online pick up in store I get all the way to the checkout so I walked back in and I asked her I said why is it allowing me to get all the way to check out and proceed with my check out if you don't sell it in here and that's when she said ask me what the part number was so I showed her on my phone exactly that it shows this is what they have and then she walks over and gets it and says you want one or two why couldn't you have done that in the first place when I'm telling you it's tells you that you sell it here why would you just dismiss a sale. They had no other customers in the store at the time either.Pure laziness

Angelique was amazing. She is very knowledgeable about cars. I came in because my battery light was on. She changed the battery and air filters as well. Since the battery light was still on, she suggested that I have my alternator looked at and referred me to a mechanic. I feel like she went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I will definitely return for any future car care needs.

This is a great AutoZone. It is one of the hub stores so it has a bit more inventory than most stores. The employees are knowledgeable & friendly.

The large white guy is so condescending and has no idea what he's talking about. After multiple interactions with him I will go elsewhere or wait for another cashier.

Lance was the rude gentlemen that rang me up. I asked to see if they had an extra case of DEF. He instantly said no. After several requests to have him check inventory, he finally checked and there was more in the backroom. He instantly gave me an attitude like it was a bid deal to walk 20 feet to get me another box. When he began to ring me out I requested it be added to my commercial account. He then sighed and rolled his eyes saying I needed a PIN number. I gave him the information and he gave me another attitude because he wasn t ready for the numbers. He clearly asked me for the pin so I assumed he was ready. Overall this grown man was acting like a big baby when it is his job to provide BASIC customer service. Everything I asked for he was huffing and puffing.

Every time I go here it takes forever. The last time was the worst. I was returning a part because they gave me the wrong one even after looking it up. The guy who first helped was very nice, but then said someone else had to ring me up so I could pay the balance. He took me over to a 'manager' at the register who was having a full on conversation with another employee about car insurance. The guy helping me was trying to get his attention and tell him that I needed to only pay the balance on the correct part; however, the 'manager' just kept on talking about car insurance. He finally took the part from the guy helping me and continued to talk to the other employee for several minutes while I was just standing there at the register directly in front of him. He was looking at me every once in awhile but just continued to talk like I didn't exist. Finally, the employee he was talking to left and then the 'manager' proceeded to ring me up but of course because he wasn't paying attention he stopped halfway through and asked me why he was only charging me $6 for a $20 part. I had to inform him of what was going on because he chose not to listen to his employee who was trying to fill him in on the situation. I don't know who the manager was but I know he was 25 years old because he kept saying it. This store is the worst and I can see why based on who they choose for their managers.

First time I came in, both the reps were professional and efficient. My plan was just to keep driving shop to shop until I found what I needed to finish my repair but I enjoyed how passionate they were about jdm cars that I decided to just have them order it. I left the shop happy thinking I would become a frequent shopper there (fairly new to the area, always nice to have friends to talk shop with). When I came in to pick up my part a few days later, only 1 rep was working different from the first 2 and he had a bunch of friends talking to him so loudly at the register beside me (they weren't buying anything, just hanging out I guess) to the point where he couldn't hear me spell my name or phone number. He also wouldn't wear a mask. It's unlikely that I'll return.

The gas cap that had been impossible to take off intermittently, I thought to ask for another. As the people who were their were leaving 3 - 4 gave me the most threatening expressions. Weird for just trying to get into your gas tank! But the man who assisted me could've been more helpful and kind. Helped me with the old one and new replaced same type, showing me how and making sure it worked. I purchased a steering wheel cover, too. He was kind enough to put it on when I asked. Excellent service.

I would avoid this location. They had a register issue where on my end the purchase was approved. On their end there was an error. They flat out refused to give me the items or a refund. I proceeded to repurchase the items as the manager told me the original charge did not go through. He called someone and they said it was a fraud alert from my bank. This was a flat out lie. So I paid double for my items. No resolution as there is no record on their end of the first transaction. They likely knew this as one associate said it happened the day prior. Shady!!!

Good customer service, I had to return an item because it was the wrong one for my car. An employee looked my vehicle up on the computer to get the specific part for my car. They didn't have it but I appreciate that he took the time to look it up.

Went in for a return with my receipt, Hispanic emale cashier was rude . My quart of oil was brand new & it was the wrong grade , which an older cashier picked out for me at this location 2 weeks ago . This is the only receipt I had. The girl didn t attempt to give a store credit or anything simply said basically it doesn t match receipt. After returning from my car to make sure I didn t have another receipt, I just walked in & took my oil back that I didn t need or want. I probably won t be returning to this location for awhile

I asked a sales representative. How long can I go without an oil change and she says 30,000 miles so I tell her noway then she says " I know bc my father was a mechanic". AUTO ZONE needs to train their employees better. Imagine if I listen to her I would need a new car not an oil change.

Extremely unprofessional and standoff-ish employee.I went to return a ~$100 part at 9:30am. The lady that was "helping" me was clearly annoyed that I was returning the part because they didn't have the cash in their drawers to refund the return. I could understand the annoyance if I had originally paid in cash but I had paid with my debit card. So it is AutoZone's own policy to refund debit purchases as cash that was preventing her from easily processing the return. This employee decided to take her frustration out on me with an extremely unprofessional attitude and once she was done grumbling and figuring out how to get 2 50's out of the safe she proceeded to blame me saying, "you're really messing us up". Then she tried to tell me the refund processed with a $20 manufacturer rebate or something. When I prompted her to explain what that meant she had no idea and was irritated and dismissive stating only "I don't know, you used your rewards or something" to Wich I responded, that I hadn't even used my rewards card for the purchase. She then huffed and pulled some cash out and handed it to me and turned her back to me. I waited a second for her to explain this mythical rebate I was supposed to be receiving as partial refund but she turned back and looked surprised I was still waiting there... So I politely asked her what I need to do with the rebate and she snapped "Oh, nothing, I just gave it to you all in cash." (It would have been great if she had verbalized that when she handed me the cash.)So I was surprised and politely said "Ah, Thank you for your help." To which she responded, "Uh-huh, Bye." In a very dismissive manner.I am a very easy going guy and have never been so miffed by someone in the service industry before. I was about to open my mouth and speak my mind in the store but I bit my tongue and simply let her know that she didn't have to sound so clearly irritated and I left the store. I will not be going back to this AutoZone in the future and if you like being treated with some decency, you should keep driving to the Advance Auto down the street.

Heather was the associate that assisted us the last 2 times we came into the store and she was very helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. It was great customer service with a smile that makes this location stand out from so many other auto parts locations in the area.

Horrible experience at this store! I was in disbelief that I got treated the way I did at this location! Susan S. (Sales employee) needs to go through thorough customer service training. Every time I go to this location she is the only one that looks like she hates her job! It s sad that I ve spent so much money at autozone but not anymore. I will happily take my business elsewhere. I ve never been insulted by a employee the way I did at this location. Other employees working there also agreed that she has a really bad attitude. It s funny how contradicting here name tag is haha. It says customer satisfaction but she is far from it.

Better customer service than any Advanced Auto Ive ever been too. Seems to keep more parts in stock too. Out of all the auto parts stores, AutoZone is my favorite. I like Napa too but they are usually more expensive than AutoZone

Sales has no experience about cars! If it doesn't have a year and make you get told we can't help you! O'Reilly or Napa a better choice for the diy person.

Lady Accused Me Of Wanting Money Instead Of The Product. I Was Inquiring About A Warranty To See My Options, I Let It Be Known That It Wasn't Even My Money It's The Company's. Still Like Uh Huh. Wow. We Are Our Own Worst Enemy.

This store is the worst!!!!!! They really need someone who will be at the store to open on time! This is seriously ridiculous! Im looking gor employment and Im ALWAYS early. Maybe you should teach them that being early is to be on time; to be on time is to be late!!!!! And employees cant clock in because the store isn't open! How unprofessional is this??

I visited this store on 10-7-2019 to get a battery check and to purchace one if necessary. The guy that was supposed to check the battery asked the cashier if it was still raining. The cashier said yes, and the guy would not come out and test my battery because it was raining. Very poor service!! This Auto Zone was 7222 in the 360 West Shop Center, in Chesterfield Va. I will never shop there again.

No employees wore masks which is State required. Only the customers wore masks. The employees were not complying with state guidelines. Autozone has poor customer care. This is obviously a corporate policy.

Tends to be my default store, they seem to always have the parts I need in stock. They do a brisk business, so there is sometimes a line or two, but the employees are nice and work quickly.

Most of the workers talk back in the parts section instead of helping customers. Customers in the store have to wait while people who call in on the phone get priority service.

It's an auto supply store. They had a loaner tool on the loaner tool chart, but when pulled up in the system it said not available. Other than that, it is a decent store.
