The technician Manny G was so helpful!! He made changing my battery a breeze. You can really tell he loves what he does and is a kind person at heart! This store is so lucky to have him. If I have any more troubles in the future I will head back to this store

Staff was very helpful. I went in for an ice scraper and oil drain pan. I did not want to go to a big box store so close to Christmas. I found everything I needed, plus more. I'm going to try out the new oil drain pan within the next few weeks. I wanted someone big enough to allow me to do oil changes in my 6 QT engine.

MANNY was fantastic , friendly , kind and customer service minded. He is a great asset to Auto Zone and I am not someone who usually gives reviews but I made an exception in this case because of his service with a smile.

I came in the store to check my battery and the customer service was horrible. The young lady in there had an attitude like she didn t want to do her job. Then come to find out I had purchased a bad battery not even a year ago from here so it needed to be replaced. The manager had the same attitude like he didn t want to change the battery either. I feel if you don t want to do your job find employment elsewhere where you can have a, better attitude. He puts the battery in then I leave and get halfway down the road and my truck stalls with all these flashing warning lights on my dashboard. I pull over and open the hood and the battery was literally leaning over, he didn t properly secure the battery. So now those warning lights are still on in my vehicle. All I went for was a simple battery check and now I have all these issues. Unprofessional

The manager pre I believe it was had a horrible attitude didn t ask me for help she question why I was in there so long and took the stuff out of my hands to hold up front at the counter maybe I wouldn t have to be in there so long doing research on products I m buying if they knew how there products worked horrible customer service, poor attitude they don t deserve to upload a company name I would never go there again

Went in a couple of months ago. The women that was behind the check out counter was rude act like she didn't want to help a customer so we're the other young lady working there terrible customer service. They only attend to a certain group of people check the camera's.

Not helpful at all. The Store Manager was rude and didn t offer any help. Went there to check my battery, it was dead after having it for a month and a half. She said it was the alternator. I took the battery back the next day only for her to say that it would take a hour to check it again. After determining that it was in fact a bad battery she refused to help and said the only option I had was to purchase a new battery.

Robby and Sam are the best! My husband needed his driver side light bulb fixed, pep boys and fire stone told us the replacement will be 70-100 bucks with 30 min to an hour wait time. These guys replaced it for FREE and got it done no longer than 3 minutes! I ll definitely be going back for more service!!!!

Female manager working today Wednesday 7/14/21! Terrible attitude and very poor customer service! I wish there was a star below 1 because that s what she deserves! If she hates her job, she should find a new one!

I stopped at this store on 5/1/21 with a branch stuck in the undercarriage near my front passenger-side tire (from Pocahontas State Park). I asked for help in removing it since it was stuck. I don't know the young lady's name, but she came out to the parking lot, got down on her hands and knees (on the asphalt), and was able to free the branch. It was three feet long! There was no charge for the service. I am so grateful for her assistance and will write the company in appreciation.

Went to get a new battery and the girl came out to look at it, and she didn t seem to know what a diode was so she had to ask someone else how to do her job. She then decided we needed a new alternator and a belt and whatnot that was going to be way more expensive. Went across the street and luckily the advanced auto parts knew what they were doing and got us the new battery we needed.

Went to the store yesterday 12/10 around 3pm there was a employee (grey shirt) directly at the front door holding it open smoking a cigarette I needed to buy a battery I left and went across the street to buy one from advance auto instead of walking through the smoke

Needed a replacement battery that was still under warranty. Fundeem (sorry if I got the spelling wrong) changed the battery in a rainstorm while Ms Lisa handled the paperwork. We we done in less than 15 minutes! Thanks for the extra effort!

Listen!!!!! I walked into Auto Zone not knowing what I really wanted or needed but CRESHA came to the rescue! She was sooooo patient with me and provided great customer service! Because of her my husband thinks I figured everything out myself and he was impressed :). I plan on going back to this Auto Zone very soon!!!
