Great service, reasonable pricing and friendly staff! Great work on my van. I use my van for work so I can t afford downtime. Dropped off Thursday evening, picked up on Friday evening! Thank you Willow Wood!

Came in for a state inspection. It was quick and the service was great. The dogs and the people made the experience pleasant. Will definitely come back next time.

I went here yesterday and was told to come back the next day to do my state inspection, then the next day I swang by to tell em the same thing and when I got there, there s 2 old man in the front desk telling me they couldn t do it for some reason, I m so disappointed, I literally got there at 8am to be the first in line. Smh worst shop that I experience. Wasted my whole time yesterday could ve done that at the different shop. I don t recommend this shop at all. But I get it, old rusty shop what do I expect.

I came here for an inspection and the only person that had a positive attitude was the receptionist other than that it's very rude service mechanics, made me wait in line even though I was one of the first people thru the door as soon as they opened, they tried to over charge me 100's of dollars for petty repairs and lights that I already got fixed for a quarter of the price they offered, also I went to a different mechanic shop for inspection and passed with flying colors for repairs and lights that they marked "faulty". Don't settle for this shop, it's better shops that will actually talk and treat you right as a customer with an honest diagnosis. Peace& Blessings

They were amazing. Fixed my daughter's Jeep Compass after used auto dealer she purchased it from dropped the ball. Great price and fantastic friendly people. Honest and trustworthy. Highly recommend.

A pretty good deal for all the things that were worked on. Would've probably had to pay double at a Ford dealership. Have never seen my truck be able to shift from park to drive so smoothly. Very friendly people and dogs

I took my daughters car there on Friday around noon because she had an obvious fluid leak that was coming from underneath her car. They located the problem and found a part and fixed it by closing that same day, knowing that my daughter was due to go back to college the next morning. They did a great job of keeping me informed and on the repair and they did it at a reasonable price. Thank you so much and I use them often for all my cars.Services: Transmission, Oil change

I am so grateful! They helped me when I was in a jam. They installed a new battery at a 4 PM on a Thursday. No no other place can beat that. They are extremely nice caring experts. I will be back and highly recommend. Thank you Willowwood Service!

My grandmother has been going here for years for state inspection and recommended me.I went this week, price was higher than expected but mechanic was upfront, explained everything thoroughly and advised work was needed and under warranty. In addition was able to help save after all.Appreciate it Willowed!!

Do not recommend these service center. My car was broken into when parked there for repairs. Also, I got work done to my engine for a leak, they called and advised of the issue but then gave me paperwork for additional engine work that needs to be done. If they would have communicated this, I could have got everything done at once. To me it seems as if they were creating a need for follow up services.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I've been using this shop for almost 10 years. I have found them to be fairly priced and honest.I've switched cars while using this shop, have ended up having a/c fail in both cars--one was the dreaded a/c black death! Have also had engine mounts replaced, sway bar links, bunch of other stuff. The owner was good about communication and was very transparent about costs and time estimates. It stinks to need expensive repairs on your car, but I haven't ever felt taken advantage of or gouged. I have compared prices, this shop is fair. The location is tricky to access during busy times of day. The shop is popular, so it can be quite busy in the parking lot. To me, it's worth it for the location and having trust.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, A/C installation & repair

I have been here a few times now and they are best and most trustworthy care shop I've seen in Norfolk. Way better than any tread quarters. The staff is friendly and ultra helpful. The prices are way fair and even under valued in some stuff. So I can highly recommend. Also they are a accredited business with the Better Business Bureau.

I've been going to Willowwood transmission for 4 years now via a recommendation. Barry and his wife and their 2 amazing dogs are surpassed nice and the customer service is beyond phenomenal. I highly recommend going there for any type of service,whether its getting a state inspection or getting any kind of work done to your vehicle,stop by Willowwood transmission, they will not disappoint.

Very reliable shop. Most services get done pretty fast if they're not busy. My state inspection took about 2 hours or so or less. Highly recommend this place. Better than the big name places by far. 100% neighborhood mechanics that you can trust.

Been going here for a while, and they never fail to impress. I don t usually write reviews, but Barry here really helped out, got my brake pads done plus a new rotor for about 100 dollars less than anywhere else would ve done just the pads. 10/10 would recommend!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

This place is a gem. Barry was quick, honest and fair. The lady at the front was also amazing and very nice. They quoted me very fair prices for work that other places quoted 4 times as much. This place is family run and truly exceptional. Mitch's brake shop referred them and now I see why. Superb shop and honest with their work. Highly recommend!

I went in for a state inspection. The service was fast and reasonable. No appointment was needed since I dropped my car off early in the morning. The inspection was done in less than 3 hours. I would highly recommend going here for an state inspection.

Great shop. Honest and accurate quotes and work. We've been happy with everything we've had done here, including state inspections.There is also a public library and park within walking distance on a sidewalk if you're waiting for work with kids.

We've been taking our cars here for 12 years. Couldn't be happier with the services we've received. The prices are always reasonable and the work done has always been good. They've worked on a 29 year old Toyota 4-Runner, a 10+ year old Lexus SC300, (gone but not forgotten), a 10 year old Lexus RX350, and a 10 year old AcuraTL.

This has been my neighborhood shop for as long as I've been able to drive, almost 10 years, they are speedy and will do everything in their power to get you the best price. They also have two dogs who always greet you.

Maybe some people had bad luck, but I have had nothing but excellent service at very reasonable prices. They were very friendly, and thoroughly explained the problem. Ignore the people saying "women run away" because they spoke to me with respect and acknowledged my competence with vehicles.

Fair prices and I feel like they aren't one of those shops that just looks for things to fix. A+ for trustworthiness and affordable prices. Would use again and would recommend to friends.
