While the staff was nice and did their jobs well, it wasn't until almost 0730 the doors opened to the auto center. Staff rolled up at 0715 and parked near the back entrance. Posted signs, a quick phone call, and the online hours stated opening at 0700. I got there at 0630 to get in and out and obviously that did not happen. Once I get in they had one unit of my tire, stating they don't stock mine in excessive numbers, this was the cherry on top. I intended to buy two but could only purchase one. My recommendation is to call ahead with your tires you need, and then pray that the staff follows the posted business hours. The pictures were taken DURING BUSINESS HOURS.

Great experience!! I needed 4 new tires. I ordered them online and when I went to my appointment, they were at the service center. The service manager was very nice. I received text messages on the status of my vehicle & it was ready in 45 min!! Very efficient! I will now take my car there for oil changes. Awesome customer service

I've had oil changed at that location and immediately after I dropped my car off for state inspection. To my surprise I've received a phone call that my oil level is low. It was only couple hours after I've paid Walmart Auto Center for synthetic oil change. I took my car back to Walmart and they did confirm that my oil tank was only half full. They didn't know how it could happen and changed the oil and filter again. They also offered me free oil change for next time, but honestly, I'm so angry I will not go back and would recommend all their clients to double check if the service they've paid for was performed properly. If it wasn't for the state inspection, I would be unaware of low oil level and potentially damaging my car. I've always trusted people to do their job right and honest, but at this point I've lost that naiveness.

It's Wed morning 7:33am. Sign says open 7am. No one is here. Closed. Associate at the front door says there is a "guy back there". What the heck??!! I have a nail in my tire.

Went online and it's says they open at 7am. Got there at 6:45 am. 7:15 no one is there yet. 7:30 cashier came and said that she cannot open until a Tech gets there. Tech gets there and says we not opening until 8 am.Now it's 8:15 am and starting to work. smh. Also let me remind you the cashier said the tech was clock in at 7am.

While Walmart Auto Care Centers offer convenience and budget-friendly options, inconsistent service and quality can leave you wanting more. Consider them for basic maintenance, but be prepared for a gamble on complex repairs.

Long wait times sat there hour and a half said they couldn't install tires that I bought from them really slow large lines very un comfortable

Only issue sign says opens at 7 but it is really 8. But pays to get there early. I was in and out in a hour. I appreciate the work done at a reasonable price as money is tightThanks you to the service team. Everyone was outstanding

The young man that wears the glasses is always very pleasant, always greets customers with a smile, very business oriented, explained to me about the balancing on my Jeep tires & told me about the lugs on my truck, I've noticed how hard he work on vehicles & that's why I bring my truck back for maintenance! The young lady that works the counter, with the long hair, short lady her attitude is always pleasant as well, that young lady knows the business well KUDOS TO YOU GUYS

DO NOT COME HERE! My car has been here simply for the installation of 2 new tires since 8:30am, and it s currently almost 4pm. The staff is lying about having appointments in front of me, but upon stopping by to ask last week, I was told they only take people on a 1st come 1st served basis. Two hours ago I was told it would take another hour, but of course, that was not true. Put your money towards a company that is going to respect you and your time. Also, they said the guy who installs TPMS sensors was out today. Why couldn t the individual installing the tires do that? Ugh, service here is trash.Service: Tires

Service is good from the mechanics. Store hours state that they're open from 7am to 7pm. They don't open on time and they stop accepting business between 2 pm and 4 pm consistently saying they are behind or busy. Of the times I've been there, only 1 time were there cars in the queue.

I usually get an oil change at this Walmart and it always takes 2 hours plus no matter the time of day or how busy they are. I ve waited up to 3 hours plus before even though when you ask for a wait time they tell you an hour. One time they even closed the auto care center while they still had my car keys and didn t notify me that my car was ready to be picked up post oil change. The price is fine but the service is terrible.Service: Oil change

Went here at 1:50p to get an oil change today. While waiting in line, another person asked for an oil change. The girl behind the register turned to another girl just leaning on shopping cart talking, & said "You said you're done right, as far as oil changes?". The girl leaning on the cart replied, "yes I'm done, I'm not doing anymore oil changes today, I'm tired". Again, it's 10 mins until 2pm, & they close at 7pm. So she then makes an announcement to everyone in line, that if we're here for those services, we'll have to come another day.Smh

18 February 2022Today I left to take a small adventure to Virginia. Knowing it would be a 9-10 hour drive - The last item on my to-do list was completely forgotten in all of the Hustle and bustle, I completely forgot to get my oil and tires checked. Oops.After realizing my mistake (already an hour into my drive) I searched my GPS for a local oil change service.Google maps took me to Walmart Service Center.I pulled into the line expecting to wait an extended period of time.Almost immediately - A technician by the name of Jake, came to my window and asked what services I needed. I told him just a quick oil change. He promptly advised that they were short staffed and could not complete my request until the next morning. Bimmer! As I began to leave Jake offered to check my oil and tire pressure just in case.He topped off the oil and added air to all four tires.Wow!! I m still flabbergasted at the generosity of this employee.Itis so nice to know that there are still genuine, pleasant humans left in the world.Thank you Jake ( not from State Farm) . I appreciate your positivity and humanity.To Quote Luke Bryan: Most people are good A+++

"Short wait" they said... 3 hours later our car is still waiting for service. In all it took 4 hours to get my tires balanced and rotated. On top of the slow service I had to ask if my car was done when I noticed it in the parking lot. I wanted this done for an upcoming trip. The service took longer than the drive I was going to take.

My son and I were driving from PA to FL when one of my headlights blew out. They were super helpful and replaced both bulbs quickly to get us back on the road.

CAUTION : I arrived at the tire center at the Walmart on Military highway around 4pm due to a nail in my tire. I explained to the lady at the front desk that my actually tire was in the trunk and that I had a spare on it. I have a warranty on all 4 of my tires through Walmart. I was told that it would take 1 1/2 hours. Around 630 I decided to go check on the status of my car. I tried calling , but nobody picked up the phone. When I arrived I was told that my car was not ready, and that they didn't even start on it. She went in the back to tell them to start on my car. About 30 minutes later one of the workers came to talk to me and said there was no whole in my tire. I explained once again that the tire was in the trunk and you will see its flat and also the nail in it. He then told me that was not communicated to him. My car wasn't ready until after 750pm. A couple hours later while driving on the interstate I started hearing and feeling a thump and vibration, and then a loud flapping noise. the tire that was suppose to be fixed at Walmart was flat again. I am so disappointed, annoyed, and angry. Not only did they waste my time but I was put in a dangerous situation.

I gave mechanic two TPMS sensors for the two tires he was installing for me. He told me one of the other tires had a bad sensor. Sold me a TPMS sensor for thirty bucks. Tire pressure light went out. Problem solved.Service: TiresService: Tires

WORST PLACE EVER!!! Beyond unprofessional and slow. They wasted two and a half hours of my Saturday morning waiting on an oil change only to find out that they didn t have my oil even in stock. I DO NOT recommend going to this particular location ever nor will I ever be returning.

Can't really rate it higher or lower because they decide to close 2 hours early. Makes it really hard to get any type of appointment when every single tech leaves. Very disappointing

The lady over the phone was rude and had the nastiest attitude this morning. If you hate your job so much work somewhere else. I m not purchasing any tires from this shop because of her attitude. Taking my business elsewhere.

I would give this place 0 stars if i could. I went to get a new tire (blew a tire out that morning on the interstate) on Wednesday at 525 (they close at 7) and they told me they had to close up early for the day, but that they would be open tomorrow at that time. Things happen, i understand. I come back today (the next day) at 505 and they tell me they aren't taking any more cars due to the weather. What does that even mean? It's a garage. They aren't working outside. It's RAINING. I am certainly never going back to a Walmart tire center ever again, and will also try to avoid going into a Walmart period. Judging by the looks of the reviews on here they don't GAF.

I needed help with an auto part the only lady went out her way to help me and retrieving what I need plus help me to the counter with the item and she was the only one there at the time running the register along with serving customers I think she did an excellent job thank you Walmart for all that you do in training your people the right way with the professionalism

Purchased tires and warranty from this store. Got a flat, brought it in, was told this store does not have the plugs necessary to patch my tire, go to Tidewater Drive store. Asked if they could store stock a plug kit (~$4 cost) so that it can get there without issue and was told they can't due to liability. They are not concerned with the liability of a 4000 pound SUV riding on a tire that could rapidly deflate at any moment, in transit to another one of there stores because they can't handle the task of maintaining inventory. What a garbage experience. Thanks Desirea Beckham, you have reminded me why I purchase from online stores and do my own work.

The wait was over 2 hours, and the tech didn't even put the oil fill cap back on the engine. The only good thing about this experience was the girl at the counter was kind.

The service was fine. bolts were stripped of by them but they had no replacements. Drove to another auto place to buy extra bolts. Missing a bolt on each tire when I left Walmart.
