This is amazing! I m so happy I got the shampoo for the seats. It s worth the upgrade! Full interior detail was the service I requested. This looks incredible! Absolutely recommend.

Amazing, fast, kind and they had their work cut out for them. This morning after an incident where my dog got car sick and made the biggest mess I've ever seen, they took care of it so I didn't have to deal with the smell on my way home from work!!! And they do discounts for military, medical and family members!!!

This is my third time using this company and I love love love the work they do. I ve had other details prior to using this company and the price point and final result is THE BEST. I m a mom of two, student and business owner so my car sees a lot in between details and they always leave it spotless. Cannot recommend them enough. Each time I ve had the same male and female duo come out and they are always the absolute sweetest and do an awesome job. Thankyou!!! See y all in a couple months for another round!

Aside from moving the original time for the appointment I couldn t be happier with the service, didn t order the Like-New cleaning but it felt like new to me, even buffed out some scratches that other said couldn t be buffed. Great results!

The service was prompt and easy and the cleaners were kind, corteous, and professional. However, I was informed that shampooing of my car would cost additional money and not all pet hair was removed from my upholstery. Considering the $200 price for interior detail only, I don't feel that this was worth the money.

They were not as thorough as I would have liked cleaning the interior. They also left a residue on on my steering wheel and around my console.In response to the owners thoughts.I was in Norfolk for business, I did not have time to thoroughly look through the work at the time unfortunately, but that would not have mattered in part. The white residue did not appear until an hour or so after everything dried. The reason for the cleaning was throw up, but I had already done the brunt of the cleaning, I just needed a deeper shampoo, help with the smell, and some of the finer spots cleaned that I could not reach myself.

They detailed may car today and it turned out looking brand new! They also aided me in determining the best route to go in have the best looking car possible and with that assistance, they started me afresh.

I've had Jeev come out and detail my truck twice now, and he does a terrific job! Of course I find a few little things afterwards, but it's a big truck and there are lots of little places - I've found stuff I forgot when I was doing it myself and I'm a very detailed person - but he always makes it right. Not sure what he uses, but my interior and exterior look amazing for months afterwards. I got the full-detail package. Just looked at pics I took when I bought the truck and it actually looks better now!Service: Auto detailing

First time user of VA Mobile Detail, and I was not disappointed! Jeev was great about communicating with me, showed up on time, and spent three hours giving my car ALL the TLC. On AUG 29, I requested for a service of full detail. I even have the the engine bay for extra. They have awesome reviews! But on the day of service they cancelled 2 hours past my appt. Due to weather advisory, mind you not a single single drop of rain came in that day. But its weather any logical person will understand that. She (kristin) told me she will provide a refund due servicerenderered. 2 weeks has past and they dont even bother to answer the phone. I have screenshots of the convo to prove this .beware of this place!

Courteous and friendly, the crew form VA mobile detail did an outstanding job on our Ford Escape. Although 9 years old, our SUV now looks almost brand new. Their crew not only detailed the interior and exterior of the Escape but were also able to remove a white scrap on our black SUV. The young man who came was very polite and nice, but he was 90 minutes late for the appointment and did not replace the heavy car seat he removed. I didn't realize based on the instructions provided that everything was supposed to be removed from the car; it only said to remove valuables. That said, the detailing looks nice and he was able to remove a huge amount of pet hair, which I appreciated.Services: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

This is the second time we have used VA Mobile Detail for a leased vehicle we were preparing to turn in. Both experiences have left us with spotless cars that look like they did when we left the dealership the first day. I ve used VA Mobile Detail many times over the past year. They are really thorough and I ve always been very happy with the quality of work. They are always on time and very professional looking. Trustworthy, too.
