Carry and crew in the front office is absolutely AMAZING she's also a GREAT COMMUNICATOR and 100% RELIABLE she always seems to get things done in a timely fashion!! Mike and crew doing the work in the garage are very KNOWLEDGEABLE, SKILLED MECHANICS There's never a worry when I drop a truck of my fleet off with these folks. I'm very fortunate to have them in my Arsenal!!Thanks for all the hard work guys!!You all are greatly appreciated!!

I had one of the wheel seals on my truck repaired at Truck Fleet Repair. First of all, Carrie is an AMAZING customer service representative!!! She is so friendly and personable. The rest of the staff was amazing, as well. The work was complete within just a few hours. Things (the job or the technicians) didn't drag like they do at some repair shops. I will definitely use fleet Repair for future repair work.

Carrie is the BEST! She is excellent with communication, expertise honesty and follow through! The mechanics are thorough and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend her spot for truck repairs and any fleet issues!

Fantastic customer service and quality of work. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Had a set of problematic 19.5 tires for a F-450 balanced on there Hunter Force Match HD balancing machine and the truck rides great now. Other shops couldn't get them balanced. They are a little more expensive then the other guys but well worth the price. They do it right the first time which saves time and money in the long run. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Alittle Advice don't drive like a idiot in your work truck it's easy to find a page. putting other people's lives at risk doing 50 in a 30 not using your signal. I really hope you get pulled over one day or learn your lesson in another way. Way to promote the business.

Polite and courteous staff But they work on most of But they work on Most of Norfolk utility trucks so they are on the pricey side If you come to them knowing what the problem is they can fix it properly but unfortunately they cannot diagnostic The problem correctly and will play with your money while they figure out what s going on

About 2 weeks they told me for leaking coolant hose, I understand they maybe overloaded with work but how terrible to turn down money.
