Great customer service! Less than 30 minutes the whole process, but the best of all was the safety training that was given concerning the product that I brought and proper way to inspect the trailers, thank for the teamwork!

I had a great experience at TrailersPlus in Norfolk! My sales agent Adam helped me find the perfect trailer to fit my needs and budget. He also went above and beyond when it came to helping me with the finance company, as there were some small technical issues I had kept encountering, but he jumped in and made calls to get it all finalized! The trailer is clean and well built, and will be everything that my family needs. Thanks again so much for the awesome customer service snd sale!

A very easy and stress free transaction! The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with picking the right trailer for my needs. The whole process took about an hour from start to finish. I highly recommend checking this place out if your in the market for a trailer.

I want to say trailer plus in Norfolk, Ian and his crew are the nicest people they take their time with you and they show you what you need they ask you all these questions find out how much it your equipment weighs and what you re going to be putting on the trailer. I ordered a trailer that was too small for pulling my golf cart. It was a six seater golf cart and the trailer was 12 feet tilt trailer but my cart was Long so he recommended another trailer. I m glad I went back and told him my wheelbase on my golf cart.. I recommend trailer plus to anybody who needs the trailer thank you Ian for everything you did.

Adam was awesome and showed me all my options for my new 7x14 trailer.Was going there thinking I wanted a 6x12 but for the extra price, the 7x14 was the way to go. Price was great, Adam was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, outstanding customer service.If you need a trailer and want great customer service and great prices, go to Trailers Plus.

These guys were amazing. Norfolk Trailers Plus was very helpful with our trailer purchase. Gave us a few discounts on extra stuff we bought. We were out of there with the new trailer in about an hour

Thank you to sales for all information on many different types of trailer choices. Jeffery took his time explaining details (in the rain & cold I might add). Only recommendation would be to have a better check approval system. Happy with purchase.

I just purchased my 6x12 trailer last night. I look forward to using it in a month for moving across State Lines. I believe I got a great deal, because it was last year's model and it has tandem axles which add a ton of load capacity. Thank you TrailersPlus for making my dream of owning a trailer come true. Additionally, I will be adding E Track to the floors and walls for my furniture business.

Talk about an easy experience. I was in the market for a car trailer and TrailersPlus was the only place to have exactly what I wanted, in stock, AND lower price than everyone else. Mike was the guy to help me out and he was fantastic. Hard worker and very efficient, didn't waste any time getting me the trailer I wanted. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
