This place was my go-to for service. Must be under new management now. I had tires delivered their with an appointment date. Once onsite for my appointment, (which plans and arrangements with my daily schedule had to be made....which is why we make appointments) 3-330ish, the guy was sitting behind desk twiddling his fingers with empty bays and no customers. He said no one was there to do any services but him, so I guess his job was to milk the clock for remaining hours and turn customers away. I made another appointment date (2 days later) for opening time. I showed up as scheduled, but crew didn't show up until at least an hour and half after opening..1 at first, then another, around 30 min afterwards. I will never return for service and do not recommend. Take your chances if you want. I'll be waiting to see your review.

Awhile back I came to this location to get two new tires and an alignment. When I purchased the new tires I was informed I would have a warranty on the tires. I called this morning because one of the tires has low tread depth. I spoke to Rob on the phone and asked if he could see if I still was eligible for the warranty and if he could check how long ago I bought the tires. He told me that the computers would not tell him that and to bring the car up there so they could check it out. My husband called not even 5 mins after I hung up and someone else was able to tell my husband exactly what tires we had bought and that we still had the warranty. Pretty weird how someone else could find that information for my husband but not me.

Horrible experience, false advertisement, it s not 239.99$ it s a lie , they will charge you more like they did to me and my friend, I end up paying 150$ so imagine going from 40$ to 150$ , the worst place , they are liars don t go there

Had a tire get punctured by road debris on interstate. Was able to get towed to this location. I had purchased a set of tires from the Mercury Blvd location with a road hazard warranty. They replaced the tire & had me on my way in a reasonable amount of time considering how busy they were. Would highly recommend them based on their level of customer service!

I brought my vehicle here in a desperate attempt to fix my vehicle before traveling out of state. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday for an engine light /exhaust issue, and was informed I had 2 faulty O2 sensors. Obviously, no warranty if you don t use their parts, but was ridiculously overcharged for the 02 sensors that they ordered. They charged more than the actual Chevy dealership charged for original equipment. No one was available to work on my car on Wednesday, so I had wait till late afternoon Thursday to pick up my vehicle. Within hours of picking it up, my engine light comes right back on and of course they were close by time that happened. I return the following morning on Friday. They were supposed to be open at 7:30AM but, no one got there until 8:10AM. Then I was told there would be no one available until the following Monday to service my vehicle after they improperly diagnosed. I was charged $1200 to replace 2 oxygen sensors and a wheel bearing. I have the same noise coming from my tire, my engine light is still on, and I m out of $1200. Would ve brought it back, but had to go out of state for work. If you don t want them to play guessing games with your money , I highly recommend you don t come here unless it s just for a tire. One of their guys assured me that they had highly trained professionals that can handle engine issues even though their primary focus is tire service. Very disappointed. Please take the time to read this so you don t have to go through what I did.

CAME FOR AN OIL CHANGE AN BRAKE SERVICE AT THIS PLACE AND THE GUY JILLIAN TOLD ME A PRICE OF $500+ SO I SAID I WOULD BUY MY BRAKES FOR A CHEAPER PRICE SO I WENT TO AN AUTO PARTS STORE TO GET MY BRAKES AND ROTORS AND WHEN I CAME BACK THAT WHEN HE STATED I COULD NOT GET MY BRAKES DONE BECAUSE I DONT HAVE A LUGNUT MIND YOU HE OR THE SHORT DARKSKIN DUDE DID NOT TELL ME THIS AT FIRST BECAUSE I COULD HAVE GOT THAT WHEN I WAS OUT SO I ASK FOR A MANAGER AND MANAGER NAME AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE IT TO ME

I had an amazing experience here today. It did take a while but Steve and Ricky really know their product and let me know what was going on every step of the way. My coolant was topped off during my initial inspection and they let me know I would need to change my filter on my next oil change. I purchased 4 tires and they had to upgrade my set at no additional price due to the brand I chose being out of stock. The facility was clean and air conditioned which meant a lot on such a hot day. Super friendly staff, I felt very comfortable and my car drives smooth like its brand new. THANK YOU!!

I came in to patch a nail in my tire and I think they gave me the best price I could have possibly gotten. The gentleman at the counter was very gracious and we need more people like that in the world

Had a great experience! I scheduled an appointment online the day before and immediately received an email back in order to schedule a different time- no problem! Got it taken care of and arrive a few minutes early. When I checked in I was told they were running a little bit behind, so that was nice. The chairs were comfortable and the TV shows (Webster, 227) were funny while I waited. I was given updates on my car regularly and checking in and out was personable! Great service guys!

Update: I will honestly never go anywhere else, goddess save me if I ever move. They deserve so much more than 5 stars. The quality of service is one thing which is excellent but the quality of the people there is a whole other thing. They are incredibly caring, trustworthy, and genuinely good people. I cannot praise Reggie enough.Reggie is phenomenal and so is his crew. They always do whatever they can to help me and fix all my family's cars.

The best! Reggie, the manager is honest and friendly and very knowledgeable. I appreciated the drop off/ pick up service so I didn't have to wait ( thanks Dawan). My tires arrived quickly too! Great staff. I can't say enough good things about them. Very happy with them and they've got a loyal customer.

Had a great experience here today with the new manager Ric. Had a tire on the wife s car that a puncture. They repaired it and remounted it. Great price. Great experience all around. Not sure what the deal was with the previous staff but no nonsense straight up good service with the new manager and techs.

They were nice when I went in, and the only place open on a Saturday for an alignment, but the estimate they gave me was $100 (far over priced what everyone else gave me) seemed sketchy to me not going back.

Reggie the shop manager was extremely polite courteous and helpful in every way shape and form! I had nobone to pick me up and take me home so I waited. He helped me for an extended stay and made me feel very comfortable in his shop, with there tv in the corner. His quality staff explained a few things to me that I was interested in understanding while they were passing my inspection. I had failed for my emergency brake that was not working at all!. Thanks to them that it works like a charm! And I have a new inspection sticker. I would highly recommend Reggie and his team for their guaranteed service, and price-match.Posted by Michael Green. They were wonderful! They got me in at the last minute when my tire blew and were able to get a new tire put on immediately! I would definitely recommend using this Treadquarters! Can t say thank you enough for the help and how polite Reggie was! Definitely there when I needed him!

I had a nail in my tire and while other places told me I had to leave the car for half a day, they fixed it in 30'. The gentleman at the counter was really lovely and helpful. I will definitely come back!

I had a great experience today at the Tread Quarters located at 6025 Virginia Beach Blvd in Norfolk, VA. I had an issue with another shop earlier that morning and went into tread quarters where they politely listened to my venting and then put on a smile and helped me out. They even went and personally picked my tire up for me so I didn't have to wait for it to be delivered. I had been dealing with an unexpected flat since 4:30 am and really didn't want to wait another 4 hours for my tire to be replaced. They were very efficient, helpful, and understanding during the entire process. Thank you 6025 Tread Quarters for taking care of me this morning! I recommend going to this location.

The manager and staff at this location go above and beyond for us. They're always honest and upfront about prices. There are other shops closer to us but we go out of our way to go to Reggie and his team because of their integrity and service standards. Best techs and mechanics in Hampton Roads!

Reggie was very through and suggested to come back due due the tires that were purchased within the last month's may have a different tread. He is always upfront with customers he is always friendly and appreciates his customers!!! I only go to him for my oil changes and car problems before I go to the dealer! Reggie is the best!!

I had a flat tire and called to see if I could get it fixed, they told me they could work me in today. I went to the store and I was able to get it fixed and was in and out pretty fast. Thank you for the great service, I would recommend this location

My family and I have come to this Tread Quarters for a long time and we LOVE Reggie and speed of service at this location. Its why we keep returning. They really don't make them like Reggie anymore! I love looking at the reviews here and seeing his name over and over! I hope the company sees all these and promotes him! I'm leaving 4 stars because there's one employee who is one of the dirtiest folks I've ever seen. He has long hair and a big nasty beard that looks like it would be dangerous to have there. He has a bad attitude and I've requested that he not touch my car before. Other than that, I am VERY happy with Tread Quarters!

Will be bringing my vehicle back to this location whenever I need work done. They took care of my tires and inspection within a couple hours. The customer service was one of the best experiences I've had dealing with the auto repair industry.The location is ideal to run errands as well. I was able to take care of my phone at the Tmobile store next door and had a numerous options for food.One of the bigger locations in the area so you won't have to worry about them not having certain items in stock.

Came here for an emergency new tire. Had bad news that turn into great news. Reggie was very kind and had excellent patience. Work was done in a timely manner even though it went past the closing time. I'm set now and I can travel with ease. Thank you tread quarters. You have a returning customer.

These guys helped us out when the dealership couldn t handle the simple task of making an appointment correctly. They easily fit us in their schedule and did everything we needed. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

Came in for a wheel alignment and the guys were very honest, helpful and respectful. From the front desk to the mechanics were very informative and fair. They looked at my car and told me I didn t need the alignment. Most other places would ve taken my money and just ran me through the roof with additional outlandish repair costs. I m definitely going back..

I don t know how I had such a terrible experience here. The location has great reviews, but I think they have turned over workers and/or management in recent years.It took me 3-4 follow-up visits after one simple repair to get things working properly after they replaced my AC compressor. One of these visits, I came in with a running vehicle that has never had any issues simply driving and left the shop unable to get 10 feet down the road before it quit on me. This didn t happen until I was about a mile and a half down the road, and I had to limp the truck back to the location because they basically told me they couldn t help me except to call a tow truck, which might take a few hours. Then, they never figured out the cause although they somehow fixed it. A few weeks later I try to use my air conditioner for the first time since they worked on it and it won t put out cold air. Never had this issue either prior to the service they performed...

Hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had with vehicle tire repair! Mark was professional, punctual and flexible enough to get my car ahead of schedule. His team of master technicians were able to get my car back on the road faster than I ever thought possible. I'm talking about 20 minutes. Tread Quarters has a lifelong customer

I pleasantly work with Reggie at this particular store location. He was able to quickly resolve my matter in a time of emergency. I highly recommend the shop. He was able to successfully work on my range Rover and replace my 22 inch tires! Two thumbs up
