Got the $25 deal. Didn't shampoo or anything crazy but the inside and out worked out really good better than a self service bay and the staff was very professional. If you need a high level detail I don't know if they provide that but for a good wash and hands on it was definitely worth the money. Will absolutely return in the future.

Five stars isn t even enough. Y all have no idea how happy I am with the results! My daddy passed away two weeks ago and left us to deal with his old work van. He hadn t driven it for several months before he passed, and it sat under a tree. He smoked heavily in it, there were ashes caked to the cup holder from the ashtray, gross mildew and god knows what on the vinyl and dash, the steering wheel was disgusting, it was transporting dirty work tools and who knows what else. At my wits end and without the energy to clean it I was recommended SSS and I gave them a try. Dropped her off and told them I needed a full detail and wash, inside and out. They don t do the seats, which is fine, but they really covered every single inch of this vehicle. 3.5 hours later I picked it up and I was crying the happiest tears! My dad loved this van, and I know he s so happy in heaven that I brought it to SSS to clean it up! I wish I had taken before pictures. The pictures don t do it justice AT ALL. It s like a BRAND NEW VEHICLE!! It doesn t smell AT ALL like dirty old black and mild! It s got that fresh smell, even when I turned on the air vents! I am so in love with this car now and so proud to drive it. I will 100% recommend SSS to anyone I know or don t! Thank you guys, for taking the time and energy to do this work! I am sooo relieved like a weight has been lifted! Thank you!!!

This was my first experience with them and overall it was decent. I'm big on customer service for me your first impression is everything so when I pulled up and was asked what services I wanted and then to be cut off and told what they do and what they don't do it gave me a bad taste from the start. They vacuumed the vehicle first (which they did a great job on). Once my car was sent through the car wash due to the latch attached to one of my tires kept loosening up my vehicle had to be sent through it twice (which I'm glad they did that because I obviously saw that it needed to be washed again but as we know some companies just in the car on to the next step instead of doing the right thing). The lady in the office was polite, and answered any questions I had. Once my vehicle was rewashed it was sent to get wiped out (interior and windows). This part is where I was not satisfied the most. Part of my windows did not get wiped down because they did not know how to open the latch door. There was still a stain on the inside of my door on the passenger side, and I could see some missed spots on the windows. Overall though my vehicle looked much better than what it did before, but other than going to them to wash my car I think I'll just clean the interior myself.

1st time going to this place and my last. Got the deluxe car package and I am extremely disappointed. I will forever be a Family Carwash Customer since JJ 's shut down. I rather spend my time waiting for a professional hand wash service with plenty of seating than to take my truck back here. I don't know where to begin the service was so bad. They used harsh chemicals that will fade your car instantly.

Paid $11 for a simple, drive through car wash. The car wash might need some more regular training regarding what crew are manning the brushes at the beginning of the wash, i.e smacking my truck with the side OPPOSITE of the bristles and taking care of what equipment they have - the brushes they were using were set against the wall with the bristles against the cracking, concrete floor!My truck is white and new. But I noticed some superficial scratch damage to the paint - not too deep that a quick buff can t fix, but the fact that it was in an area larger than the diameter of my hand outstretched is still a hindrance at best.Not to mention that there s now large, brown scrapes along the tailgate of my truck reminiscent of old, wet wood auto body brushes, which is what they were using. It s unfortunate; older car washes offer a sense of nostalgia that new ones don t.So until this is remedied, I d recommend taking a pass at this establishment. I won t be going back any time soon to update this.

The prices are decent, but the workers rush. This is the second time my tires weren't shined and the dash/controls weren't touched. I was told the car is ready, but I ended up wiping the door jams clean myself without anyone even bothering to see what my issue was, I will be taking my vehicles elsewhere, especially after being told that the missed exterior areas were wax build up. Disgusted.

This place is a lost art in these days of drive thru & do it yourself car washes. The work is quality & staff is stellar. My young daughter & myself recently had an awesome experience from the moment we drove onto the lot until we drove away in a shining & clean car. David from the detail crew helped to make our experience perfection & I'm sure strived to make every customer feel just as important as he did for us. Thanks SSS, keep up the good work!

Not too busy but, if you are just knocking the dust off, it's fairly quick. Outside seating is almost nonexistent but an awning over that small area would be a huge improvement. Only 3 or 4 chairs inside but this leaves you wondering if your vehicle is ready or not.Decent value overall but only slightly better than a gas station auto-wash.

I love this place.. They clean mycar so good and the prices are good...friendly workers also.. I drive 1 1/2 hrs to get here just to get a good clean!!!

Was in Norfolk for a few days. Needed a car wash. Found this one with a Google search. All I can say is Wow! I did the external automatic wash. It was only $5 bucks. The staff was very friendly. Two people prewashed my vehicle before going through the automatic portion then two people dried it off. Amazing job and price! Thanks?

Solid car wash with great prices! Even with the cheap car wash I get, you are still given plenty of attention. There are employees that even wipe off the last drops of water from your windows, windshield, and mirrors so you arent left with ugly streaks!

I've been to this place over a hundred times for my personal and work vehicles and not once have I been wowed by the work that they've done. You wanna make sure you look over your vehicle's interior and exterior for spots that might've been missed or not done to your liking. And nobody likes to be told they've missed something lol. That being said, if you need help with vacuuming and window cleaning this place is an option.Avoid the tire shine. It doesn't last more than a day.

Just pulled out of the express detail after being here about an hour and 15. They did the best job I've had in months. I purchased the express interior with the soft cloth wash.ran about 50.62 gave the guys $10 tip. Great service! Will come again!

I love this place. I have been packing and moving for 2 months and the car was so awful I was embarrassed for them to see. They did an awesome job as always and kind as well. Can't beat the prices either.

SSS is a great place to get your vehicle washed, whether you want to drive thru or let them do it. In the summer you may have to wait a few minutes as they're quite popular, but it's worth the wait.When you drive thru please don't forget to tip the folks who wipe your car down.

Not as good as the 90s, they don't wipe down the inside of your car even though I give a ten dollar tip. Around the edge of the wheel well was never touched and my rims no effort in cleaning.

Really disappointed. I usually go to another full-service wash but opted to try this place because of how close to home it is... could not be more disappointed. Road dust still in areas that are very obvious, rear view mirror not wiped, cup holders not vacuumed, debris still throughout doors not wiped. And, when I grabbed a towel to wipe my car myself, no one even bothered to come ask if everything was ok. Won't be returning. I will continue to drive further for far better care and service. And likely today because my car is still dirty...

My company has been using the car wash for years. The only reason I continue to use the car wash, is we get free wash passes. As someone who has worked at a carwash, I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. The management of the staff has been employed there for several years, so I blame the poor service on the management. When you arrive, you pull up just like any other car wash, and the vehicle gets vacuumed. After that, it goes through the automated system. Now the following steps is where the poor service comes into play. This is where the final touches are performed, such as washing the windows, wiping down the consoles, dashboard, and door jambs. The windows should be cracked so that they can get the tops of the window, but that never gets done. Not once have I ever had my door Jamba wiped, and the center of the dashboard never gets done, because it is a two person job performing this task, and they don't know how to meet in the center for some odd reason. I have enclosed a few pictures with my review to show an example of what I am talking about. If you are looking just to get a quick exterior wash, then this isn't a bad place to go. If you were looking for any further quality, it's best to do it yourself, because the staff here really does not care. I am hoping that the owner and management take notice to this review, and make some significant changes in the quality of service they perform.

Dont EVER take your car here!! I paid for the full detail & wash, ($54) not knowing that they were gonna take my car through the actual tunnel.. my Mercedes emblem on the front broke off during the wash. However, they ordered another emblem free of charge & state they will fix it... still upset this happened considering this car is my baby & just bought it for my birthday.

No no no no. 19.99 wash 20.00 for leather seats. No no no tires,wheels never cleaned. Inside driver door pannel never touched. Called back to ask if I could send pic of the work to manager. He said I should have gotten the detail if I wanted interior wiped off..No no no workers are not interested. USED TO BE THE BEST. .. I had to go to the new one up the street to wash black stuff out of wheels . They sprayed something on tires to make black shine, but it was dripping off and was not even sprayed on in other areas. T ires and wheels look Horrible vents never wiped.

They don't offer a monthly pass at this location. I had to go to the one in VA beach when it was there. What I feared would happen, happened. When I showed my monthly pass to the guy, he insisted on keeping the receipt which was my pass. I reluctantly gave it to him. And just like I thought, the next day when I came back for another wash, he insisted that the receipt, which was my pass that I payed 25.00 dollars for, was just a one time rewash. Then without telling me anything, proceeds to walk across the street to some house with an attitude. Came back with attitude and ok'd my pass. I'm through with SSS. I go riptide now. Have been ever since they opened. They are MUCH better. I recommend them.

Lower quality than usual today. Car was barely vacuumed. Interior cleaning snd door jambs I had to do myself today while they sat and watched. Console and other areas of the interior were never sprayed and washed. Was going to go back and vacuum it myself but decided to do it at home.

Get a pack of "The Best" washes! They come in 3 and 5 packs and you can't beat the prices for the service! Great exterior and interior clean, doorjambs, tires and rims, the best!

Love this car wash. They have me in and out in no time. So many different options. Good discounts if you buy your washes ahead of time.Car looks great every time
