Absolutely the best car buying experience I ve ever had. Shelby & David were kind, patient with all my questions and just overall so helpful. I was looking for a very specific car and they went above & beyond to find it. I really can t say enough good things. Also a big thank you to Julie & Matt for getting me through financing quickly. I highly recommend buying from this dealership.

Fantastic experience of buying a new car here! We came all the way from New York for a new Alfa Romeo, as Shelby got us a pretty good deal. Everyone here is super friendly, helpful, and professional. Ricky spent over an hour helping us with the new car setup. J.T. explained things very clearly and walked us through with financing. The entire experience was very smooth, and we are happy with the new car.

Worst place to get your car fixed. They run you in circles and don't even fix what actually needs done. Came in for loud noise, they replaced stuff that WAS 2 YEARS OLD and $3k later I still have the noise. My service advisor had a condescending attitude and updated us on nothing until we filed a complaint. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted with this place.

The dealership seems to be unprepared and not very organized. We were there to test drive a Guilia and were greeted with an empty hall it took a good 5 minutes to find someone. We were put into a car promptly after that. Although they forgot to check the gas in the car. The car stopped about 5 minutes from dealership in the fastest lane on military highway we couldn't even put it in neutral to push it out of traffic. Scary situation, it took dealership 40 or so minutes to respond and get a person to support us. Once the car started it wouldn't accelerate and we had to drive back under 20 mph speed with blinkers on all the way to dealership.Bad experience all around with this dealership please avoid.#letsguide #wheelchairaccessible #familyfriendly # #

My son's car has been at this facility since July. I had to personally call the service center daily to get any coordination going between Honda Care and the service center. Finally approximately two weeks ago we received authorization to start work on his car. We were told work would start in Aug. It is now Sep and no work has started and every time we follow up we are given "lip service" as to when the work will start. To this date, no exact date has been given. Today I spoke to a person who said he was the service director. He showed absoloutly no remorse to the situation and refused to provide any information. He also repeatidily cut me off and raised his voice. Yet, he repeatedly said he "cares" about his customers.My son is active duty Navy and has to uber to work daily. We are only requesting respect as customers to be given an exact date and a rental car so he can transport to work safely and continue to serve his country.**update***the response to my Google review states this has been brought to the attention of the service director. This is who I spoke to which refused to give no information. The response to the google review was 12hours ago. I am still awaiting a solid answer on this situation. I am posting this because I do not want any other customers to have to deal with this. Meanwhile my son continues to uber to work to searve our country while we wait....

My goodness where do you start my sales person Justin Carr absolutely fabulous! I m in sales and marketing and he has it all personality, polite, and people (customer that is) pleasing!!! He has the gift to be with people and in this business that s pretty rare. I would definitely seek out this person at the dealerships if you need a vehicle because he will work hard for you! The sales manager was also very nice to work with and Sarah in after market was very nice as well. Thank you for the nice experience Justin we ll be seeing you again!

This was my best experience of ever purchasing a car Eric Alexander is the best sales representative I have ever experienced at all my years living a purchase in a vehicle he was very helpful customer service with A1 also Mr. Jay Gurganus he was the finance manager was super super heartfelt with helping us get us the plan we needed with financing and having good coverage and service protection of our car again experience with him as well with super quality. The Best ever we will be back to purchase our 2022 jeep two door I highly recommend their services I will be promoting the finance manager and the sales reps.

From the moment we walked into the dealership we felt as if we came home from vacation. Everyone spoke and smiled. Nas was great he helped us choose different cars and trucks so we could get an idea of what options we had. If we had a question that he didn t know he went and found out for us. He even came to work to help us on his day off. Another employee that helped us was Jay, he got us an awesome APR and even got us a year less of payments. If someone I know ever needs dealership to go to I m telling them go see these guys. Thank you for your hospitality Everyone there deserves a Pat on the back.

Can t say enough about the team at Southern JCDR Norfolk Airport! Worked with Nas on a deal for my new car- truly no bs there, he was upfront and honest about everything. Without a doubt the best sales associate I ve ever worked with. Even came in on his day off to ensure my new ride was detailed and gassed up. Even stayed later to show a family member several vehicles. I traded my in my vehicle to which John gave me a very fair deal. Also had the luxury of working with Jay in finance. He was able to find me a better rate than my own credit union and even called me back the next day after he hustled an even better deal. Who can get you a 2.9% interest rate when the Fed has raised rates 4 times?? JAY CAN! I can honestly say that this is the best car buying experience I ve ever had. Thanks Nas, John, and Jay- you guys have a customer for life!

David Dantzler, the sales representative was knowledgeable, low-pressure and went out of his way to give me the best buying experience possible. Jay Gurganus worked with my creit union to get me the best possible loan terms and hooked me up with the most amazing (and affordable) warranty I have ever seen! I would like to say this is the only dealership I ve ever went to that I had time picking out the vehicle that best fit me and my budget. Everyone in the facility was respectful! My salesman Naz was wonderful as well as the financial manager Jay. If you ever are in the market for a vehicle ask for Naz, he ll have your best interest and help you anyway possible! I found the car I wanted online fairly easy and when in to check out lease offers. Working with Justin was a breeze and he went above and beyond my expectations to get me the Stelvio I wanted at the price I wanted. The 24 hour test drive was critical in my decision making. Being able take it home overnight and really feel it out helped a lot. Justin even brought the car to my house for me to test drive since I have 3 kids at home with me. Very happy with my experience and the job that Justin did. Thanks!

First off I have never left a review online before. This time I had to...Went in to get 2019 accord.. Wasn't looking good but the salesman Anthony Ray worked some magic and was able to get me into what I wanted. I left 100% satisfied. Honest straight forward dealership. Definitely recommend, my best experience at a dealer in a long time.

Had the best experience with Tina Dickinson on 8-16-2022. She was able to get my car fixed and back to me in a few days. Had originally took it too Checkered Flag Fiat in Newport News, Virginia where the problem started after they tried to fix the recall and failed. I will never be taking my car or business to Checkered Flag Fiat, I will only do business with Southern Fiat. Thanks again Tina.

Verina Eissinger, sales rep for Fiat/Alfa Romeo, is outstanding. She helped me purchase the car of my dreams and we worked through some challenges to make it happen, even coming in on her day off. She went above and beyond, as did Jenny in protection package options. The General Manager, Carl, also assisted through this process. I was not pleased with the Finance Manager and that part of the purchase process. That experience and that with the service department so far are the reason for this rating. We requested financing options, having provided in advance some basic terms we were seeking if to be financed through Southern. When I came back to purchase the vehicle, I was 2 hours into the final paperwork process before I was provided with financing information, and only after I had to sit through extended warranty and gap insurance discussions. No purchase process should wait that long to provide you with term and final cost options-- should be straight up front so you can decide whether or not to pursue non-dealer financing. No papers should have been signed before I was provided with that information. The terms offered were unacceptable, and I was only provided another financing option IF I purchased gap insurance. I walked away feeling coerced and only two papers of the many I had signed. The next day, I after asking a lot of follow up questions, I asked that the contract be torn up and to start over, on my terms. This was accommodated in order to obtain my business. A week later, after Verena and I scheduled service to address something we noticed on delivery, I was hung up on by the Service Dept. today when I called to request arrangement for a loaner vehicle during servicing. I asked a question about my service appointment that he felt was outside of his department. WHAT??? Not professional at all. A bit disappointed in the future journey I'll have with this dealership if that's how it's going to be. However, nothing but 10 stars for Verena and her customer service. If you want to buy a Fiat or Alfa Romeo at this dealership, request her.

Try to schedule an appointment, service rep was not pleasant to talk with. She acted like she was in a hurry to get off the phone and then had the audacity to question if I really knew what kind of car I OWN. Really!!! Needless to say I passed on the appointment.

Service department is disorganized and does not communicate with customers. Not sure about the sales department, but I cannot recommend this dealership based upon my experience with the service department. Next time, I plan to drive an additional 30 minutes to try the dealer service in Newport News. Still not even sure the actual service was conducted on my vehicle, as no one exudes confidence there. Gave all the details on the Alfa Romeo online survey.Update: Oil caution light illuminated while driving 2 weeks later. Pulled into Alfa/Maserati in Raleigh for assessment. Turns out the air intake was improperly installed, an under panel bolt was never put back in; and most significantly, twice the required amount of oil was put in my vehicle while at Southern in Norfolk. DO NOT take your Alfa to Southern Alfa Romeo.Update#2: Electronic Throttle Control now failed and I must find another service department. Did Southern Alfa Romeo permanently damage my car?Update#3: Intermittent and random warning lights continue. Alfa Romeo customer service created a case number for possible replacement of my Guilia. I asked to have an appointment with General Manager of Southern Alfa and was told that he would return my call and schedule a time to meet. Weeks later and still no answer. Corporate office will coordinate for a technician to inspect the vehicle if I can wait several weeks. I am on a tight timeline due to a military overseas assignment and cannot trust bringing this car with me. No assistance.Final Update: I had to relocate overseas in a military move and could not resolve this issue with Alfa Romeo s corporate team. I had to do a quick sale at a dealership and lost a lot in the process. This was the worst automobile experience ever and I had no recourse whatsoever. NEVER AGAIN.
