My experience at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet in Norfolk was GREAT! I came in Friday with a maintenance concern and my car was finished the following Monday. Alannah (one of the current Service Providers) was AMAZING! She had worked with me from the time I dropped my vehicle off until the time I had went and picked it up! She took the time to look up and had advised me of my current warranties listed on my vehicle that I had no idea of, she also provided me with some very useful and helpful information that was good to have for the near future regarding my vehicle. The service here at Rick Hendrick was OUTSTANDING and they work very quickly and efficiently! I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back with any potential maintenance issues it may have in the future and also plan on bringing it back for any necessary, updated maintenance! If you have a Chevrolet vehicle I highly suggest bringing your vehicle here if you reside or are near the Norfolk/Virginia Beach location! Thanks so much Rick Hendrick!

I had a great experience with the service desk manager, Janae. She went above and beyond to fix my issues from lack of communication with one of her sales members and she provided excellent customer service and support during this time. She is the reason I will continue doing business with RK Chevrolet. People/leadership like hers truly outshines any issues had and also, meant the most to me. My 2020 Tahoe felt too new to have battery problems, but the truck would not start. The service team was great and helping me figuring out the battery issue and getting things taken care of! I don t do a lot of reviews but had to express how blown away I was about my service I got at Hendrick Chevrolet on my Corvette that had a unique A/C issue. My service advisor, Frank John, is a complete professional. Everything from check-in to contacting and communicating to me along the complete process when a part had to be ordered and replaced. Frank and the tech that worked on my car are the best!

Had to wait too long for them to complete a oil change and tire rotation almost three hours. Need to work on that people's time is valuable, I was told the waite time would be a hour and forty-five minutes, I was there for two and a half. Jesse was amazing! I normally go to RK Chevy in VA Beach. Lately, their customer service has been horrible. I had an issue with my car and I was able to get an appointment the same week which was difficult trying to find. Jesse kept me updated and was my service was complete in a timely fashion. I will be returning. He had great customer service and very personable.

I have to admit having to take my car in was not easy. It s hard for me to get to work so that was stressful. I was quite aggravated and a little abrupt and I m sorry. I have always been treated kindly by everyone and this time was no exception, even though I lost my cool! Jenea (sorry if I misspelled your name) at checkout was EXCELLENT, always great customer service even I was not my best. I appreciate the kindness and excellent customer service!!! I had the selected services performed on my vehicle on 8/12/2023. Frank John was the overall supervisor and handles any problem or glitch that comes up with the maintenance procedure. Jesse Evatt was the Service Rep who did everything by the book to make sure I had a satisfying service visit. I have used Rick Hendrick for car purchasing and maintenance since 2001 and keep coming back for a reason. Staff is really nice.Working with the service department for 15+ years.There s no quality control. They forgot to put my rear shocks back on after one service.They generally don t Troubleshoot or perform a full diagnostic. They just start replacing parts and charging you a lot of money. They will not look for the service bulletin, which says the step-by-step process to correct an issue.My car s been there two weeks now and they still don t know what s wrong. Fortunately, they re going to try a different mechanic .who didn t show up today.

The people who handle the initial check in are nice ; but service seems longer than what I ve experienced from past Chevy maintenance. Multiple times I ve scheduled an appointment over a week in advance but the actual service of vehicle doesn t start till hours (or next day) after appointment. Drop off at 0800, call at 1500 vehicle is still waiting to go into shop we ll what was the point of an appointment?

Unfortunately my transmission went out on my 2019 chevy tahoe at about 71,000 miles. I had my truck towed to this service center due to my warranty it had to be towed to a chevy dealership. Belen was my full time agent in the service center. She was freaking awesome. Her headache started with dealing with my warranty company (which she handled so well). She jumped thru hoops to provide the info and pictures they needed from my truck. Literally everyday they wanted her to provide this and have the tech do that. After a month going back and forth the Warranty people denied my claim. So after this long month of a fight with the warranty people and alot of tears. Belen manager Jenea stepped in and said she could try one more thing!! GM covered my new transmission and all the labor!! She Literally called the big guys explained everything to them and I couldn't believe it!! I was in tears. These 2 women went above and beyond for me this whole process. It was so much they had to deal with just to get my truck fixed along with other customer's they also had to service. I will only take my truck to this service center for now on. I have never felt so important as a customer. Just have patience and be understanding that parts are still backed up and some days are short staffed. I promise it'll be worth the wait to get your vehicle back in perfect condition!! Belen is my favorite person..so look for her when you go. She's kind she's patient anything you need she will find out. She replies to text and return calls...AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Rick Hendricks should be proud to have an employee that's super dedicated to providing great service. Don't skip this service center up...Service: Transmission
