Joe possesses remarkable customer service skills that transform the typically mundane experience of a service visit into a pleasant one.Today, Joe's commitment to excellence was particularly evident. He went above and beyond to ensure I wasn't inconvenienced by my vehicle's servicing by arranging a loaner vehicle for me. And not just any loaner, but a very nice one that exceeded my expectations. This gesture alone speaks volumes about his dedication to customer satisfaction.Chris, the service manager, also deserves a shoutout for leading such a fantastic team. It's evident that great leadership trickles down to great service. Every interaction with the staff here is a positive one, which says a lot about the culture they've cultivated.In conclusion, Joe Waller and the entire service team have once again proven why they are the benchmark for outstanding customer service. Needed details about registering old car with dmv & expired temp tags. Was told we would get a call today. Getting too late to go to dmv. Been without second car all week & will be without it all weekend & into next week.
