Not sure if Ford Service and quick lane are are the same thing, but I was a little frustrated with the quick lane service. I had called 1 week in advance asking about getting a front license plate bracket installed. They work alongside with Ford dealership next door I m assuming because my call was directed to quick lane when I called Ford originally. I was told I needed to order the part with Ford, which I did, and then bring it to my appointment. I called quick lane twice ensuring installing the bracket was something they could do and it was confirmed they could. Get to the appointment and first, the front desk girl was extremely rude and acted like she did not want to be there. Not very professional or kind in speaking with a customer. I proceeded to tell her what my appointment was for and that I had called to ensure it s something they could do. She then said her Quick lane manager said they don t do bracket installations because they don t have the tools, and that I need to go across to Ford Service where they do it. I was frustrated because I had the appointment set. Who told me they could do it and lied? Anyways I went into the Ford Service department next door and they were more kind and helpful. Left them a separate better review.

I went in for a state inspection. The whole team was very professional and friendly. Everyone I came in contact with acted like they enjoyed working there. They did everything in a timely manner and gave me a trip to my house and back when the van was ready. Both my shuttle drivers were great. I will be back when I need anything done to the vehicle. Thanks a lot!

Always very communicative. They do get busy some times but they offer rides home either with a Uber or shuttle. Are my go to quick stop spot for oil changes and routine checks.

Left car overnight and I found my doors were left unlocked twice (when coming to check the status of it and again when picking up vehicle). This carelessness is not acceptable.* The number provided is not in service. At this point no further discussion is needed. Just lock people's car doors. It was already brought to an associates attention the first time.

Worst place ever give free inspections free oil changes but will have to go days without car to have it done. Everyone there is rude not worth the "free" advertisement avoid priority at all costs. You've been warned. Mr. Fred phillips the phone # you left is unreachable which further lets me know you could care less to change anything thanks for not caring and just sending generic replies.

Service is good. Make a appointment a week in advance. Get there half hour early and they say it will be 2 hours before they will get to it. Worse than Dr office.

Today's visit has the most poorest customer service I've ever experienced here!!! Training is definitely needed for the two people working today. And the slowest wait time, which I can somewhat understand. At least make up for the unusually long wait times with basic and appropriate customer service.4/1/2024: Even months later, drove all the way here (with a previously made appointment) just to find out that my oil change will take 4 hours. Ridiculous!!!! My 8 year old even asked why they call this place "Quick Lane". Smh. This establishment has disappointed me too many times, so now it's up to me to make a change. Update: Had a terrible experience this time with priority Quick Lane. Our daughter only needed a tire rotation and they tried to upsale her $600 worth of other services. When we picked up the car, the employee was very rude.Previously:We have been using Priority for maintenance of most of our vehicles for many years. The one exception is my Escape which we purchased from Beach Ford. After 5 years of Beach Service with multiple issues, we are switching to Priority Service for my Escape as well. We have been very satisfied with Priority Service Priority for maintenance service of all our other vehicles so it makes sense to have my Escape serviced here as well. While the new Priority Quick Lube doesn t have the wonderful ambience and cafe of Beach Ford on VIRGINIA Beach BLVD, being in and out in less than an hour is a great trade off! Plus, Priority Quick Lube is at a convenient Norfolk location near the airport. The staff at Priority are always friendly and offer quick and efficient service. During the Covid-19 Pandemic they are offering free auto disinfecting with maintenance services. It is a fogger disinfectant that covers all the interior surfaces. Excellent! They also have a points program so your points add up to future discounts each time your vehicles are serviced.

The service was quick. The people, friendly and efficient. Only problem was they were about an hour behind on their appointments. Inconvenient, but not much of a problem. I will return for service.

Priority Ford Norfolk SEVERELY failed with their "Quick Lane" concept. The staff at Quick Lane are friendly enough; just believe they are understaffed (like many others). I always received prompt service at the main Priority Ford Service center but not Quick Lane. Don't bother making an appointment because that doesn't matter, you will still have all the "walk-ins" ahead of you. Arrived 15 before appointment time for an oilchange, 1.5 hours waiting, truck just went in for service. Just be sure if you call Priority Ford to make a service appointment, find out if it's with their main service department or with Quick Lane...arrive EARLY for Quick Lane.

There is nothing quick about this place. I waited 4 and a half hours for an oil change. This service center makes me regret buying into the priorities for life package.

I stopped in at Priority Quick Lane to have the air pressures adjusted on my car. The low tire pressure light was illuminated. After standing in line for approximately 10 minutes, watching the adviser shuffle threw papers, I was finally waited on. I ask if someone could take 2 or 3 minutes to adjust the air pressures on.my tires. I was told no one had the time. I then drove down to Southern Auto. I was immediately helped. The service adviser came out from behind her station, looked at my tires and said follow me. I drove my car to the bay she directed me to. The technician came out and checked my tires. Total time: 3 minutes. There are many options for buying a new car so one deciding factor is after purchasing support. Unfortunately Priority Quick Lane does not meet that criteria. I will not buy a car from Priority based on poor after purchase support.Service: Tires

We bought a 2021 Hyundai from Priority in Chesapeake but decided to go to a Priority Quick Lane on Military Highway for our free oil change. Both times an appointment was scheduled and both times the oil was drained from our car before discovering that they did not have the needed filter. So both times we were at Quick Lane for over three and a half hours because the filter had to be delivered. It seems that you would keep in stock filters for the type of vehicle your business sells, or at least make sure you have it before you drain the oil. It doesn t seem like rocket science. We drive over an hour to have this done so the whole day is shot just for getting an oil change. So frustrating!Service: Oil change

2nd visit to Quick Lane and it was entirely different from my first visit. Both times I scheduled an appointment and waited for my truck. An hour after my appointment my truck still wasn't taken back for it's oil change and tire rotation. I asked about where I was in line and I was "next" and the service writer showed me my paperwork. For the next hour, I watched techs come in, pickup my paperwork, look at it, then put it down and take another owners car into the shop. Finally after 2 hours, I decided to take my keys and do my own work. 2 stars for the poor service from the techs, but all the service writers up front were awesome.Service: Oil change

DO NOT USE!!! RIP OFF COMPANY!OOrdered 4 tires and if I had not called to check on them they would still be sitting in the warehouse. I tried to cancel order but was "bullied" into keeping the order and getting tires shipped overnight. Received tires and they looked good so had the placed on my vehicle, however noticed when car tried to get up to speed it wold shake, went back and had them rebalanced 3 times. Finally they took off car (in 2 days) and found they could not be balance due to issue with tires. Had to purchase 4 new tires and tried to get money back for these bad ones but they will not return money because they were put on the vehicle. How are you supposed to know tires are bad if not put on vehicle? This company will not respond to emails in timely manner because they are a RIP OFF company!!!Service: Tires

My very first visit with them was super pleasant. However today s visit left me never wanting to return. I had an appointment booked for a simple oil change. Went and sat in the bay for over 20 mins only being told by one lady that she would be right with me.. only to drive off and never come back. Finally I was instructed to move my car to the quick lane door by someone else. I got checked in..and then I waited for 2 and a half hours and they never touched my car aside from moving it to another spot. Why make an appointment if the wait is going to be that long? I finally gave up and asked for my keys back regardless of if it were finished or not and didn t even so much as get a sorry for the wait or an explanation as to why nothing had been done. Poor customer service, and poor time management here. Very disappointed.Service: Oil change

I scheduled an 8am appointment to get a recall service fixed. I was advised that the quick lane can do that as well as perform the state inspection but had to get the car up there at 7am on first come first serve bases which is understandable, however I was never informed that this dealership was holding 20 or more cars over night on their lot from the previous day that was ahead of me. You should never hold any cars over night for a simple state inspection, that service should be same day either pass or reject them. Everyone sitting from the day before just knocked everyone else out a day. Priority Ford needs to change that policy. If I bring my car in at 7:08am, I should have had a handful ahead of me, not the entire day before. Needless to say, it's now March 2023 and I still have February 2022 inspection sticker on my car. Not at all impressed.Services: Tires, Oil change

I've been using this location since the day they opened the door, this being said, I loved the fact that I could go in early to be first in line for an oil change. This was absolutely perfect for me to break away from work and then be back before 8:00 am. Today I went in and they have changed to appointments only. If they had sent out an email telling customers about this change perhaps I wouldn't be as upset, but I waisted my time and fuel this morning. I think I am going to start taking my truck to the Priority on Virginia Beach BLVD for now on.

I went in at 2 for a scheduled state inspection and oil change. And by closing time at 7,they were still not done with my car. Was told the inspectors leave at 4, overbooked much? Let them keep it even though I needed it for work the next day but didn't feel like rescheduling. I was also con'd into getting a front end alighment that cost me $150 that I don't think I really needed. Go back the next day and they didn't even give me the oil change.

Always friendly customer service and technician walked me through some things to pay attention to. Never had any issues after having service done.Of course prices are never cheap when getting something done to your car but I have never had any issues with their quality of work.Definitely a recommended vehicle service center...

Don't expect anything quick. Longest wait of my life for an oil change. Four hours too long. The staff is kind and works to this best of their abilities but the wait times are just outrageous, especially for a scheduled appointment.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The service was Quick!!! I drop off my car and waited there. Their lobby was clean and not clustered. I waited no more than 2 hours, maybe 1 hour and minutes. The registrar was helpful too. I told her it was my first time at the shop and she made my stay and check-in easy.

Nothing quick about Quick Lane!!I had an appointment for an oil change at 4pm and they didn t even pull my vehicle back for 2 hours! This is ridiculous. Don t come here if you want to schedule an appointment that means something. I ve come here twice before and had similar issues, but never this bad. I will never come here again. You ve lost my business.

First time using Priority Quick Lane and will never go back. Totally unorganized; when talking with the manager, he said, "We need to do better." Very disappointing.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
