Yeah can I give less than 1 star? I came in at 2 o'clock for an alignment and an inspection. Was told it was too late for the inspection but I could definitely get the alignment but it was gonna take awhile. I asked at 330 if I was still going to get the alignment and was told yep, you're next he's finishing up the car ahead of me. Was just told if I could come back Monday. Gtfoh. I just rebuilt my entire front end and need an alignment because I'm going outta town. They effectively kept me from going anywhere else to get the service I need. Plus the building was hot as hell. I highly recommend that if you need anything done to your vehicle you take it somewhere reputable. I will not being doing business with these jerks ever again. Worst is they didn't even apologize and it's not even like they're cheaper than anyone else. Unprofessional and a giant waste of time.

That's a shame I'm here looking at the reviews and I must have spoken to the same lady that yall did which SPEAKS VOLUMES about the staff but more importantly THE MANAGEMENT at this establishment. How is it that they are ALLOWED to CONTINUE to be rude to customers and still be employed...one of the reviews I saw commented on her three months ago how is it that they are still employed. This MUST be a family owned company . I called up there today just to inquire about possibly renting one of their vehicles and I asked ONE question about the insurance and she pretty much tried to carry me like I was slow or something. Y'all got to do better. I mean how many more negative reviews do y'all need in regards to this individual and apparently your front desk staff to be PROACTIVE. TRUST, I tried to get her name but she just told me have a good day and hung up in my ear

If i could give them less than one star i would !!! From the front desk chick to the manager is DISRESPECTFUL & VERY RUDE !!! First off I purchased my car less than 1 month ago & im headed back to get my car serviced for the THIRD TIME !!! I been complaining about the SAME issue for the last month & last time they put me in one of their rentals with a bad tire so i had a doughnut on a rental the chick up front needs to be REPLACED QUICK FAST & in a hurry !!! Never had a decwnt interaction with her !! Shes super rude & idk if she wakes up on the wrong side of the bed in the morning or WHAT ... but she has the WORST customer service ive EVER DEALT WITH !!! & the SERVICE manager dont know how to talk yo anyone either !!

A vehicle I just got from them I had to bring back after 2 days because of over heating. They supposely replaced a catalyst converter, radiator cap, and thermostat just to find out 2 weeks later it needed a motor. I m on my third week waiting on my car and they don t even know if it will be fixed this week nor do I know if this will fix the problem. They are overbook and slow service and I don t feel the mechanics know what they are doingService: Engine repair

The worst service in the tidewater area. Too busy eating Chick-fil-A to wait on. 3 hours for a tail light that was never ordered.

The customer service representatives gave very short answers to my questions, if they answered them at all. I was the only one in line to have my vehicle inspected, and when I arrived I was told it would take 30 mins tops. I sat inside of the office for 2 hours waiting. The one time I patiently and respectfully asked what was taking so long, I was immediately cut off as soon as I started to remind them. I'm severely dissatisfied and will NOT be coming back. You can't tell a difference between the employees and the customers. Ive just been sitting here watching people come and go without knowing who works here and who doesn't. Their customer service as a whole is severely disappointing.

I bought a 2008 hond odyssey from there sales people. Not a problem there. The vehicle came with a bumper to bumper warranty for the first 60 days or 6k miles. My problem is the service center. We have had issues with this vehicle since we bought it. Check engine light, leaks, and a cv axle that is going bad. (I'm an automotive tech of almost ten years) We brought the problems to their attention and they claimed the gas cap was loose and they didnt hear a noise. Only to find out they replaced the gas cap and didnt put a honda cap on it. The noise was still present. Fast forward a couple of weeks and the tranmission beings to slip and not shift past 3rd gear. We had the vehicle towed there just shy of a week ago. They have done a poor job of reaching out and keeping us informed of any updates. The replaced the purge valve and trans cooler lines and claim the tranmission is ok. We shall see. Still claim they didnt hear a noise in the right front. Today my fiance went up there and test drove and showed what she was under the impression was the mechanic working on the vehicle. He said he heard the noise and would get it in right after lunch. Fast forward 2 and a half hours later and we called them. They then told us well the guy you rode with isnt a technician (of course not they dont have techs they have mechanics because they lack the skill to be called technicians.) And that they havent gotten the van in yet and cant guarantee that they will get it in today AFTER HAVING IT FOR OVER A WEEK! I am so fed up with these people. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO BE SERVICED THERE. The only reason I returned to them is because of the warranty when we bought it.

They have the worst customer service ever it s terrible non professional at all . I took my car in one day and I had an appointment only to sit there all day and no work get done to my car. I got the car in October had problems within 2 weeks ..I recently took my car in they ve had it for almost 3 weeks with no time table or nothing just we ll call you when it s ready I ll never deal with them again and I don t recommend them.

First of all my car was sold to me with non working AC and now that the weather has broken to extreme heat and im now seeing feeling straight heat pump out of my vents even on high thats when i have attempted to get it fixed by the auto service center being that im still in warranty . I called a week before to schedule an appointment to get this fixed plus my check engine light. I pulled up at 7:50 waiting for doors to open and im still here at 11:21 being told it ll be another HR OR TWO to fix a damn AC ?! Being that im 6 months pregnant this is unacceptable they are unprofessional as hell the man didnt even know what service was supposed to be completed on my car like dooo NOT come here if you got a choice stay away from the whole damn company PERIOD! It should not take over 4 hrs to service someone s AC who set an apt .

I've argued with more than a few inspection stations, even printing up inspection requirements and guidelines to reference. I have not had to do this here! They did find something wrong with one of my vehicles, but did not try to sell me service, and re-inspection was painless.I really appreciate that you can drop your vehicle off here and don't have to wait like so many places. Service has always been professional. My only (small) complaint would be that my car never seems to be done until right before close.

Been taking my vehicles to them for 8 years however this place has gone in the dumps. Lady working the reception desk doesn't know anything however has a huge attitude and mouth to back it up. Didn't get a phone call returned like they said they would. I'm 100% sure someone else will enjoy my money for service

My husband took the car to get inspected and they said only 3 things were wrongWe got those things fixed, unfortunately not in the 15 day time frame bc we are in a PANDEMIC! Nevertheless, he took the car back and they rejected it again for something completely different!!!This is completely unacceptable and just taking people hard earned moneyNow we are out 40 dollars for lack of compassion and ignorance.

I been coming here for years and always defended their poor reputation..i dropped my vehicle off for repair and inspection. They were adamant that they wouldn't start ANY work unless i prepaid which i did, then they didnt start working on my car till 18 work hours later. I missed two days of work when they assured me my car would only take one day to fix they had it for 3 days. And ruuuuuuuuuude customer service reps. Will not be returning

If I could give a -100 rating that would be an exceptionally great review. The woman (I would use the b*tch word for her, but even a dog deserves to be respected & not compared to the likes of her) on the phone was totally unprofessional, rude & obnoxious. Stay the hell away from this place!!!!

W O R S T place EVER. FRONT DESK HAS A HUGE ATTITUDE WITH CUSTOMERS WHO JUST WANT TO KNOW WHATS WRONG WITH THIER CAR. lady at the front , Cynthia, told me I m not going out there to look at your car, you just gonna have to wait til your appointment and let them see it when I was explaining to her that I didn t know a part name (which btw fell off the car while I was driving). Got a whole scarf on at the front desk talking down to people like she s unbothered. I realized she don t know nothing about cars, She s just there. SAVE YOUR TIME. The manager heard the entire conversation and just sat at his computer clicking buttons. I asked him why he didn t get up to help us out (as I was struggling to name parts of the car) he literally said I m busy . Do yourself a favor... DONT go here.

WARNING: do not buy a car here! PLEASE READ....The lady that answers the phone is too rude. Spent two days there waiting for them to do a "15 minute job" (their words), only to break down out of town two days later. Patriot charged me $400, the shop out of town charged me $300 more to do the same repair. Plus they told me transmission is going out, suspension is shot and to get ride of this car ASAP. (Note: car has 48,000 miles on it) This place is a SCAM, this has got to be illegal.

I gave the company a 1 star because there is nothing less available. I never got past the initial phone call the individual who answered the phone was rude & hung up the phone on me while I was talking. I called back & told her it was rude she said what do you want I got another call coming in I hung up......

This is the most incompetent place in Norfolk. I took my car for inspection and sat there for 3 hours, then they fail my inspection because they didn't have the key lock to take the wheel off to check the brakes and the lock was in the gloves compartment and they could have asked me for it, then they wanted to give me a price to fix other stuff. I took my keys and walk away. DON'T GO THERE, INCOMPETENT INCOMPETENT

Poor customer service over charge o. Weekends...Count your money.....shut off services..cars are dirty no points for havi g more gas than given. Cars renten no air. Cars in poor driving condition..pay more go elsewhere for your own safety

Called to inquire about a rental and the girl that answered the phone was very rude 1-25-17 at 4pm. They need a new secretary will not be spending any of my cash with them SMDH they deserve 0 stars

The section where you buy the car's we're great. Fast, helpful and professional service. But the mechanic shop is horrible. The work is unsatisfactory all around.

Have bumper to bumper warranty and still can't get good service, acknowledge problem and tell me.its nothing can be done to my satifaction, car stil shake while driving (directly after svc pic up) and told I have one of the best car on lot by shop mgr.and she feels nothing with test drive and to come back Monday so, her dad can ride with me with a fresh pair of eyes SMH told me my tire replacement can take up to months
