I bought a tire plug kit. I needed a pair of diagonal pliers just to remove the two nails from my tire. The associate pretended he wanted to help me with that but the pliers were all bound to the new package container. I ask for the ones that they had for customer use. He went be hind the counter a got the for me.

I came in today to pick up a couple items and was greeted by Hunter who was very friendly and helpful. Upon checking out, a disgruntled customer walked in complaining about an item he purchased. Hunter was able to keep his professionalism and continued to assist the customer.

Fantastic auto parts store! Was helped today by Hunter who quickly solved a problem with the light above my license plate - excellent customer service! Some months ago, Kenneth helped me with a coolant issue. Everyone working at this location is extremely knowledgable and helpful - will be back to this location for all car questions and needs!

Great employees with vast knowledge. It's hard to find people who speak "car" sometimes in an auto parts store. Most of the time it's just high school dropouts working a desk with little to no knowledge. The team here has helped me with MANY issues on Sr real different vehicles and have never let me down!

Ordered my part via phone call, employee said it'd be in on Monday morning...got there part was not in (which is understandable things happen) they stated that it may be in around lunch time. I said cool give me a ring when it does. Needless to say it's been two weeks and no call. Thank goodness my mechanic found the piece that same day and fixed my car.

I couldn t ask for more. They ordered my battery the moment I called, were incredibly nice, got everything done in record time, and put up with my weird sense of humor.

Josh was an excellent help and very knowledgeable. He helped me with any and everything along with giving the best customer service I've ever seen in the automotive field. I would honestly give six stars if I could Josh is definitely going places especially in this industry. Great job O'Reillys I'll always be back

It was raining, I was late for an appointment and needed a new battery. I was going to grab the battery and install it after the appointment if my truck wouldn't start afterward ... the manager, Dan, and his guys said they could replace right then and there ... I told them I was on the verge of running late and they said they'd do it before I'd finishing paying for it. In the rain, they popped my hood, replaced my battery AND changed out my windshield wipers in about 5 minutes. Very, VERY helpful and service oriented. Can't say enough.

This store is just like the other stores it's a parts store you go in they ask you questions this store in particular they were great they had great customer service. I felt like the staff was knowledgeable. It didn't take me long to get the stuff that I need. And they also help me save a little money as far as with my battery cuz you know you can turn that in and stuff. I would recommend the store to anyone

I just changed my 5 stars to 1 star. Ryan made me feel small. I was standing in front of him for 5 mins holding the washer fluid that I picked from the counter and he didn't say a word or look at me. I eventually asked if he was busy and he pointed at a customer on the phone again with his head facing his computer. I politely said he should've at least said something but he didn't respond or acknowledge me as a person. Someone else had to come from behind to help me. By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life.

I have a really old car and needed a hood latch for my vehicle. I was at work so the associate Brian took my number and called me back because it didn't show that they carried the part. He called me back and let me know the reason why i wasn't able to easily find my part, but he found the nearest place where I would purchase it used. I work in customer service so I appreciate everything he did, going above and beyond for someone who isn't even in the store yet. I will make sure that O'Reilly's is my choice for all my other auto part needs just because of Brian's awesomeness!!!

This store is better than Auto Zone. They had the part I needed in the store without me having to order it AND having to wait a couple days to receive it. They also support the military and veterans by providing discounts to those who come with proof with photo

O'Reilly's is one of the few places I will go, and i do have an account for my business here. But......I stopped going to autozone because everytime I ordered a part it seemed to be wrong (I am not saying this is every autozone, but the one thsy I went to). Also I noticed one step didn't know the difference between parts, I atleast think the company should pay for the ASE parts professional and maybe ac and refrigeration, possibly braking and steering and suspension. Other than this, no complaints

Awful service. Went in to pick up a fuse, the female assistant manager refused to help me figure out what kind was needed, even though the store was empty. First experience with this chain, will definitely be my last.

Descent parts place, but dont go in there and ask for any help. Specially when the ladies are at the counter. They only know what's on the computer screen, and can offer no advice on anything else. Not to mention if u go in there, b prepared to be put on hold while they take care of someone on the phone, while ur already there with cash in hand

Kevin was very helpful and jumped my car for me.even when he didn't have to. Oh, did I mention I was stuck at the intersection of Tidewater and Layfayette where he walked to at 8:50 at night !!!!!!!!!! Wonderful customer service. Thankful for him !

Professional and KNOWLEDGEABLE service. This location on Tidewater Drive has always been able to help. Unlike the Little Creek Road location where they discourage a sale and know very little of this field.

Went in tidewater drive location and apparently the manager was too busy in the office to assist a customer and there was only one other employee. Mind you the store had no customers at the time. I will go to the VA Beach locations before I go to this location which is across from my house

This particular one is awful. One there person in the store and I still couldn't get any help. Guy working was to busy eating breakfast then helping. Do not recommend it. Go to the one on little creek.

The idea that these people are automotive experts is a joke. When asked what weight oil needed for a vehicle, the employee spun her computer monitor around and said "you do it. I have no idea what I'm looking at. They also, despite clearly stating in advertisements, do not have a military discount. Do yourself a favor, save a headache and a waste of time and steer clear of this location.

Most of the employees here give the worst customer service and asst manager joel lied to me and said he gave me my military discount after asking him 3 different times , usually the employees ask me for my dod # he did not and it didnt show on my receipt, i wish this location gave as good customer service as the one in little creek rd.
