It was a quick in and out to purchase an oil drip tray. The service wit was a quick in and out to purchase an oil drip tray. The service was wonderful, and the man who helped me was very knowledgeable. I will go there again.

Would like to take a moment and applaud this store for keeping the morale of its team members up. I ve came into this O Reillys on many occasions at different times and to be quite honest the type of service never changes. Talking with guys like kharee and Terion they take pride in their job I also received help from Cam and each of them take care of my needs whenever I m there. I m not sure where this company s standards are for growth but these guys have been exceedingly well in the customer care department.

I went in to find an obscure part for my 2010 dodge challenger. The kid at the counter found one in stock and went in the back to get it. He was gone more than 5 minutes. When he got back he apologized for the wait, as it was something he has never sold or seen In the store before. It was a little over six bucks. He said just bring it back if it didn't work. Very polite and helpful. I should have gotten his name.

They were quick knowledgeable and helpful I hate to say it but I am a woman and have no idea about a vehicle make and model and everything they came out the store and helped me with everything that I needed and my purchases and I think them so very much

I'm done with another chain parts-house. I ordered a part, but it never arrived because it had never actually been ordered. As per normal, this was not seen as a particular problem even though I had waited a week already. I wound up ordering it through Amazon and it not only cost less but I got it in two days.

I come to this oriellys all the time and I've never had a bad experience. Everett always takes care of me and is 2 steps ahead of the checkout process, and he always hooks me up with the best deals. The entire facility is very professional and theyve always got what i need, at the best prices available.

Weston helped me find a replacement car battery and installed it. In and out of the store in less than 30 minutes. It may depend on who is working but I had a great first time experience. Thanks!

I appreciate the assistant Manager Cameron and the RSS Kharee both helpful attentive and patient even though I was frustrated about the wrong part they help me what I needed so I had to take the time to leave a review on this site,This my store for now on

I really love shopping at the Little Creek store Harold is just a sweetheart and always so helpful. All the customer service staff is great if they don't have they will get it for you.

They are so awesome! Took us to the back room to see if they could help us find exactly all on our list and stayed for our entire visit looking with us for every piece we needed. How is that, for customer service?!

They have always been top notch and knowledgeable. They respect your knowledge wether in depth or newbie. It is nice to see the men respect the women there. I have seen the total opposite at the zone. The majority of my parts come from them. I will continue to go back.

Had a great experience with the store manager. Everyone was welcoming as soon as I walked in the door. The manager helped me look up parts for my car, brought them to my car & she advised a great mechanic who saved me money. Life saver.

This is a hub store, so they usually have any part I need in stock at a decent price. I love these guys! Be prepared to wait in line though.

Workers think they are better than you. They all have attitudes. Not afraid of being fired. They think they no more than they do. They work in accordance of what they get paid from what it seems like. No customer service at all.

Will be a Happy faithel customer for as long as they keep customer service people like Joush in there store who went out of his way to help me with the just the head light on my SUV and was just wounderful with customer service showing the difference in the prices and quality of what I needed and great recommendation for mechanics it made me feel like that old school feeling like my grandparents would get so thanks for the experience O, Reilly Auto parts

I think O'Reilly's is one of the nicest auto parts store I has ever been into they're kind thoughtful considerate courtesy 100% about customer service you ask a question they don't act like that they're looking at you and your stupid they tried to explain everything from you name it from Soup To Nuts from A to Z as long as I have a vehicle and it needs to be worked on I will go to O'Reilly's and their discount cards ain't too bad either every time you spend so much money you got $5 that towards buying something in the store so that's a plus with me thanks O'Reilly's for coming to Virginia

Very good. I buy all of my car parts here. Staff here is very knowledgeable about cars. If the person you are dealing with doesn't know an answer, someone that works there will.
