Good friends of mine purchase a trailer here few months ago and they used it one time for a trip and now need it for another and noticed it is shaking. It's the wheel barring and they purchased a new battery. When they called in to speak with the rep Steve who sold it then he said that is impossible and that he would have not sold that to them, and they would have noticed this prior to driving off the lot which was not the case at the time. Hopefully this will be made right since they had to already shell out more money to have this trailer fixed. NOT GOOD! By the way the first trailer he sold them was great this is why they came back for a second one.

Called Motion Trailer Worx and talked to Steve and he told David very quickly that I didn't leave there with a bad battery and wheel bearing and he tried to explain and he didn't want to hear that. So it was broke on the side on road and couldn't get to you so I had to have it fixed. Since Steve owner basically told David twice in the conversation that his trailer didn't leave like that and pretty much said have a nice day. Steve didn't mention to bring it in for warranty and pictures.

Excellent people. Incredibly knowledgeable sales staff. On their game. I came here with a repeat customer and they were fast, helpful and they know their products.Need a trailer? Come here.

I went by to ask about a trailer. Even though they are extremely busy, they took the time to walk me out to view the trailer of interest and answer all of my questions. Wonderful staff and place.

I apologize for the delay in writing this review, but I truly feel it is important to express my gratitude towards Lindsey Bender at Motion Trailer Worx (MTX). When I visited MTX in December of 2022, I was looking for a hydraulic dump trailer and Lindsey proved to be the most personable and knowledgeable salesperson I have worked with in quite some time. She was able to find us the perfect trailer that met our needs and budget. The process was quick and easy, and we were able to drive away with our new trailer in just 30-40 minutes. I am extremely grateful for Lindsey's help and expertise. If you are looking for a Trailer, MTX is where it's at.

We have wanted an ATC trailer for years. Without having to drive 300 miles and back MTX has it all! Steve and Lindsay and their team are extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and super friendly. If you need a trailer, this is a MUST place to visit. They can add on to your trailer based on what you are hauling. Excellent prices and customer service.

Great staff, & huge supply on hand of all types of trailers. I was in a bind and they helped me get a 22ft trailer in a hurry. Also found that they offer parts & services as well. One stop shop here!

We use MTX for our fleet of trailers. Tim and his crew are great at getting us in and out on the same day. If they don't have a part which is rare they always call us and let us know. Their team is very communicative and prices are great. We will be bring out fleet from Titan Solar here for any work in the future.

Great Staff! Great Service! Great Product! Purchased a Big Tex utility trailer from them just a month or so ago. Easy as pie and they answered all my questions. The price was far better then the competition down the street. The product was also far better quality. I had them add a few additional tie down points too. I would recommend reaching out to them for your trailer needs.

MTX in Norfolk had the exact Big Tex trailer I was looking for at a fair price. Lindsay was great to deal with and made the transaction easy. Very friendly and professional staff at the store. Steve went completely over the trailer and made sure all the nuts and bolts were tight and all lights worked and then even hooked it up to my truck. Big selection of all types of trailers on site. I would highly recommend this business.

Not wasting anymore time here. I ve bought 2 trailers here and had them do several services. They had a great manager but he got transferred to another store. His replacement is knowledgeable but chooses when he wants to be helpful. Helpful when buying a $13,000 trailer but can t get him on the phone when something is wrong. Big Tex is a great trailer but dealing with this place is like pulling teeth. I ll be driving out of town for future purchases.

What an amazing experience! I needed some brake work on my trailer done as soon as possible and the team at MTX came to my rescue! They turned my trailer around in less than a day!!! They double checked everything on the trailer to ensure it was all working properly. Top notch work done by top notch people!! So courteous and professional! I highly recommend MTX for all your trailer needs!

Steve and his team are excellent. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I've purchased now 4 trailers from them and I would never shop anywhere else. Always able to point you in the right direction they have a huge inventory to choose from. From sales to repairs, these people are top notch.

Great customer service! The team at MTX even did some custom work added a vent in the ceiling of my new trailer with reinforced structure, mounted my spare tire, and installed tie-downs inside the enclosed trailer to secure the contents. Thank you for making the whole process so seamless and smooth! All this in 5 days time

Lindsay was on it from the time I hopped out the truck till I was pulling out with the exact trailer I was searching for. She educated me on a couple other models in their inventory that I ll be coming back to purchase as well. Great team and easy process.

The prices were great, service exceptional, and the few add- on items I bought were installed quickly and professionally. In addition, I had an issue with a lock that wasn't functioning properly, and the manager gave me a replacement immediately. I use my trailer frequently and couldn't be happier. If you're in need of a quality trailer from a great company that excels in customer service this is it. They also treat the military very well and offer incentives for military business. Outstanding experience, and a pleasure to do business with.

My husband and I needed a tow dolly to tow a car behind our motor home. After making many phone calls I found Motion was the only place locally that had any in stock. Others said to expect 4-8 month wait. We headed down there and drove off with a trailer the same afternoon. Staff was excellent, from ladies working the counter to the men (Tim and "T") who taught us how to use the dolly, as we had never towed before. I highly recommend, whole experience was positive and we left with everything we needed.

We purchased a trailer in March from Angelo. The experience was great! The level of customer service, quality of the trailer and the overall experience, brought us back a few months later to purchase a second trailer for our business. It s hard to fine a honest and genuine sales manager these days. Well, we found ours and we will be back to purchase more as our business continues to grow.

Rich was amazing! He really took the time to explain every detail to us when we purchased a 16 ft dump trailer. Angelo sold it to us and was very wonderful to work with through the whole buying process. It makes all the difference when you have people at a company that care about the buyer. Also facility was very clean.

Angelo and Rich were great every step of the process! They helped me find the trailer that fit my needs, were responsive when I needed more info before making my purchase, and helped me post sale making sure that my lights and hookups were working correctly. They went above and beyond every chance they got. I would highly recommend making this your only stop if shopping for trailers in Hampton Roads!
