Shout out to Mizelles & Rays Collision. They did my framework and I m very pleased with the service and price. You can see for yourself in the before and after pictures. Beach Undercoating asked me who did the framework and I told them Mizelle s. Beach Undercoating said they will definitely refer customers to Mizelles. If you want a proper wax-based undercoating with rust inhibitors, then get your truck to Beach Undercoating and get a lifetime undercoat on your truck ASAP!

Great place for suspension work. Made the appointment, arrived a bit early and was greeted by a very pleasant young lady. They started on time and finished quickly at the agreed price. Couldn't be happier. Very professional and friendly. I will certainly go back.

They were very friendly and helpful. I called around for a while to different body repair shops and they're the best ones I found, definitely recommend. You can't tell my car was ever dented!

The entire crew took care of me from beginning to end. Even with unforeseen circumstances, the crew at Mizelles helped with price and turnaround time. On top of that, my truck is driving even better than before my suspension was damaged. I was coming 2.5 hours away from OBX and had to sit and wait. They put two guys working on my car instead of 1 so a 4 hour job turned into 1.5 hours and I could get on with my day, really thoughtful gesture! Can t express in words how happy I am with my Jeep frame repair. Highly recommended if you have a TJ /LJ that has frame issues take it to this shop. You will not be disappointed.

Worst receptionist, this company needs to find someone who actually knows how to speak with clientele and be considerate. Receptionist is rude and unpleasant every single interaction. Can t say how well they service because they held my car for 2 weeks, took a down payment then told us they weren t starting the repair for another week. Inconvenient then receptionist was unhelpful and snarky when asked for other shop recommendations that might be able to fix my car sooner. Don t waste your time or money for a company that can t even hire polite and helpful reception. As someone who works in an industry needing compassionate receptions, DO BETTER. Not only that but my car came back with the battery DRAINED. Wasn t like that when I left it with them.

Brought my car in for a minor fender bender. They gave me a reasonable estimate and repaired it within 2 business days of dropping it off. Friendly staff. Would definitely use them again.

The guys at Mizelle's did a great job repairing panels & spray with Raptor Liner in my 86 K10 truck cab. From start to finish, the owner and his crew communicated impeccably and offered suggestions on different aspects of the job from their years of experience. Throughout the job, they allowed me to stop in and take a look at the progress which many shops simply won't do for various reasons. Anyone who has undertook a job like a full cab off resto knows the many variables that come up, having a local shop like Mizelle's that is willing and able to offer quality work at a very reasonable price and most importantly keep you informed of issues is beyond it's weight. Great job, A+++ Also one of the only shops around that can align big trucks, they've kept my Duramax in check for years.

Incredibly happy with my experience and Mizelles and Rays. Mark and his team did an amazing job taking care of a fender bender. Great work, great communication, great prices and great attitude. I truly appreciate the hard work and I highly recommend you give them a try if you need auto body or suspension work.

This is the only place in Norfolk that can do a true 4 wheel alignment. They have done all my alignments on all my cars and trucks modified or not. When you get it back it will drive straight.

Well there are few places locally that do what Mizelles does with that said why go any place else? They are knowledgeable and concise about what needs to be done and the customer service was outstanding. They did a magnicent job on my husband's truck it looks like it came from the factory. We hope we don't need them agin lol but satisfied knowing we know where to go if we do.

Mizelles is trustworthy and good at what they do. Had front struts replaced and it's noticeably improved. They had a fair price.

Came in for basically full suspension, installed what I asked for and then told me I had other parts that were damaged and needed replacement. They professionally handled everything and gave me quote for other much needed repairs. Whole team was kind and easy to work with it. My wife had her car aligned. They killed the battery and told her they have to leave the power on to do an alignment so the battery died, be sure to take it straight home the alignment is straight and they did a good job, but whatever happened to the battery is NOT a result of hogwash lies. Maybe the battery just failed it happens.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Excellent customer service and was very flexible to meet my demanding schedule. The price they quoted me for was higher than what they ended up charging me which is a huge plus! Very professional, knowledgeable and their work is phenomenal. The welding they did to repair the front end of my GMC Sierra was exceptional, you can't even tell it isn't manufactured the way it is installed now, never seen more beautiful welding work! 10/10 recommended! They offer military discount and also do not charge for the inspection/assessment fee if you end up utilizing them for the repairs needed, unlike most other companies in the area.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

I cannot say enough positive about the alignment experience I received from Mark and his crew at Mizelles. They do not work in a red and green world when doing alignments, close enough is not good enough for them. They could have done a close enough alignment and sent me on my way. They fond an issue and told me about it, I got the issue fixed brought the truck back and they got the alignment perfect. This kind of service will not be found at any of the Box service centers. Mark and Heidi thanks for excellent service you provide.

My old 2001 4Runner failed the state inspection due to a few rust holes that developed on the frame. I called around and most places wouldn t ever consider working on it due to the nature of repairing rust. Mizelles & Rays didn t hesitate to take a look and the estimate they gave was a great price for the work they needed to do. Heidi, who runs the office, is incredibly kind and understanding. She was such a big help and communicated clearly and in a way i would understand what they were going to do. They made the repairs quickly and even fit me back in to repair something that was left un-repaired. I Absolutely recommend them without a hesitation!

Heidi, Mark and Robert were awesome! I took my restored 1970 C-10 to them for an alignment and custom 3.5" exhaust. Alignment was spot on, but the exhaust work was PERFECT! A complete custom dual exhaust kit with numbers bends and obstacles to work around and Robert finished in half a day, all welded. Can ask for better service and pricing in my opinion. I will highly recommend their shop to anyone I know needing custom work!

The employees in the shop were friendly and helpful from the second I drove up for an estimate. They were professional and timely in their assessments in working with USAA and referring information to me. Their work is great and my car looks amazing now (especially with the complimentary wash in and out!). Thank you for great service

I ve been dealing with Mizelles for over 25 years. It s a family run auto repair shop in Norfolk, VA. Heidi runs the office and she s always a pleasure to deal with. They just installed a new rack & pinion on my Chevrolet Express van for several hundred dollars less than a few other local shops. Keep up the great work! Rodger Hopkins

I had to get my 2006 4Runner aligned at the Body and Frame shop because my local Body Shop was not able to work with it because the control arms were seized up. they were able to adjust my control arms and were very helpful they were fast even though they were busy and got the job done and even printed up an estimate as to what it would cost if I had to have it replaced (which is likely going to be the case eventually). They are knowledgeable, experienced, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend.
