Excellent place, fair price. Quick service. Definitely if you need to get an inspection. The line might be long, but they move you through quickly. Got new shocks on my good old 93 Ford. Ranger, it was about $300 less expensive than I expected. Thanks, guys. Great job!

Highly recommend this place. Being a female, car experiences have never been fun, but these guys are the best and give off dad vibes (in other words they are not going to over sell you on anything extra and anything they recommend is for safety reasons). My coworker told me about this place and I've been going here for two years now. I tell anyone who needs car help to go here! If they can't help you they will point you in the right direction too. The 10/10 customer service is a plus.

If you have after market parts don t waste your time. They came to me twice and told me they couldn t do it but then figured it out . Then came back and said they can t install them. I called the customer line I bought my lights from and I gave the manager the phone so they can know the problem and the manger was shaking his head not listening to the person and rushed him off the phone.Not to mention I still had to pay $339 just for them to take my bumper off. I went to another spot and they got them on within 2 hours for $130

I recently moved to the area and had the pleasure of finding Midway Auto Repair for my car service needs. As a younger woman, I've often felt a bit intimidated when dealing with auto repair shops, but Midway has been a completely different experience.The staff at Midway are not only friendly but also incredibly patient, especially over the phone and when scheduling appointments. I have taken my car here twice, and both times they took the time to address all my concerns, making me feel comfortable and confident in their services. One of the standout aspects for me is their transparency with pricing. Midway has provided fair and honest prices for the services rendered, and the turnaround time for the services have been so quick!Thank you, Midway, for your outstanding service and for making car maintenance a stress-free experience!

By far some of the best customer service I ve experienced at an auto shop. I took my vehicle to 3 shops prior to Midway for an ongoing issue and Midway was the only shop that seemed to genuinely want to resolve my problem. They are professional, efficient, and fair. I highly recommend their services.

It's good that it's near me. They did a great inspection on my car. It was rejected, I was expecting that. They were honest to let me know the problem. I was told the cost and set up an appointment, which they got to it and fixed it in timely order. Thankful. Keep up with the great service.

These guys work hard and truly care. Real honest, completely fair, and super kind. I wouldn t trust most of the negative reviews. I don t think folk understand how it works when you have to pay actual money to fix things that are not passable for inspection.Proud to have their shop in our city. I try to refer my friends as much I can.

Came in for a state inspection. I watched Eddie do a thorough review of our car. Loved his high energy, friendly demeanor, and super customer service. Definitely recommend this clean yet busy shop!

I failed my inspection but they were fair. I have been bringing my car to them for the last 3 years minus the half of year I forgot lol. I know people will tell you they are bad people people because they failed a inspection and its simply not true. I am here to tell you I failed but it was justified. Word to the wise if you do not want to be upset learn whats on the car inspection. It is not the job of the inspecter to explain it to you, especially if you live in Virginia and you know you have to get this done every year. The list is on google just look it up that way when you come, your not giving a unfair or bias review. Keep up the good work Midway.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? I normally send my brother or dad to the mechanic for me because anytime I have gone myself I get overcharged and my car still ends up making awful sounds. I stopped into this shop after reading all of their amazing reviews and figured it must be a scam or something. I stopped in and dropped off my car at 3:30pm by 5pm I received a call telling me the exact single thing wrong with my car and the cost to repair it. No sales pitch no laundry list of things that I should also do. Shocked by how great the price was and how quick they were able to service my car I gave them the go ahead to get to it when they could as it was already close of business. My car was ready to go by 10am the next day. Eddie gave me a call to let me know everything was fixed and ready to go and I could stop by and pick it up. My car sounds AMAZING. I have never been so happy with a service. Great price, super friendly, and rapid service. This is how all mechanics should operate. I will 100% be coming back and recommending them to everyone

I called 14 places looking for someone who had an opening for a state inspection. I called them & they had availability! It was probably a 30 minute wait and the inspection was done probably in 15 minutes. Very fast & efficient! They were friendly, honest & helpful. I was in and out for my state inspection in less than 20 minutes! I called around 11 to see if they were busy or had availability, and they said to come on by after lunch (around 1/1:30). I swung by around 1:40 and was leaving by 1:56. Everyone was very nice and I was very comfortable there. 10/10 recommend, I ll be back for any of my car needs.

I came to Midway Auto Repair for my state inspection and I was in and out in 30 mins! I initially called them at 11 and the guy told me to come back between 2 and 2:30. Don t go here I went here for an inspection and they broke my parking brake to fail me and to get extra money. Last inspection they failed me for the exact same thing, I paid them to FIX my parking brake so I could pass. All this time everything worked perfectly fine until time come for another inspection.. They use inspections as a money grab to spend extra money with them. STAY FAR AWAY.. Attach is old inspection so you guys can see their tactics. (Side Note: I don t drive car much I have 2 other vehicles so I can t see how wear and tear could play an effect, and my parking brake was working correctly before I went in)
