If No Stars was an option U would get that.Called to let There Dispatch know we were otw way. Also to ask the damages the vehicle had. LADY GOT RUDE IS HECK. Mind u I called 4 times and was placed on hold and hung up on,, " I told them already I dont Know. Response You all dont Inventory Damges on a Vehicle when it comes in, NOOOOO I have 6 lots.. I then laugh and She Says whats the name of Your Company I Reply SHE YELLS AND SAYS DONT COME HERE, Insurance called us to come get it and pay u $1440.00 SMH Have A Good Day...

First class professional service from the friendly knowledgeable young lady who answered the phone to the time Mark had my truck on his rollback. This was a very difficult situation. Six other local companies refused to even try to help me. Mark made it look like child s play. If Metro serves the area you re in you would be making a mistake to call anyone else! Rate was more than fair and I can t say enough about the service. Unfortunately it s rare anymore to experience this level of professionalism from start to finish in any situation. Thanks Metro!! My towing company for life!!!

This place is absolutely TERRIBLE the person on the phone hung up on me. Also, they are charging me double the daily storage fee of the place my motor vehicle is stored at. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.

I m not sure why there s anything less than 5 stars. I had to be towed today and not only were they on time. They were extremely professional and prompt with communication and it was a very fair price and excellent service. If ever needed 100% use Metro Towing. Super easy payment on spot or on arrival and an absolute life saver.

Frank Twiddy the driver . Happened today 07/29/21 @8:30am Norfolk va interstate near Northampton exit dipping and dodging out of lanes and want to lie and stopping on breaks !!!! They need new drivers and they need to take fault at what they re driver do out here on these roads

Horrible company. They towed my car to a totally different place from where I told them. The dispatcher lady was rude and very unprofessional. She kept saying I don t know to all my questions. Called back and asked where was my car and that s when she told me. Do not use this company at all. Trash customer service. They don t even deserve this 1 star.

If I can give a negative star I will. Bad business and will report to local police for vehicle theft. Walmart has a sign no over night parking. Not no anytime parking. Day time hours vehicle gets towed. Again no signs posted. Bad business. Their should be signs that clearly states that. They has ro be laws that stop towing companies from trying to profit on people in the day time hours.

I would like to give a fair warning to anyone who comes here to keep an eye out for scamming and fraudulent activity. Very impolite service(especially the front desk lady), even when you show them respect. Way too expensive. I would recommend anywhere but this place in all honesty. They seem to enjoy holding your car for as long as possible and finding weird loopholes to stop you from picking it up (until they scam you for as much money as they can). Look elsewhere if you want respect, integrity, and somewhere with ethical people. If I could I would leave this place zero stars. Then, speaking to the manager was surprisingly MUCH worse. By the way this is the location at 2724 Sonic Drive, Virginia Beach, Va.

The dispatch center was very helpful in securing me a tow and was very professional over the phone. They didn't fib about arrival time of the tow truck driver and they also didn't fib about the rate. When the tow truck driver arrived, he was on time and also courteous. He loaded up my vehicle onto his without issues and even dropped me off within the dealership parking lot (I thought he would offload me in front on the street). Also, very good conversationalist so the ride wasn't boring. Will hire again if I need towing services! Recommended.

Horrible Customer Service. I called to get clarity on things like where they do service, what type of service they offer just in case I wanted to refer them to someone one day I like to be resourceful and give someone as much info they need.I also asked do they charge my mileage or time and the lady instantly got upset and rude with me. I highly recommend taking her off customer service or firing her all together the phone is definitely not her strength if she can't handle a couple questions.FYI I did need my car towed but looks like I'll be taking money I would have spend with you guys else where and making sure anyone I know never uses your service.

I have never had the misfortune to deal with a company with such poor customer service up to and including the owner Jenny. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I just wish I could have had the opportunity to read the other reviews before they towed my son's truck.

Noah at Metro Towing saved us today. I'm the office manager and dispatcher for a local company here in Virginia Beach. I got the call at 8am from one of my guys - he'd blown a back tire on a flatbed fleet truck in the middle of I-264. I called 4 other companies who told me they either didn't have a tow truck big enough to handle my company truck, or that it would be hours before they could get to him. When I called Metro, Noah picked up on the second ring, and the office wasn't even open yet. He was professional, courteous, and there with my guy within 30 minutes. Amazing service, very fair price, and we've got a new tire on already and we're back to production. Thank you!!! I hope I don't have to call you again, but I know you'll be there if I ever need to.

Aweful company. Many, if not all, drivers are not properly licensed. And I worked a week for them for free because they refused to pay me. Because I quit after not being at all comfortable with their business practices. Even going so far as to lock the office to keep me from staying and attempting to collect my paycheck. The owner even went so far as to say it was my fault. Even though I followed all the procedures they gave me.

Excellent, friendly!I had my car towed home from an automotive shop using my insurance's ESR assistance. It was all coordinated over the phone and the tow truck driver called to let me know the repair shop said I didn't pay them for the diagnostic service they performed on my car, but I told him I did and had a receipt. I know they probably deal with this kind of stuff on a daily basis so I felt bad that he had to call and check with me. In the end it was resolved and the repair shop acknowledged I paid.I am just extremely grateful that the whole process was painless and the driver was extremely friendly and patient. Thank you!

Yikes...... Very unprofessional.. I probably wouldn't have wrote this if it wasn't for the lady calling me back 3 hrs latter to say they couldn't do it and call some one else. . I appreciate that call butt.. really. I called at 9 am for a tow on my bike told them exactly what I expected and was told that they " had it under control.".. Then the lil guy gets here and want me to help push a 1200 lb bike up the flat bed... Nope.. so I was left waiting ........ Decided to just call another company and get service. They came and gone beforetro could even see the play. .. this company fumbled today and for that I gave 2 stars.

Prompt & incredible service! I'd set a time for my car to be picked up to be delivered to a collision center for repair & the tow driver, who was very polite & caring, observantly noticed that I'd picked the wrong location for delivery for the type of service that I needed.He patiently waited & helped me work out getting this corrected before the pickup.

They were super friendly and professional. The price was a lot cheaper than the other towing coupanies around them. I hope we won't need to get towed again but if we do we will use them. Even going to see if our apartment complex will switch to them for all the towing needs.

This is the worst company ever. They towed my car from my home because it was not a daily driven car. It has antique tags on it so it can not be driven daily by law. The owner is the worst she has a nasty attitude and very rude. I told her they towed and didn't even put a sticker on car she said they put one on a year ago. So I year later they towed it 365 days later. Really they r money hungry and by looking at them they don't keep there hygiene up no pride in there appearance or business.KARMA will happen it always does

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with, 2 hour wait with no eta at 5am. The dispatcher has hung up on me three times now, I had to catch a ride to get" my"vehicle! This business is unorganized and they need to be put out of business!

I am submitting this review only because I've had two negative experiences with this company, both in regards to them driving around my community without being called out and issuing warning notices on vehicles. My first experience they stuck big bright green warning stickers, (which leave hard to remove sticky stuff on your windows) on my two vehicles, about my vehicle's registrations stickers being out of date, one was simply not out of date (was current) and the other I had simply forgot to apply the new sticker that were in my glove box on my licence plate. When I called to inform them, the woman I spoke with was extremely rude. Today 7/23/17 at 1:00pm, my second experience with them. It is a Sunday, they are closed, yet they had one of their tow trucks roaming around my community again. My neighbors were outside and saw them driving around checking on every vehicle. The car I use currently (my father's) is backed into my driveway, only has one license plate that's located on the rear of the car. They actually had to stop at my driveway, get out and walk into my yard to look at the license plate (isn't that trespassing?), then they slapped a big green sticker on the window stating that the tags have expired. The tags are NOT expired. They were renewed in May 2017. I go to call them and they're closed on Sundays. If they are closed on Sundays then why are they out driving around issuing warnings? Neighbors and I have seen them driving around our community on a regular basis. Is this how they bring in their revenue or what? Is it even legal to do what they're doing, idk..but I'm sure as heck going to call one of my friends at the sheriff's office to find out. It's annoying as heck and it's even more annoying that I can't call them to inform them of their mistake bcuz their closed on Sundays! Ugh!! Just UGH!!

Way cheaper then a lot of other companies and are reliable and on time. And will y'all folks that bi#$& about the price of a tow when it's a VBPD, NPD, CPD or VSP.....it's not the tow company. The price you pay all depends on where you are. Let me break it down for err body VBPD $145, Plus $25 a day in the tow company's lot.NPD $155, Plus $25CPD $175, Plus $25And VSP....Well lol good luck all depends on where you are.IT IS WHAT IT IS.

Miserable is the best word to describe these people. Been living in green run for years & forget my parking pass one night & they tow me at 4am in the morning... Mind you I have work at 6 o'clock. At first I thought my car got stolen I mean it was just gone. A couple hours later after I found someone too cover my shift & my panic attack faded, I ended up calling them after the grha gave me the number & my experience was anything but good. Rude ass lady on the phone, I mean she just really sounds like she hates her life. Well shockingly she sounds & acts the same in person. Didn't talk to any drivers bc the sneaky dicks just floated my ish away with no detection from me but if I could give 0 stars for the experience I would. Oh btw when you walk through the lot after they let you through the gate it's a death trap. Slates of like countertop that aren't in the ground completely lol someone please slip & break something & sue these pos.

They don't enforce parking guidelines until there are enough cars violating, then without warning they hit the lot with multiple trucks to scoop the towing fees from unsuspecting patrons. Dirty business, dirty tactics. This particular instance was 2yrs in the making. They definitely have patience. Btw towed 2 miles away less than an hour later $145.00 fee to get vehicle back. Think I'll start a towing business.

If I could give LESS than one star, I would. They are rude and unhelpful. Told me to pick my car up on Saturday. They are closed on Saturday. No mention of the young lady who told me to pick it up Saturday AND they want to charge me for today AND Sunday. Contacted the BBB, but their rating is already garbage. This isn't over.

Needed a tow (which GEICO helped me out with) and this is my second time getting metro towing, and let me tell you, these guys are quick and easy to work with. I literally got a call from NOAH within minutes of talking to GEICO, and he gave me super quick ETA, on top of that, when he arrived, it was as simple as giving him the key and getting my daughter s car seat out of the back and confirming my callback number. That s literally it, smooth, quick and easy. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service. Our RV broke down and we were stranded. They provided towing, overnight storage for the RV second day towing and assistance when we ran into issues with car rental. They went above and beyond to help us. Great people!

ONLY GAVE THIS PLACE ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAD TOO!!!! Horrible buisness horrible customer service rude such a scam so mad that my apartment complex even contracted them! This place should be out of buisness towing cars in a "grey" area of what THEY consider to be illegal parking. Towing cars at 3 and 4am in the morning should be disgusted with them self and ashamed. Taking money from hard working people who get home and park correctly just so they can make $145 dollars even though it's not over night. Going to file a BBB AND AG THREAT AGAINST THEM AND MAKE IT A MISSION TO SHUT THEM DOWN FOR ANY AND EVERY VIOLATION I CAN FIND!

Terrible! The driver, Driver 6 was okay at first, but he then became very impatient when he failed on his part to inform me of important information. Then called my friend s phone cursing at her and being very rude. When we got to the destination he became very hostile and began to curse at me as well, this of course irritated me because I paid this dude for a service that apparently he specializes in, where obviously theres possibility where small inconveniences could occur but instead of having self control he complained about doing his job!
