First and foremost, I had an appointment at 7 am. The door was still locked. I didn't think much of it, so I waited by my car, which I parked right in front of the door. Someone came and opened all the binds and continued on even though he saw me outside and left the door locked. Strange, but I let it go. Someone else came and finally opened the door. He doesn't acknowledge my existence, opens the door, and closes it... then flips the open sign. Never says come inside. Just does that. So I walk in. I am not acknowledged. I stand and wait. Eventually, after a few minutes of waiting while he is sitting in the same room. I sit down. Eventually, he asks me if I have an appointment. He finds it. Asks for my keys. He doesn't say anything else, so I wasn't sure if he needed some of the car information. After standing there awkwardly for a while, he told me I could take a seat. I sit and wait. Finally, when the car is complete. I come up to the desk. He tells me it's 20. Okay. But nothing else. Not how my car did in the inspection, nothing. I gave him a card and then he handed me my keys. I had not paid attention to the weight of the keys because I thought it was just my car keys and house keys attached. An hour later, as I am leaving the gym, I realized I needed to reattach my house keys because I had taken them off. As I reach in for my car keys.. I find another set of car keys that are not my own. They handed me someone else's keys entirely. Fine, I go back and bring the keys. I let them know I was given an extra set of keys. I was met with indifference and annoyance. The whole time I was there, I felt unwelcome. My ex-husband had recommended this place. He stated that was night and day from what I experienced. This is the reason women feel uncomfortable to do car maintenance because they are treated like a nuisance for just existing in their space. Never again going back.

I got a really great deal on a better tire for the same price vs discount tire. Chris was courteous. The owner was a joy and professional. Service was prompt and efficient. When I need tires in the future I will return

Chris P goes above and beyond for people and I couldn t be more pleased with his excellent work on my car . He kept me updated the whole process and got me in and out quick. Big thank you to Chris and everyone at Maypaw for their amazing service!

Maypaw are nothing more than a scam. I ordered an item from the UK shop only to find it was coming from overseas. They have taken my money and I have not received the item, even though it says it was delivered at midnight 3 days ago. I have tried to contact them but no one will respond to any of my messages. Please avoid

This place! I know no one believes 5 stars, but I do think more people need to know about this place so my hope is to move it up the list when people search for a repair shop.10/10 EXTREMELY SATISFIED!I blew out my tire and some good samaritans put a donut on for me. My rim was bent, too. All problematic. I was told (by aforementioned samaritans) that this could run me 300$ on the high end and that it depended on a lot of ifs . I was incredibly worried and was unsure of what information was reliable, not to mention all of this being on a work day.Mary Lane assured me they would do all they could and that they would contact me before they closed. She quoted me a price but let me know of the possibilities of any complications they might encounter.$80.82. The price she quoted me. Cheapest tire plus labor, as per my request, all in less than 4 hours (a significant amount of which I m sure was spent waiting on the tire they needed to order for me). I felt entirely taken care of .I will be going to this shop for everything from now on. I know that if they can t help me, they re good people who will point me in the right direction! So relieved!

I have been coming to them for 4 years now and I am finally writing a review.. They have always had exceptional service and taken care of me right away. Not to mention they don't try to over charge.

I blew a tire down the street and limped my van in. They showed me other tires on my van that would have been a problem. I got out of there in a very timely manner and at a good price. Fast service and fair pricing. I would highly recommend this business.

If your looking for quick and excellent service this is the place. Repair my tire in 15 mins. And you can t beat the price.

I've been here several times for state inspections for my Jeeps and motorcycles and they've always treated me right. One of the few places I'd feel comfortable taking my vehicles for repairs if needed without worrying about being taken to the cleaners.

Rejected a vehicle for none of the lights working, we pulled up and all the lights were working fine. When I went to show the inspector he just shrugged his shoulders and walked back into the garage. I believe his name was Chris. Never again. Steer away from this shady place.

Was at Maypaw for auto inspection on the 1st of the month (was 4th in line) and Chris had me back on the road in just over 2 hours. Great service!

They've been there forever the guys will get you in and out and a hurry if you have a big truck tire you need done reasonably priced
