I highly recommend Low Low Auto Audio. The people - Gabe and Maddie - are exceptionally friendly and pleasant to deal with. Gabe - the one with the technical know how - did a great and affordable job on my older Mercedes. He also improved/adjusted my sound system such that if the audio part ever goes bad again, it will be much cheaper to repair. I'll never go anywhere else.

Excellent service, Knowledgeable would never go to anyone else as far as car audio needs definitely a one stop shop...Next door is a store that sells all of your spiritual desires. Crystals, Tarot cards, incense, lotions to potions. would definitely recommend.

I have been going to this shop for years for advice and merchandise. Gabe is extremely knowledge and always willing to help with advice. Installs are always clean and very professional. I have sent so many of my friends to this shop and all are repeat customers and refer their friends. Best audio shop in the area!

So I haven t had my install yet but have been by the shop a few times and wanted to leave a quick customer service review. I was incredibly happy with the help I received. They were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I didn t feel like they were trying to sell me the most expensive things they could. They generally wanted me to get the system that would make me the happiest. I was so pleased with them that I m taking my girl to get a sub installed this weekend. I can t wait to get my car so I can get back there for my system install. I recommend them to anyone looking to improve their sound system.

They helped me with a new stereo system for my classic car. Helped me find the right one, get the measurements and install it for me. Really great job, great people. Will go back for any other needs. Thanks guys!

Posting a review before any work is even done due to the fantastic customer service I received via phone by Maddy and Gabe. During this call, Maddy even looked up the LED Light kit I wanted to purchase. She then grabbed Gabe, the installer and he got on the phone to ask every question from where I wanted the lights, to how I wanted them to be powered up. I am very impressed by the professionalism and the courtesy shown via this phone call. I am looking forward to my appointment once I arrive from Lynchburg and will update or post a new review with photos. Thank you for an amazing first impression.

Had a ton of feedback from their install amp kept going out don't waste your time do the install your self and make sure it's done right not happy with the poor job done

Gabe is friendly and knowledgeable and passionate about sound systems. However I ended up calling in after buying a sub and asking about installation and his price was 350$. Even if he charged 50$/hour this isn t a 7 hour job totally felt ripped off. Won t be coming back.PS I had all cables for install, it was a amp/sub combo super simple instructions I let the lady know, I just don t wanna learn myself.

Gabe is one of the best people I have met in my life ... I always had a passion for audio and being around him just added fuel to the flame !!! This shop is very knowledgeable and the work speaks for its self !!! Only reason he didn't get 10 stars is because hitting the 5th star over and over does nothing lol !!! LowLow ftw !!!

They are the greatest ever!!! Went in because Audio One messed up speaker due to them not adjusting my amp correctly, and stating that I just needed one 12 on a 1200w amp. The customer service was above and beyond. Gabe got me some good speakers and amp for low. When everyone else was trying to charge me an arm and a leg.Gabe and his staff also hooked my speakers and amp up, and let me know how to work the system that I had. I will never ever go to another audio shop, I will always come here, and I will be recommending ever one to come here. If I could give more stars I would... Ps even some of his customers came and let me know how great Gabe is.

As a business owner I take customer satisfaction serious and so do they. After my visit last week with my wife's suburban I tried to purchase whatever just to get a system int truck and the woman behind the counter did not try to upsell me but yet told me what I needed. And was actually about 6 hundred cheaper. They ordered it and called me when it came in and I had my appointment today they installed everything. Very clean and thorough. They walked therw everything with me and told me about everything and what they did. Even told me about stuff that could happen and what to do. They also made it known they provide lifetime warranty on work and I was more then satisfied. I will be referring everybody to low low audio.. Great job guys and thank you.

Great place from the time I walked in the door they wear very helpful I got 2 dd 10s that sound amazing they even stayed a little past Business hours to install because I work on a tug boat and only was in town for the night thank you so much and I will be back and hopefully bring y all some customers

I got my radio issue diagnosed here and he was wrong because i think he was trying to sell me a radio unit. The prices they quote for installs are very high. Call a mobile audio guy. Don t come here. I got my double din with back up camera and steering wheel controls done for 150. He quoted me about 300 over the phone.

Very professional I had a knight rider scanner light installed yesterday in my hood scoop. These guys definitely have my recommendation. Don't go by 1star rating. I have a charger with thousands of dollars worth of custom work. I completely trust their judgement and the quality work they installed in my car period.

These guys are awesome! When I was in the market to have speakers and an amp installed in my 2013 F-150, I called the shop and the guys there were more than willing to tell me the stuff I needed and the setup that would work best for what I wanted. I decided to go with them and could not be happier with the set up they gave me. The coup de gras of their awesome service was when my blue tooth and wireless set up wasn't coming through the speaker after the initial install. I came in a few days later and they fixed the issue (almost 1.5 hour fix) for free. The only reason these guys aren't getting 5 stars is that they took a little longer on the install than I was initially quoted (2 hour job was actually 3.5 hours). Fair pricing and great service! Thanks again guys.

Went to this place for an adapter and they were super helpful had great advice and even gave me some free connectors to help me install it which I did in their parking lot definitely see these people again

Excellent, professional, speedy service! These dudes know what they're doing. If you're looking for an audio system install or need something tuned/fixed, bring it here. I had an issue in my sub box, called an hour before closing, made it in, and they had my bass system up and running in under 15 minutes (found the problem in under 60 seconds). I will be back for any future car audio needs.

They put in a radio with a back up camera and xm. Did a great job. If you want a great sound system at a reasonable price this is the stop. Stop by check them out. The crew is cool. Husband and wife. On this side of the water it is the place to go.

They've been taking care of me for almost 10 years. They always accommodate, and they're fast af. You're definitely not gonna find better pricing anywhere either, and they're completely honest and up front with you, won't try to oversell you stuff.

Emailed multiple audio shops, and Low Low was the first to respond. Response was almost instant, and the price quote was included. The price was also lower than the quotes I received later from several local shops. My subwoofer and amp installation is seamless. I've already recommended this place to multiple friends in the area. Thank you so much!

Sometimes when you go to a business, you can tell in the first few minutes if they are on ther up and up. This is one of those places. Stopped in to discuss some issues with a system I installed and the owner spent time discussing other options instead of going straight for a sale. Guy seemed honest and knowledgeable. I will definetly do business there shortly.

Came in for help getting my new radio installed. They were kind, accommodating, and got the job done quick despite the short notice. Both technitions were very polite and friendly. Will definitly return for my future car audio needs. I highly reccomend this location!

Gabe is really knowledgeable about car audio. They do quality work at reasonable prices. I highly recommend this Low Low Audio. Don't just take my word for it, stop in and find out. I was able to seriously upgrade my Jeep's stereo for not too much $$$.

Found this place on Google, decided to pay it a visit. Gabriel was a great salesman and knowledgeable technician who pointed me in the right direction. Even showed me a current installation which was nice. If I can't get my Z to sound the way I want it to, I'll be bringing it here.

I had my stereo installed here they did great work will definitely be coming back here again I would recommend this place to all my peers also gave me a great price for the awesome work that did keep it up guys
