I've taken my Jeep here a few times now, always fair with price and quick turnaround. This past time I asked them to inspect all of my suspension components and make recommendations as to what I may need due to it's 27 year age. They were honest and did not try to rake me over the coals for a bunch of parts that I didn't need.

Came in with a flat tire and an ailing senior citizen in the vehicle. Despite the long line, they changed it right away and barely charged a thing. Fantastic service.Service: TiresService: Tires

Showed up right when they opened at 8:00 a.m.. Came only for an oil and filter change. Did not hear from them all day. They said they would call when the job was done. I ended up calling them at 3:30 p.m. to find out if they were finished with the oil change. The shop closes at 5:00 p.m.. They said that they had finished at 2:00 p.m. and had called me, but that my voicemail box was full and therefore they could not leave a message. I guarantee you that my voicemail box is not full and that they never called me. I picked up the car at 4:00 p.m.. I checked the oil level before leaving and found that they had overfilled it. It looks like they overfilled it by a quart. I didn't bother them at the time about it because I had to get home and I did not trust them at this point anyways. As I was driving the car home, the tire pressure sensor turned on. Turns out they also messed with the tires and overinflated the tires. Not only were they overinflated, but the front right tire and the left back tire were at 50+ psi and the front left tire and right back tire were at 40+ psi. The recommended tire psi for the tires is 34 psi! I'll end up pumping out the extra quart of oil and adjust the air pressure to the proper psi myself. Thanks for nothing Knight's Service.

Everyone here is great and works hard for their customers. I have brought my old car in so many times and am always treated with respect. I won t take my vehicle anywhere else. This is a small shop, so get there early or call them to make sure they can do your car. They do their best to make sure you get out quickly and like I said, they are always friendly and do great work.Services: General repairs & maintenance, A/C installation & repair

Reasonable prices, great customer service, especially Mr Jim! They are fair and will give recommendations of needed service without taking advantage. Thats hard to find these days. We really appreciate them!

Went to get my suv inspected but at 10:00 they were already booked up, but the gentleman I spoke with was very nice, he said his father was the owner.

My father in law introduced me to them, he's been using them for decades without issue. Very honest, fast, and affordable. One of the best places for state inspections.(One year my SO forgot this place existed and took our car to a different place that was slightly closer to the house to get state inspected, The other place offered 3 reasons why the state inspection was denied and said it'd be $800 worth of work to get it to pass. We asked for a rejection sticker and drove it here for a second opinion. They said the other place made up 2 BS reasons and did 1 thing that needed to be fixed for $200. But explained we'd need to take it back to the place that originally failed us to get them to reinspect it. The other place passed us and claimed Knight's Service Center fixed the 3 items they failed us for, but Knight's made it clear the only fixed the one thing that needed to be done and did zero work on the other made up failures the other place failed us for.)Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Vehicle safety inspection

Quality work from a team of highly qualified mechanics. I brought my VW here for treatment & they informed me that once they noticed the problems I had would require the work of European car specialists they stopped & immediately called me to have car sent somewhere else. When I arrived to have the car towed I asked how much I owed them & he responded, NOTHING . . I was ready to pay some sort of diagnostic fee but they decided not to charge me. For that alone, I will continue to frequent their business when I can with my VW. Hell, even with my next car.

I always come here to get my vehicle's inspected. They are honest and don't try to get over on you like a lot of places do. They are up front, and if they can offer any advice on saving money they do. I don't wait a long time, Jimmy is always super friendly.

Went here after my regular mechanic sold his business and always recommend Knight's when he couldn't get to my vehicle. Glad i decided to give them a try . This will now be my go to shop for any issues i have with my vehicle.

I had a positive experience here. Took my 05Honda Accord in for a new water pump. Shawn was the mechanic. He was pretty quick considering the amount of labor just to replace a water pump. They didn t try and hustle me for new parts that were previously replaced when the timing was done else where. Everything was straight forward and the price was the best quote I had received after calling around. I could nitpick a thing or two but overall I am completely satisfied with the work completed, price and time taken. Happy customer here 5 Stars Thanks Knights

I was really surprised! They took care of my RAM 1500. I was looking for a shop they would work on my truck and provide honest pricing with honest work. After the reviews, I took it here. Shawn talked to me like a person and respected what I was saying. I get the impression this is a family business which makes it that much better. Shawn, Jim, and the two young ladies had more professional interactions with me than the two local Dodge Dealerships I deal with.The prices are reasonable and fair. The work was done well. I asked to see my old spark plugs and they gave me all 16. Any work that my autos need will go back here as long as they can do the work.

Gave my car for state inspection before noon. Received call after 1hr and informed me that wipers were bad and need to be replaced. Got it replaced and got my car back within 30 mins . All taken care. Straight to point, reasonable rates. Recommended !!!

I have been taking my vehicles to Knights for so many years that I am unable to count them. (began when they were located on Bayview Ave.) Recently, I have been needing a state inspection only. They are honest and reliable, not advising work that does not need to be done. Also, always friendly. Knights is a rare and valuable find.

I get my car inspected here every year. I've also had some stuff done to my car(s) in the past. Rear light fixture, tires replaced, etc.
