I purchased a 2007 Chevy suburban from Joel s Auto, ever since I ve had it, this truck treats me right. On top of a nice TRUCK they are very understanding , have different ways they can help you if you was ever to have a situation communicating with them will get you far with them. Respectful people in the office with good attitudes and strategies. The cars out there on the lot inventory are all nice all different type and low to high prices so you would always find something affordable with Joel s auto

I highly recommend Joel s for your next vehicle purchase. They were very helpful and professional in handling the sale of our 2012 GMC Acadia Denali. We found that many buy here, pay here places were just worried about the sale, but Joel s focused more on customer satisfaction and that s why we chose to buy a vehicle here. We have had our truck for almost a year with no issues and we would not hesitate to buy our next vehicle from them. We were in need of a second vehicle for work and Joel s made the process very easy with reasonable payments are reasonable, and they offered great incentives. 5 star all the way for Joel s!

I have had my car from Joel s since June 2023. I have only minor issues due to wear and tear of the vehicle but I haven t had any major issues nor have I had any problems with the amazing team that works here. They are very consistent and communicating with you. They are very family oriented and very caring when it comes down to your finances and account information. My family and friends have been referred to them and I am constantly looking on their website for my second baby. Thank you for blessing me with my amazing car!!!

Best car dealership around.Came n got my car without any hassle. Great customers service. They have great choice of cars. No lemons... Tax time is coming y'all . Get you one... I'm going on a year with mine and no issues..... Better experience here than Nissan .... Definitely recommend

I was treated very very well by Dan & the Joel s staff. From day one all of my questions were answered & all of my concerns were handled in a Professional manner. I was desperate for a vehicle and my credit was....let's just say it needed work. I began looking for used cars and came across Joel's Auto Wholesale. I saw the car I wanted and rushed over. They were friendly and ready to help me get into a vehicle. Honestly I didn't think I would be able to get the car I wanted but they made it happen. Everything was simple...you won't have to jump through hoops to get into a car. I haven't had an issue with my vehicle and I would purchase from them again. I'm a single mother of 5 and me and my children have transportation thanks to Joel's. Give then a try and I'm sure you won't regret it.

Absolute best used car dealership you can shop at !! Everyone in the office was super helpful in helping me make the best choice when picking my car. I bought my truck from them back in February and it s been great! Super reliable! When something went wrong with the battery they fixed it immediately and I ve had no issues since. I definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of a vehicle.

I just want to start by saying I LOVE IT HERE! Their staff is very professional and ALWAYS take good care of me. As a single mom with no support my car is a part of my lifeline! These guys here make sure a vehicle is one less thing I have to manage. They have their own service center which is super convenient.I was denied so many times for a car and they were my YES! I would recommend Joel's Auto to anyone in need of a vehicle. Financing a car from them has been a life saver in so many ways. They don't know it yet, but they are truly a part of my village (they will after reading this). Go and shop you won't be disappointed!

In October 2022 I needed a car asap the same day I went to Joel s they had me in and out driving that day. I have been with them 7 months and it has been a amazing experience. The staff is friendly and professional and they are always available to solve any issues u have. I will definitely be recommending them to all my family and friends. I just wanna say thank you to William and all the people at Jules auto they have made it so great and getting a car and are super flexible and work with any situation since having met them they have them in my car buying experience super easy and super fun. I landed with my 2012 expedition and currently I m going to be working on getting a second vehicle with them. I would recommend them to anyone of my friends and I am saying go for the stars. They are amazing.

Joel s auto is the only place I will buy cars at! They do not run your credit and run up 30 or more inquiries for 1 loan. They will negotiate a down payment that is with in reason. I am on my 3rd vehicle and will have my sons purchase vehicles from Joel s auto. Once you build a on time payment history you can get a lower interest rate! Joel s auto is family to me I will never shop anywhere else!! Do business with Joel s they will have your back!

I got my car from Joel's auto wholesale back in May of 2021. I truly thought they was gonna be like every other car dealerships I been to who turned me down for my credit or my income. William was nothing like that he showed me all the cars and how much down it would be how much I would pay every two weeks I found the perfect car for me my 2008 Toyota Yaris I drove it around came back he asked if I liked it or was there any issues I said no he drew up the paper work I paid my down payment got my 30 day tags and drove off with my car hands down the best car dealership I have been too William and his staff are wonderful. And again I thank God and my sister for blessings me with coming to t your dealership Thank you so much Joel's Auto wholesale

I just bought a bmw 328i from these guys on saturday 09/29/2023. I DID NOT purchase a warranty. The car started giving me problems 24 hours later THEY FIXED THE CAR FOR ME FOR FREE. These guys are the real deal because technically they did not have to do that. Great company A++

Great place to buy a car. We bought one a while ago and had a few issues with it but they let us trade for another vehicle and haven t had a single issue since. Always help if a payment is needed to be postponed for any reason. Super nice people!

People,Joel's Auto Wholesale got the best deals ,plus no credit check. So go now and get a vehicle u looking for before you,,, get checked.The services at Joel's Auto Wholesale is much appreciated cause they are the best dealers in Virginia . I bought a 2007 Toyota highlander hybrid and it's been doing great for my family but now am in a situation that I am unable to make a few payments. I got my car from Joel s Auto in 2021 and my experience has been nothing but great ! Since I purchase my car I have never had any problems until this recent month, and when I tell you I was so impress how fast there towing company was able to assist me while on the side of the road and was quickly able to get me to the repair shop . Had my car repaired less than 2 days and back on the road . These guys works with you and definitely offer affordable payments!
