Stopped by on a Tuesday and they quickly put together a package $1000 less than one of his competitors. Came in the following day and all installed. Double checked the prices against online options and they were right in line. Overall happy with my experience.

Have been to joes many times. They have a wide range of things they can do. Have bought a set of rims from them and it was great for 3 years. Just bought a second set. They may not have the cheapest price in town, however if i want something done and want it done right, then this is your one stop shop. Billy is always helpful and doesn't just try to make a sale. Also, they have a very nice waiting area with plenty to look at instead of most car shops that have a small or non existent waiting area. I've strayed from joes before,but something always goes wrong or the price doesn't match up at other places. Joes is fair and they get the job done. So 5 stars.

Billy gives superior customer service. Also fast mechanics. Highly reccomend. Tire rotation and alignments for life. What a deal.

Can t say enough good things about this place. Yesterday my buddy had a blow out and needed a replacement to get on the road right away. It was going to take until the afternoon to get a new tire in but they knew he had to get going so they put on a used tire as loaner until he got back after the weekend to put the new one on. From the two guys working the front to the guys out in the shop, our experience was top notch. Great local shop with a great group running it.

Great selection of rims and tires. Their work on my Tundra was outstanding and fast. Very reasonable prices. They are great with lifting and suspension jobs ontrucks.I am very pleased with this guys.

These guys are good guys all the way around! Walked me through the process. Honest and transparent. Up front best pricing around! (RNR tire was 30-40% higher with exact same equipment!!!!) Great Selection! Got me in and out the same day they said they would! Got a lift, 20 inch Fuel rims, and 35 inch All Terrain Tires. From Jeff and Billy who set me up at the front, to Mike turning all of the wrenches, to the Owner Joe who thanked me for my business! Thank you!!!

I took my car there yesterday for a front end alignment & wheel balancing. I explained to Billy that I heard a noise when I drove my car. They didn't have to but Mike drove it and told me what he thought the problem was. We talked some. I had a really tough day that day. THANK YOU!! They were very very nice, helpful and great guys. I would definitely recommend them and go back. Billys a great listener. He was my therapist for a few mins (LOL). It was the good customer service for me.

Owners and their entire family are methheads and stole from my one year old daughter, husband and I right out our vehicle. I wouldn t trust them with even a car. But if y all do trust them sounds like a personal problem just like Joey (the owner) told us.

I've been a customer of Joe's for sometime now. I being all my vehicles there for all tire needs. Recently I had purchased new wheels for my truck. What a great experience. Service was quick and painless. Thank to Joe's Tire and Rims staff!

Purchased a set of 20" staggered Niche Targas from here years ago. Staff is always helpful and great prices on top of excellent service. I'm on my 3rd set of replacement tires over the years and would never consider going anywhere else for service. Thanks Joes!!!

Went in to get my 30" rims aligned on my Suburban. Before conducting the wheel alignment the technician pointed out the fact that I needed some other work done. He showed me what was wrong by wiggling the front wheels back n forth. I ended replacing the idler arm, pitman arm & outer tie rod. They did a very good job and they were able to restore that tight crisp feel back to my steering and also they got the wheel alignment right on the first try. I am very pleased with my experience there. I would recommend them.

Bought new tires and rims for my 2021 Challenger, and received the best customer service I've had from any tire shop. They have a wide selection in their showroom and are happy to help order rims if they don't have what your looking for in their selection. They where friendly and truly cared that I was happy with my purchase. I highly recommend Joe's.

This is the BEST place to get full service. Shout out to Danny; he's a wizard!! Always honest and knowledgeable. I was shopping around to get my car inspection-ready ABS lights on, and a competitor ran the codes and told me I had a bad bearing in my right front wheel. Quoted me $375, and gave non-committal responses on how to go about the process. I have been a customer for about 3 yrs with Joe's, so decided to check in with them. Danny did a thorough check, put my old car on the lift, and found that the wire to the sensor was merely unplugged. He also found a missing bolt that he replaced for us. All the while he kept us abreast of the process. We left with our dash lights cleared and the unsettling noises have ceased! Saved HUNDREDS! Awesome guys, best integrity in the biz. Thank you, Joe's!

My rental vehicle had a flat tire and I needed immediate work. Joe's was the only place in close proximity that invited me right in and went to work. They found multiple nails and even offered to patch them if I chose that route. Ultimately, we decided on an equivalent used tire replacement that was cost effective for me. Within 45 minutes, Joe's had a tire and put it on to finish the job. Their staff was also friendly and had a great looking showroom with a comfortable waiting area. I could not recommend them enough, as they got me right back on the road for vacation.

The facility is very clean and they're waiting area is comfortable. We had shopped around for rims for my 2007 Jeep Commander. Their price is close to the others we checked out, but their service and warranty out weigh the others by far. Jeff and Billy are fantastic. The other workers are very friendly and courteous, great Customer Service. Anytime I had a question or problem with my tires/rims they were able to get me in fast and fixed whatever the issue was. Wait maybe a little long, but I not a problem, because they're are busy. I would definitely recommend Joe's Tires and Rims.

Had tires mounted and balanced on my Sti, same day I called. They even did a quick alignment check for me for no charge. Everybody was friendly and the experience was great. I'll be back to have a more aggressive alignment done when I break in the new tires.

Team here has always treated me right. Good price for quality work. When my Ford dealership didn't want to work on my "high performance turbo charged Focus" that they sold me, Joe's guys stepped up and fixed my baby. Customer for life.

My first experience with them was 5 years ago in their old location. The service was excellent then and it has remained excellent since then every time I go there. Everyone treats you with the respect and gives you the service you would expect but seems to be missing at many places today. I recently took my car into the DEALERSHIP to repair an ongoing problem I was having. After they inspected my car they were not able to locate the problem but after taking my vehicle in for a tire rotation to Joe s Tires and Rims they were able to pinpoint the problem and promptly fix it for me. I would not consider going anywhere else for my tires and rims.

We bought rims back in December 2018 from Jeff who recommended the specific type for in and tires. We agreed to them and got the time financed. A few weeks went by and my rim and tire totally damaged. I never hit a pothole like they say I did. They basically made me buy another tire and rim. I go back again today because I notice a gap between the tire & rim and guess what?! I m told again that I hit a pothole. Now this time my car no one has been driving due to mechanic issues and this is definitely not the first time we buy rims. We have never have to dealt with these issues on my previous rims. This place in my opinion sucks! They are quick to take yournlkbey and sell rims to you but when you have issues they completely turn you away. I wouldn t do business with them at all! I m going back to where I got my first rims and see if they have a suggestion.

I bought Rims and tires . Service was top notch. They have all the right stuff to get the job done right the first time ! Everyone (employees) were very nice and well trained! They also replaced a motor mount on my van which drives so much better now. Thx.

I ve been here twice. The first time was to buy rims and tires. They were quick to make a sale but when I had issues they gave me the runaround. Bought new rims from another shop and they worked fine. Fast forward a year later and I m buying 4 new tires in an emergency. Long story short, nothing went smooth again. I bought 4 new tires and they only mounted THREE. Then say said come back tomorrow, we ll call you they never called. I had to call them and they said come back the next day. Still waiting for my 4th tire. Quick to make a sale but they don t actually care about you.

Purchased a set of tires and rims for a couple of thousad. The center caps were difective, by the time i got home thry were falling off. They were installed with one bolt on each cap, and if you tightened the bolts a little more the caps would crack. Billy would not make it good all i got was excuses. Never buy again from them.

I went in to get a new valve stem and was quoted $75. They insisted its not just the value stem because sensors were involved. When I told them my 06 charger does not have any sensors he was still stuck on the price. Hectors got me taken care of for $10. Be careful!

I have bought 3 sets of wheels from Joe's. I have always been given great service from Billy and Jeffro. They know the business and can help you find any style of wheel you are looking for. If you find a price online, they will do their best to get you equivalent pricing. Highly recommend

If you want the greatest deal and awesome professional customer service, then you have to get your wheels and tire here at Joe's Tires and Rims. Make sure you talk to Jeff. He has Outstanding customer service and a wealth of knowledge about Wheels and Tires and knowledge of cars. Don't get me wrong, the other that work are super awesome too. I just purchased wheels and tires for both my car and my wife's car. I also sent friends and family there and they also experienced the outstanding service. So if you want you and your car treated great, go to JOE'S Now.

I went to Joes Tires & Rims today to get an alignment and wheels balanced. Not being a guy that wants to take my car to any mechanic shop, I was overly surprised at how informed, professional, and their communication with me as they were working on my car. They brought me back to show how off the alignment was, and regularly checked in as they were completing the work. I'll be taking all my vehicles to Joes Tires & Rims and would recommend their services to anyone!

I gotta say that this place was amazing. Shoutout to Billy who help me out in getting what I needed done on my 2016 Chevy Colorado which was installed with a Zone Offroad 5.5in suspension lift, black rhino 20x9 wheels, and kumho tires all for a great price. Despite my indecisiveness and the countless questions I had, Billy was professional and patience from the moment I walked in. He answered all of my questions regarding the work being done and the parts being installed. I would highly recommend that you check this place out.
