I ve spoken to Debbie at the front desk and she s a sweet lady who would always call me with updates on my car. I dealt with Jack for the first time recently and he was able to match the price of a radiator I was going to purchase elsewhere. I ve been going to this shop since I moved to Virginia. It s conveniently located close to my job. I haven t had a reason to go elsewhere. He s a nice man. He even offered to have one of his guys give me a ride when I couldn t pay the full amount of the bill that night since I lost my debit card that same day. My car stayed there and he didn t charge me an extra fee.

Had car trouble while visiting from out of town and Jacks was able to get the car in and fixed in just a few hours. Appreciated the communication along the way and especially the quick turnaround!

Awesome service. Jack and his team completed a job that was started on my car by another company but they were unable to complete. He welcomed me in, his team completed the job in less than 24hrs and gave me good service. Ms. Debbie was also a pleasure to work with and was very helpful and kind. My pregnant wife and I were on vacation down from Pennsylvania where we were rear ended and in need of a shop to help us re hang our muffler. I stopped in and was immediately greeted and the vehicle was on a lift and fixed within minutes. Service like this doesn t seem to exist anymore. These guys are the real deal. What a pleasure it is to deal with a small business owner over a corporation. Price was super reasonable, they actually cared about our issue and understood our situation. We were driving a 2020 Ford. The local ford store wouldn t even answer the phone after being on hold for what seemed like hours and every other collision center said sorry about your luck but unless we can deal with entire repair or insurance company we can t help you.Found jacks, stopped in and a simple problem fixed within minutes. My husband broke down in flash flooding this week I chose Jack s from internet based on the previous reviews and hit the jackpot. What a treasure we found in responsiveness, honesty, excellent workmanship and friendly/knowledgeable attention to detail!! Jack got my husband s car repaired so he could get back on the road to travel the 495 miles back home. I can t thank Jack s assistant enough either! Debbie was a gem, keeping us informed all along the way. Took my SUV there for a rear differential. Literally the nicest down to earth people I have ever met. They care about resolving the problem and treating their customers like people not cash opportunities. Bring your vehicle here and you will bring it back again.

Definitely Earned a Customer In Me! Put my Nissan on the Diagnosis machine, Told me I needed a Dealer specific part,I put a deposit down to order what I needed,It Came in They did in Less than a day what Beach Tires & Rims couldn't figure out in Almost 2 weeks!

Dropped multiple vehicles for repair and was delivered my vehicles... made the appropriate adjustments when it came to the confusion on a repair.Very addement about security versus sloppy although it could be a bit more professional they don't stay busy for no reason and have two locations.I have frequented both. I Will continue to .

When I called Jack about my car he listened patiently to my explanation of the issue and my concerns also. I dropped the car of the next day and he fixed it correctly. He did not overcharge for parts or labor like other places do. It took a little longer than planned to get it back but it was worth the wait. There was one small issue afterwards it when I called to let Jack know he said bring it right in and we ll take of it. We stand behind our work. And he did. It s refreshing to find a business that actually stands behind their work without giving excuses about why they aren t responsible. Great experience!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I ve taken both of my cars to Jack s over the years and have never been disappointed. In my experiences here, they have charged me close to half the price as what places like Pep Boys or Firestone have quoted me. Jack is an honest and fair mechanic, which is hard to find nowadays.

I went to Jack for a pre purchase auto inspection of a used 2011 Toyota 4Runner I was interested in buying in that area. I live in south jersey and was driving down to Norfolk and back for the car so I was heavily relying on a solid mechanic to help me make a good choice. Jack was beyond excellent, would give him 10 stars if I could. He was very laid back but professional and to the point. After a super thorough inspection of the market value, the vehicle itself and the codes, the car came back clear and he made me feel really confident in the purchase. I can t thank him enough for his time and professionalism! I drove it 6 hours back home, took it to my local mechanic for an alignment and fluid maintenance and they were very impressed with it - said I did good and that it was the quietest 4Runner they ve ever driven. Jack was worth every penny!

What a surprise! I was in a jam far from home in my mustang when my starter stopped working. I found this shop right down the road and wow were they awesome! They took my keys and immediately relieved all the stress I was feeling. After towing my car to the shop they had it fixed and back on the road the next day. They even let me pick it up and pay for while they were closed! I could go on and on about how great this experience was. I highly recommend this shop to anyone!

I was leaking Coolant at the time and has no idea what it could be, so I called up Jack and told me to bring my truck over, I showed him the problem and he just instantly seemed to know what the issue was. It was a rainy day too and he was kind enough to just drive me a block down to where I currently live, no issue at all. Next day, he calls me up at work around 11am, tells me that my water pump was broken, gave me the total cost straight forward without beating around the brush and got to work. He called me right at 3pm and tell me my truck is finished. Gave me a discount for no reason other than just to be a good person. An honest mechanic and a good man. His employees know what they are doing. I will definitely be making this my go-to Mechanic Shop from now on.Service: Engine repair

Just got car and broke down, got sent to Jack's from car lot and he personally drove to them since they wouldn't return his calls. He came back and all covered. My husband and I appreciate the time and energy that he took to help us out. Hands down a nice and awesome man who cares about his customers!!!

Then guys at Jack's know what they are doing! I had a mobile mechanic who came out and was supposed to fix the shifter cable on the truck. He couldn't fix it that day, so he promised to come back the next morning. Got strung along for 2 days where my car was stuck in park and I had to miss out on two days of work waiting for him. Jack's got my car in, fixed the problem and now my car is running smoother for it. And it was inexpensive too. These guys will be my first pick for mechanics and repairs from now!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This Is One actually The Auto mechanic shop Everyone needs this shop is thorough efficient and the most down to earth Buisness of Car Repair that I have ever had the Pleasure of dealing with very fair in price as well as availability and Honesty isnt even a good enough word to use to describe the owner and his coworkers Great place to start doing buisness with when it comes to any car repair they cover all towing, honor loyalty as well as friendly honest service.Thank you Jack and all the Team !

I took a used car for inspection to them and they didn t even notice that the back up camera was not working. They charged me 100$!All they did was to plug in the diagnostics computer and nothing else
