I bought a 50cc viper moped a couple months ago and it has changed my life! I do UberEats and get back and forth to my job all on $3 of gas. The staff is always friendly and down to earth. The best part is you do not need a DL or insurance I can not recommend them enough!!! If you got a bit of cash and need a way around a 50cc moped is a great option in my opinion.

Great staff quite knowledgeable and helpful. I only picked up a couple parts for my bike and yes while you can find cheaper online the parts they carry are good quality. I got some online ones that were inferior as a comparison. That aside for not having to wait to get parts, the staff even gave me a few pointers to fix my bike. I will be returning for future needs

100% do not recommend buying a any form of service or product from these rude people. Bought a pocket bike from them, had to be tuned within the first month. Brought it back for some repairs a year later and was quoted a 2 week wait time only to hear nothing from them for 2 months. I paid the fee to be tuned and looked at only to lose patience after calling with no return response after 2 months. Thanks guys, you took my money, did nothing but leave my bike out for 2 months exposed to the elements.

I bought a brand new dirt bike for my daughter and 2 days later it wouldn t start so I brought it back because there is a 30 day warranty anyway a few days later they said it was working and ready to pick up. When I got there the bike had been stolen! So they had to give me a brand new dirt bike and so I brought the new one home and 2 days later it would not start exactly like the first one. Now I have been waiting for over a week for them to fix a brand new dirt bike. I will never buy anything from this company ever again

wonderful experience! Jake and Richard fixed the problem on my scooter "on the spot" who does that anymore? The mechanic - Richard -was truly gifted, so much expertise and willing to share his knowledge. Jake the manager (owner?) made me feel welcome, and was so nice, and professional.Highly recommend Import Cycle!

These guys are pretty chill. They get the work done and the prices are fair. My experience with my first moped was rough but mostly because it was my fault. The few times when something breaks down earlier then normal they cut a deal with me or give me a warranty for the faulty part. Which is always a plus.The only reason i gave a 4 is because they are closed on sunday. I understand for religious reasons or something. But if someones bike breaks down on sunday they are out of luck.Great place though.

Scooter needed new clutch and drive belt. Called import Cycles this morning ask if they could come pick up and repair. They picked it up this afternoon and called me about an hour later told me it was fixed come get it. Chris did an awesome job. They know what their doing here, highly recommend them.

Worst customer service EVER! COST ME $55 in transportation. First by telling me my scooter was ready when it didn't even start. Second by not looking at a problem I told them I was having, then breaking down on the side of the road because of that problem! The lead mechanic Chris (maybe the owner) could only say "sorry for the inconvenience" forget the inconveniences the bike was expensive enough to get fixed a wasted $55 to get there to see a bike that didn't work and then to get back to buy a part that I TOLD THEM was busted when they had it in their shop and not even being offered a discount or any kind of compensation for my time or extra financial burden is completely inexcusable! DO NOT GET WORK DONE HERE!

Bought a truck from here and it's a complete piece of garbage. The truck had massive rust issues that they hid by cleaning and painting the frame rails around the wheels so when you looked under it looked clean. They had their own guy pass the state inspection but when I crawled under it I found rotted out crossmembers and shock mounts. Immediately I had engine lights ,bad coils ,wires,rotors, exhaust issues, mold from a leaky ac system. Gas venting and leak issues. STAY AWAY OR GET SCAMMED. Originally seemed like nice guys.

Will definitely go here again. They fixed a problem Fusion Cycles wouldn't. I don't care if my warranty is void now with Fusion. Import will actually get the job figured out and fixed.

I Bought a used scooter there last week and come to find out it has been wrecked, some parts were replaced, missing a few, like the front fender, I can see were the front tire was rubbing on the front of the scooter after it was wrecked. It runs pretty good because when I bought it I had them install the 80 cc kit .But when I go to stop using the front brake it lurches around. It is acting like the rotor is bent, looking closer not all bolts match.

Purchased a 50cc moped, recommended by John and gas saving is crazy! Ivreco if you want to make extra $$ doing Uber eats with one of these!

I have never seen such disgusting business customer service in my life. My friend who has a visible disability combined with a visible speech impediment went to this shop on 4/22/2017 @ around 10:00 he has a light out in his moped that he purchased at this shop. We was going to pay for the part but needed him to price the part. So we could give him the money, we had a hard time understanding him for the reasons stated above. We asked him to put the guy on the phone so we could clarify the reason for the high price. We could hear him say very loudly and distespectful that he dont talk to people over the phone. I could here the gasp in my friends voice at this and could only imagine what his body language presented by the fella assisting him. At the end of the day we care about our friend and find this behavior to be reportable and i will do my best to find out who we can see about the matter. We wanted to clarify that our friend likes to do for himself is the only reason he was there by himself. He learned to tie his shoes with one hand so he wouldnt need help to tie his shoes. It took him two years to learn. And to be treated in this manner from a business servicing all people in the community is inexcusable and the public should know. Im upset because he was happy to finally get his light fix and to not get it because the seller was not helpful with the sell is just not right. So i would not shop st this prejudice shop for nothing and i dont recommend anyone else do either.

Outstanding service! Stopped in wednesday and had the carb adjusted on my yamaha vino. In and out in less then 2 hours. While they are busy attitude and presentation goes a long way to get what you need done!

Although Import Cycle Center is well staffed, The male manager who is sometimes in does not ever seem to know whats going on with the place, constantly blaming his employees instead of answering questions. Will run you in circles, rude.

Parts are almost 3 times ebay prices and weak quality. "Lead ponytail mechanic" is rude, complacent, and didnt REALLY want to sell me the scooter. They just assemble poor and sell high. Not a 'cycle shop' more like 3 dudes in a garage with some parts. Charge you for temporary tags but you have to pay DMV full price to switch title from their shop. Backwards!

Took my son's dirt bike to fix it from bogging down. Planned on going riding at Slade park today. Paid $100 and they replaced air filter and Spark plug, I asked to clean carburator but was told it didn't need it. Needless to say my boys were heartbroken when I got it home and it did same damn thing. Our trip is cancelled now. If I take it back it will cost $55 labor plus $50 to clean carburator. I found brand new carburator online for$15. Do the math. Easy installation, I know because I took it off last night and blew into gas line It was clogged. What a rip off!

Rude, entitled, dismissive, unprofessional and not worth the bad customer service.Literally "Hey'd" me to get my attention and than walked away from me and left me standing in the garage. Really? I'm not a kid, I'm 42 years old. Had family from out of town with me and that made for a great impression(local business). It was my second and last visit. I can't even imagine how they talk to... fill in the blank.Take your time and money else where. I'd never go back. I usually support small business over internet shopping (looking for upgrade parts for 49cc), but these guys are the cure. They don't get it. At least the internet check out and paypal says "thank you".Maybe I caught them on a bad day, I don't know. I'm a consumer and sharing my experience. Be prepared to be treated badly.

Its just taking me awhile to get my bike fixed. And its broke down 3 times doing the same signs but always seemsvto be a different problem.This has been over the last 3 months. It just seems like there could be a discount in there somewhere since it keeps being the same signs and problems like s month apart each time.

Other than new scooters not covered for pick up under the 30 day warrenty..Chris is a great guy, knowledgable and willing to do what it takes to fix the problem.

I think Import Cycle Center is a very nice little business that usually have the parts I'm looking for for my scooter they might have your parts to give them a try they are friendly and pretty fast

My husband paid cash for a moped about 3 weeks ago...on 1st day it had a gas leak...then he took to shop because he was riding it and it just stopped...then the carburator needed fixed.Now we just got out of shop and it didnt even make it home before it stopped running...This shop and mechanics are a joke...they sell lemon bikes for a high price...they told him he could not get a replacement bike but if it was a manufacturer issue he should be able to get something for our time and trouble.D ont buy a moped from them they are frauds.We bought a scooter to use not to collect dust.

Great service the people there are nice and friendly the prices to buy or get your bike repair are very good i advise anybody to go check them out if you are looking for good deals and great services i been a loyal custermer with them since 2012
