Best value for the money anywhere! Trust them. These folks completely saved my weekend by going above and beyond to help me out when my tire went flat near their shop. They didn't just fix the tire. They fixed the rim. Balanced the tire and made a quick repair on a loose bumper with out me having to ask. The price was very very affordable.

Horrible customer service. Went for a tire ended up having to get new studs, new lug nuts and new rotors. All because tgey crossed threaded bolts and studs putting the new tire on. Spoke with owner and he said to have the car towed there but he is not going to pay for it. He said he would just replace the tire again. I ended up getting off the tire and putting the spare back on droveback, spoke with owner his response was I should towed it so he can see it and how do he know if they were responsible for cross threading. I just walked out and he said did iam unhappy don't come back. I replied I surely won't. I wouldn't not recommend this place to anyone just drive by another mile or so or stay on your spare and extra day.

Terrible garage. The "technicians" have no idea how to do even basic tasks. I came for a tire and instead my rim was damaged. Manager tried to buck on me instead of talking since he struggles with self control. Just a bad business overall.

Legit business man. The whole I waited for my bumper to be fixed the owner was facilitating the operation of the business taking care of every other customer that pulled up. Good dudes up there Installed my tow mirrors for me too

I had the best outcome due to a flat tire that would not hold air. I was in and out of there today 8.16.23 between 12:30 and 1PM (my lunch hour) I forgot to get the technicians name but he assisted me with exceptional service - thank you so much!

Friendly and fast. Down to earth technicians who won't sweat all the red tape that chain tire companies have to worry about. Purchased used tires in an emergency and these guys put them on in a couple hours even though they had customers pulling up to their doors non stop. They got us back on the road halfway through a multi day road trip. They also gave us good insight into future options to as avoid the mechanical issues we ran into without trying to sell us stuff.

I moved to the area last year and have been looking for a tire shop closer to home. I was in the market for some used tires for my Explorer, I had been to 6 other tire shops with no luck, they didn't have my size or tried selling me tires that were basically worn out.I stopped by Granby Tire hoping to find what I needed, not only did they have the tires I needed they had a Great Price too. The tires I received had excellent tread depth for used tires and the install was quick as can be expected.I need tires for another vehicle and I will be calling Granby Tire for those as well.

I went to change the tire, terrible service, they took a long time and scratched my tire, I don't recommend it at all.

My first visit was just to get a quote, the nicest people ever! As a woman I will be the first to say, I hate going to mechanic shops, I rather shopping in a mall or online, lol. But these guys greet you with a smile, explain everything to you and they are quick!!! Prices are great, tires are too! I have been spreading the word and if I am ever in need of tires I will be going back! Service with a smile is so needed in this crazy world and you get it at Granby TIres! God bless!

Vernon at Granby Tires is nothing shy of amazing! I contacted the tire shop after hours did toa Tire emergency and despite him being off he volunteered to stay late to ensure that My tires were fixed and that I was safe. Needless to say, he honored his word , stayed, and made sure that my vehicle was in safe condition. It is hard to receive good customer service any more, however Vernon went above and beyond and didn t make me feel rushed in the process. I am truly grateful for him and the excellent service provided . As a result of his amazing service, this business now has a customer for life!If you are looking for a tire company that exhibits Great service, is knowledgeable, and reasonable this is your place !

JD great guy to do business with. Hooked up my 2020 Altima for a very reasonable price. Went above and beyond for me just to make sure my needs were met ! Will recommend to anybody looking to get new tires and rims! Best in the 757

Dont go there. I went here and he gave me a bad tire and it popped within 2 days of driving. When i went to have it fixed he was trying to blame me. Lets fast forward... so i need another tire and i go back there only to be treated unfairly. I was the only female there and i watched 4 cars go in and out.. Basically his tech told me the other people were paying more than me so I was last. What in the world! They have no kind of customer service!!! Super unprofessional.... i wanted to continue to do business with them but after yesterday im good..oh i forgot this part. The owner says to me you cant go to Meineke and demand service. Lol no but Meineke will tell you a wait time or tell you to leave your car. He says we were soo busy. I sat and watched him chit chat and do a bunch of nothing... super disappointed

I've been here several times and they always have the tires I need stocked. It's never taken me more than an hour, in and out. Inexpensive. Can't recommend enough!

They went above the call of duty to get my car repaired when my rim broke. They located a place for me to get a new rim and installed it for me. I had not intended to get another tire but a deaf man that worked there sold me on the idea. Everything they did was of great value and I definitely will consider going there again.

Request Brake Pad replacement. Dropped car off at 9am. Returned at 4pm car sitting with passenger tires off and no parts ordered. I didn t receive a phone call with status or update. Upon arrival I asked to put my tires back on it took him 45 minutes.

I went to get my tire. Took them 45 mins to put it on there was no line. I took my car home (work vehicle) drove my other car for the rest of the day. Next day I come outside the tire of my work car is on the ground completely with no air. They are closed on Sundays so I couldn t take it back seeing as though I got it done Saturday evening. Monday morning they did not open at the time they were suppose to open. I had a work trip I was suppose to make and had to miss it.

Found a leak on the wall of my tire. Drove it in to them. Tire was going flat andThey found me a quality tire and installed it for me. Great service and good pricing!

I came in and had my tire fixed in 20 minutes with 2 patches for under $20. Super nice employees as well. Highly recommend

I really enjoyed going to this location the service was fast and expedient the location is just about adjacent to every major highway in the area the prices are very competitive just be ready they will charge you a surcharge for running your credit card but that is okay that is to be expected with any company just about today if you are in the area stop in and say hello they would love to service you
