I am completely happy ! Super easy to schedule .. the lady that set me up was wonderful! The technician Matthew H came to my house did the work was respectful of the property and my car. Install was perfect ! Even tho getting a broken windshield sucks this experience didn't ! Thank you again glass america!

I am very happy with the service I received, throughout the entire time, but especially today with Matthew. He came and was clear with how the process would go, was professional and efficient and the work looks flawless. I will definitely use them again, if need be and I recommend them.

This business beats Safelite, hands down. I was able to speak to a rep quickly, they went the extra mile to ensure part numbers were compatible, got me same day service, AND beat the competition pricing by hundreds! Absolutely best service! My technician, Jerry was awesome. He kept me updated on my service. I got my truck back in pristine condition. The service was phenomenal. I had a great experience! I used an online quote request and Veronica reached out quickly and got everything scheduled to install when it fit my schedule! The only place I will be going for my glass needs. Everyone I spoke with from reception to the technician was so kind and polite! Not to mention half the price of any one else I called! Did have one small problem with an area above my passenger seat leaking, simply called them and they set up a time originally for me to come in to have it fixed. I wasnt able to make that time so they called me and asked if they could come to me!The absolute best! 10/10

Mr. Harper was fantastic. They were kind, quick, and very pleasant. The time, 2 hours, went by fast. Two hours may seem like a lot, but it could have taken four. Samantha Serran* who works with the insurance agents behind the scenes to get claims filed for our customers deserves to be recognized x10. Anytime I have an issue (which is EXTREMELY rare w/ GA) she gets it taken care of and responds within minutes. Its unreal. Forever grateful for this employee of yours, wish we could hire her for ourselves. Give the girl a raise/bonus/fruit basket whatever, she deserves it.

Had a appointment to have my windshield replaced. When I arrived to the appointment I was told that the windshield wasn t there. The good part was that they sent a technician out to me to replace the windshield when it came in. The windshield needed to be calibrated so they set another appointment to calibrate it. Each appointment was on a Saturday and they were closed. The last appointment I went to no one was there and I received a phone call stating that the technician was sick. We had two service vehicles that needed chips repaired. They were able to come out the next day and arrived at the time they said they would. The first vehicle's chip was in the driver's view and could not safely be repaired so the entire windshield needed to be replaced - an appointment was made that day for the very next day! The second vehicle's chip was successfully repaired and it looks great! We will be using them from for all our windshield repairs from now on!

I absolutely loved how easy it was for me to get a quote, schedule an appointment and pay for my service. And my technician stayed in touch with me each step of the way to make sure I knew what was going on and when. We had a new windshield installed 6 days ago here in Naples, Florida and paid an extra $335 for recalibration of the ADAS system. We never received this. We have called 2 times, and the woman says she'll have the dispatcher call us. He hasn't yet. Each time we call it takes a long time on hold. We are very disappointed so far.

Great experience with Glass America and store manager Joe this morning! Very glad my insurance company recommended them! Very happy with customer service and new windshield! Didn't have to leave the house which can be challenging with a little one! So thanks again Joe!

They replaced my rear window. It began to leak afterwards so i contacted them they replaced it again. So now here it is leaking again so i spoke to the manager Joe. He was very rude even as far to use bad language and said he's sorry about my luck so i would strongly recommend using a different company.

Just got my windshield replaced, cant remember the name of the employee, but he was very helpful and focused! He even tried to fix my (beyond help) rear view mirror! I'll think of this place next time I need a glass repair!

Terrible customer service and they have employees doing side work and when your windshield brakes they won't replace. Very disappointed with this company.
