2 stars for the two years that it lasted me....with a car note on my hands still. Engine blown.....nice people but product did not match the personality. Now I have a problem on my hands. Don't do business with these folk.

I bought a Toyota Camry from this place on August 23rd and till this day (07 Dec) they have not provided a title to me. Meanwhile they refused to take the vehicle back and refund me. I do not recommend anyone to do business with this dealership. Their customer service is mediocre. Through all the time they've never contacted me to give updates. I have to call and it had happened that they hang up on me. Speaking to them in person wasn't any more cordial either.

Great guys to work with here. Bought a Grand Cherokee a few weeks back and everything is as advertised and got a great vehicle for a good price. Not to mention how easy they made the process. Highly recommend giving them your business!

Inquired about a van, was told it still needed inspection and cleaning, was gonna leave a deposit, the man said that he would call me back. Never did. Called a few days later, was told it was allready sold. Would have been nice to at least have had a courtesy call back that it had allready been sold.

Buyer beware!!!!!! My daughter purchased a vehicle from this dealership a few weeks ago. The vehicle was traded in to them, it was never inspected (although when you call, they do claim that all of their vehicles have a current state inspection) The title is from another state and in all honesty does not look like a legal title. It took two days for both of the mufflers to come off of the vehicle (as they were never installed properly to begin with) If this vehicle had been inspected in any way they would've seen that this in itself would not pass. But they received their money because she paid cash for the car. Now it is going to cost her $$$$$$ to get the repairs required so she can get it inspected before she can title the car in Virginia.

When I walked in he was on the phone and didn t even acknowledge me. He wasn t honest about the problems with the vehicle I was looking at. He didn t seem to have much ambition as to selling vehicles.
