10/10 would recommend. Thanks to all the construction on HRBT, the divots in the road literally took a chunk out of my tire. My insurance was going to charge me $150 to tow me to discount tire but when I called to make sure they had a tire for me, they only charge $50 to come to you and replace the tire where you are. It was so easy and convenient. The store rep went over my tire options on the phone with me and the service provider bubba was there within 15 minutes to change out my tire. Spent a little over $200 for a new tire AND install right where I was located. Definitely worth going to for your tire needs and they were all so friendly and helpful.

This discount tires took care of me, I ended up getting a tire that I decided wasn't wide enough for my build as I as trying to figure out what would best suit my needs. I went back and traded it in for a bigger size from a 295 to 335 (bear in mind I didn't mount the tire or drive on it) and they gave me a trade in credit understandably. But then I asked for them to see what they could find for a while set of tires and how quickly they could get them and they did a phenomenal job of getting me my Toyo Proxes R888R's, I wanna say a special thank you to Matt for your help thank you!

I have to tell everyone about the amazing tire repair experience and service I received today. Discount Tire in Norfolk (VAB 08) is doing it right!. There was a nail in my tire causing a slow leak that my dealership wouldn't repair. So I made a same day appointment online through the Discount Tire website. I immediately received an appointment confirmation via text and email. Later I received a reminder text with directions and a link to "track my journey." I arrived about 20 minutes early. I was just sitting in my car when a salesperson came out to greet me. What!?!? I explained I had an appointment for the nail and showed them the attached picture to make sure it could be repaired. He said they could repair it. When I asked for an estimate, They said it would be free. What!?!? They told me I could wait there in the comfort of my own car and someone would be out to get me in a moment. In a few minutes Carl came out to get me and explained that I could drive the car around and remain in my car through the whole repair. They very professionally guided me into the garage stall and began to work on my tire. They also checked the pressure and added air to the other 3 tires. Then they turned the job over to another technician that appeared to be the only female working here. I wish I had gotten their name to give them a shout out. I highly recommend you sit in your car through the repair so you can see how professional and efficient this place is. The music they had playing was outstanding as well! I was surprised at how many technicians they had working and how happy to be working there they all seemed. I was also impressed at the number of vehicles they got in and out in the short time I was there. I was amazed that they even removed and replaced my valve stem. When the nail was removed they brought it over and showed it to me. They plugged and patched the tire, remounted and then balanced it. All for free! After the tire was put back on they even applied a tire shine to all 4 tires. I felt guilty receiving such amazing service and entertainment for free! I will highly recommend Discount Tire in Norfolk to anyone and everyone who will listen. I will definitely return here when I am in need of any tire service or purchase in the future. Thank you!

Almost four hours from the time that I arrived to the that time I left.The associates were polite. The facility was clean. The work was done.I expected more knowledge from the staff.I expected more inventory to choose from.I expected quicker service.What I did not expect, however, was to be so disappointed.

Set up an appointment online @ the Norfolk E Virginia Beach blvd location. Arrived around 10am and was quickly greeted. They only took about 30 minutes to mount four tires on my vehicle. What I observed the short time I was there. Was great customer service and keeping customers informed. This very important in today s world. Where it seems many businesses have lost the positive customer and business relationship. I can definitely recommend Discount Tire to anyone.

I came in looking for a certain type of tire for my truck and the guy said he could have them there around 3pm and he was right they have an amazing group of guys working here I am really impressed with the service I received here I would recommend them to anyone and I m from Maryland

changing my original 5 star review.came here for a VERY BASIC tire rotation and balance before driving cross country with all my belongings.a few hours into the drive I start getting a very bad vibration in the car. pulled over to look and found that one wheel had a missing lug and the rest were loose enough to turn with my fingers. incredible. and ankther tire had a stripped lug that someone didnt bother to put on straight. basic stuff. so now I'm stranded in the middle of nowhere at 2 in the morning. after coming to discount tire for years for several different vehicles and tire sets I will never trust them again with my vehicles. this is completely unacceptable and could have caused an accident or worse. whoever did the maintenance on my car I hope you read this. You're lazy and incompetent and deserve to lose your job working on vehicles.

Had an excellent experience at this location this afternoon. I purchased 4 new tires last night and received a call this morning they were ready. Came in and had them all put on my car and ready within an hour at most. Jessie and Matt provided amazing customer service and made me feel comfortable asking questions. Prices were also better than other local shops. Will definitely recommend this location!

I love this place. Great tires, great discount. My total was going to be 700, but Brian was able to add wipers front and back, and still get the price down from that. The service you get, alone, is worth choosing them for your tire needs. I m wintering in upstate Vermont, and I am so grateful I decided to use this store

Wawa s free air tanked my air pressure to 12psi. As a young woman with very evident limited understanding of my car s mechanics, I m wary of auto shops. My mom always told me Discount Tire was safe and I should always go there if I have a problem. So I drove about a mile to the nearest one and told the man inside about my problem. He immediately followed me out to fill up my tire. It was too low for the machine to fill it initially, so he jacked my car up and took the tire off to fill it in the actual shop area. He checked for leaks and put my tire back on. Not once did anyone try to sell me anything. He even told me if I ever need a patch, it s free. That was super shocking. This whole thing from parking my car to leaving the location was probably less than 10 minutes. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

I would recommend anyone to come here that in need for a new tire ! The customer service is great, the co workers are friendly, helpful and informative. The prices are reasonable. I was able to get my tires replaced and be in and out within a hour. Thank you guys again for your service !

Great service. Very professional. I went in on Friday to price some new tires. I shopped around and they had the best price for what I was looking for but only had 3 tires in stock. Jesse said he'd get the fourth tire in for me. I made the appointment for my tires to be replaced on Monday. I got there for my appointment on Monday. The fourth tire was there and I was in and out in under an hour.

Went to get a new set of tires! Was kind of expensive but the service and warranty makes it worth spending. The shop was clean and service crew was quick and efficient. They have good customer service from every customer.

For tyler percenter, it is pretty clean and neat. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. They try to get the test done as efficiently as possible. The price is so far, and it is fair. Regardless of why you've come in. They always check your tires to see if you need need new tires.

Always and forever will go to Discount Tire! Especially this location! I ve come here many times and it has always been the most amazing experiences! Discount Tire on Holland provides great customer service and great prices. Despite the amount of workload they are given daily, they move quick and efficiently to get your car back on the road again.

I have purchased several tires from this location over the past few years, and won't go anywhere else. The service at this location is impeccable. Everyone I talk to on the phone and deal with in person is absolutely amazing, super nice, and extremely helpful. Also, I haven't found a lower price on tires anyplace else. Excellent service and products!

I wish I could leave no stars , If u want to get in and out don t come here go to the other discount tire on the Blvd I sat in there for a hour and a half they told me it was only going to be 45 minutes to a hour , 2 cars that pulled in AFTER me and was done before me I asked why was that and they claimed because they had appointments I said ok and went to sit down , well to my surprise the lady that was sitting next to me said she didn t have a appointment she just came in to buy tires so just because I was only getting a plug and that was free and she was buying tires they put her before me I will NEVER come back here.

All I can say is wow! The customer here is absolutely amazing! I have never received this type of experience at a tire shop. The fact that customer were leaving with a smile on their faces says alot. I will definitely be back.

Unfortunately I picked up a nail in my sidewall. Most likely from construction on I64 tunnel. I knew I was going to have to buy new tires but wasn't prepared for the great experience. Victor showed me many options in my size and helped me select tires that were both affordable and had a great mileage warranty. Bottom line price was cheaper than anywhere else. Outside the techs rotated my tires and even topped off air pressure. In the door and out with new tires in less than 45 min! Excellent crew!

The service and staff were great. I came in that morning to get air in my tire. Came back that same afternoon and they patched the same tire for me at no cost. I believe the person that I spoke with name was Jesse.

This store is great. The team is always super friendly and happy to help the customer. Tire patches are free if they are safely patchable and rotations/balancing for life of tire is free if you purchase any tires from them. I really can't complain when I have been to this location multiple times and walked away with my tire issue fixed at no charge to me.The only issues I have had seem to be due to a lack of attention to detail. One time I purchased a pair of tires due to a hole in my sidewall. I requested to keep the "good" tires out of the old pair. They forgot I had made the request and then couldn't find the tire.... Frustrating, but not a huge loss.When you have tires serviced, I would double check your pressures... A couple times I have left with my pressures all over the place. Again frustrating, but not the end of the world for a free service.The positives greatly outweigh the negatives.

Third time coming to discount tire and worked with Aaron each time. First two times came for a tire repair because VA roads suck and got screws in them. Aaron didn't pressure into getting new tires immediately but let me know what grade they were at and how long they should last me. He also got me a quote so when I am ready for new tires what to expect/budget for. My third time coming in, luckily got Aaron again and was ready to help. Showed him the drill bit from train tracks that was stuck in my tire and was ready to just get the new tires. He showed me all my options, and worked with my budget along with providing info on what discounts I was eligible for which I appreciate it being already on a tight budget. 100% will always recommend this shop just for have friendly and professional they are here specially that I usually have my hyper 4 year old with me.

I showed up at this shop to get tires done on my 1990 honda accord. I was late but they took me in immediately. I didn't even have to wait. They had me in and out in maybe 30 mins

I called ahead of time and spoke to a Discount Tire representative named Jesse. He was clear with instructions, knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and polite. Upon arrival, my wait was short, The representative Jesse greeted me and handled my needs promptly and efficiently. Jesse explained to me about the service i was to receive and showed me options. I left my car and came back at my convenience. My car was ready. Thank you!

Great service! Blake was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave great comparison information on different brands of tires as well as practical advice to help me make an educated decision and a great deal! He was very patient with my two toddlers acting like...toddlers. He went above and beyond with great customer service. I'm very pleased with the tires. Even though they were busy, the employees handled the customers with ease and I was in and out in just over an hour (it helps to have an appointment!).

Came here today at 2:21 pm in my rv from out of state and my pressure in my tires were low and one of the air extenders broke off. Bryan was absolutely First class in professionalism, customer service support and very informative. This is one of the best experiences ever!!!!
