My husbands car was towed and after paying everything to get it out we called and spoke with Sheryl (not sure of the spelling). She was EXTREMELY RUDE and kept hanging up on my husband. We informed them that we have a baby and need to get our car as soon as possible and she just hung up without our questions being answered. So when I called back she hung up again and again. She has absolutely no customer service and is so extremely rude. Don t treat people horribly just because you hate your life!!!!!!

Horrible Customer Service. Janky, Lazy Workers that don't care for anyone else but themselves. They give you a whole run around even after you make the payment they requested. All they care for is the money. And even once they get the money they asked for they still won't release your vehicle. They give you a whole headache and not try to help anyone.

The woman I just spoke to is gonna have hell when I come to pickup my vehicle tomorrow. She has poor ass customer service and an attitude from hell. I came to pickup my vehicle and she had an attitude because I lid gotten lost coming to get my car. She decided she wanted to scream over the phone so I screamed right back at her. And made her make my spooning for tomorrow.

The guy who helped his name was Stan was very nice and easy to talk too. He was a great guy. Keep doing what yall are doing!!!!!!!!!

They don't answer the phone and they charge you to get your personal belongings. I'm taking them to court.

Every time I call, NO ONE answers the phone!!
