Came here cause people had good things to say about the one in Hampton. This one was closer. Called first and spoke to a nice man who said he had our tires. Showed up and a different man approached us immediately rude and short answered claiming they didn't have our tires at all. He seemed more friendly to other people there. Don't know what his deal was. Wouldn't recommend this place though.

This was such a great experience! As a single woman, they were respectful, non-patronizing, and I didn t feel taken advantage of whatsoever. They removed the nail in my tire and patched it in just 20 mins all for $30! Officially my new tire shop.

This used to be my go to used tire shop as they are fast and have stellar customer service.. I bought one tire 2 months ago that bubbled and ripped open in about two weeks. Then I went back to get another to replace that one and the same exact thing happened again last week. While I understand used tires aren't guaranteed etc., I am pretty upset to have spent $200 with them for tires that only lasted a few weeks..

I've been a customer for several years. I trust their used tires & the staff who works there! Brandon has given me top notch customer service ever since I began going there 7 years ago. Highly Recommend

Fast, friendly and cheap place to get good used tires. We were in and out in a short amount of time, and we'll definitely return! Friendly and knowledgeable staff also.

We came in yesterday at the last minute after my daughter got a flat tire on the interstate. They had a new tire on the rim in less than 10 minutes. The tire they gave us even had better tread on it than the new tire that was flattened. The price was very fair and the tech was very courteous.

I usually go to j and m but they pointed me here when they didn t have my tire size, they had us in and out with good tires plus when I needed a patch a few days later they helped them too. Highly recommend.

When you pull up you get the standard sketchy tireplace vibe. The crew there doesn't seem overly friendly. That is because they work like ants. They try to get you in-and-out as fast as possible. They know that your time is precious. They just don't plug your tire; they patch the tire. While patching they make sure there is no other problems with the tires. They also make sure that their patch holds before putting it back onto your vehicle. Next time I get a odd object in my tire I'm more likely to go back to them.

Fast and great service with the guys here at Cider Tire. They came out to greet me as soon as I pulled in the parking lot and didn't even have time to shut my engine off (amazing fast service). I had a tire plugged and it has more than one nail. The general service tech did not try to sell me more services than I needed. Good price and fast service.

Exceptional service. The tech re-seated the tire bead, checked for leaks, pounded out some dents in the steal rim to clear up the leaks, and balanced the tire. In and out in 15 minutes at a reasonable price.

Person says I can do the job but then don't have the proper tools to do the job so can't properly do the job then when I ask them to please do it right and not damage anything by not using the proper tools they get an attitude refuse to finish the job and to even put the car back together so I can leave I had to call the police just to get them to put my car back together worst customer service ever

Excellent service, very fast but I got some bad advice and the tire I got went fly the next day. They sold me a tire that already had a hole in it.

Their service is fast and their workers are down to earth and polite. They even asked me if cursing offended me just incase. Obviously being in a garage and growing up in the north and with 5 guys it didnt bother me any. It was was a blast since then. I didnt even mind sitting in a chair in the garage to wait and watch. These guys are good at what they do, they're fast, and they are good company! I'd come back for sure

I arrived at the location at 5:10pm at the same time a SUV color fellow. The attendant told me that he was closed for the day, for me to go down the street. If you're black they will serve you first.In the other hand he helped the black gentleman that was driving the SUV.So cider tires descriminated me at the same time. After 10 years of loyal business with Cider Tires on military highway.Will never stop again he prefers to serve Blacks over any other race.

Best used tire shop in Hampton Roads. They have E V E R Y tire size possible. Their used tires are practically the same quality as new tires for a lower price than most ($35 average)
