The owner was very pleasant and answered all of my questions. I was told it wouldn't take long, and he was right! I was very impressed by how quickly the repairs were done. I was quoted a fair price and that's the exact price I paid. I will definitely use Bress Auto from now on for ALL of my Car's maintenance.I highly recommend Bress Auto! Mr. William was extremely nice and polite. He talked me through everything and even gave me suggested places to order parts besides through him. He was fair and understanding in his pricing and he got the work done in the same day! Awesome service . I forgot the man s name but he helped fix my horn, windshield wipers and state inspection when my own dealership tried to charge me hundreds of dollars to do the same job. Bress Auto did it for a fraction of the price ! Very professional and very fast turn around. I will be back for more repairs if needed.

They did a wonderful job with my car I'll be glad to take it back there. He also does inspection and does not take advantage of people by having something replaced thats not needed. Does very good work.

I am a medical courier. I was 200 miles from home on my route and blew my radiator 500 miles into a 700 mile day. I was stranded in a strip mall parking lot at 9pm until I had to get my car towed to a nearby shop the next morning and lucked out with Bress. They told me it could not be fix that day, but could be fix by the following day. I had no where to go?! Not their problem and I didn't tell them I was screwed. I left my car to find out where I could go. Within a few hours I get a call from Bress letting me know that I was good to go?! They even knocked off half of the bill!! Their estimate ended up being exactly what they said and were done before they said would be. They fixed a bad u joint in my front end and my truck runs smooth as new now.
