I bought a Volkswagen Passat 2012 from this dealership and they helped me alot. I ve used this car 10,000 miles and I haven t had any problems since I bought the car. The car was so clean used, very carefully maintained and very comfortable. Long story short, whenever I think of buying a new car I ll come this place again.

Thank you so much for all you have done to help me, Ensar. I recently purchased a year 2015 Nissan Altima from BEB Automotive, and to say Ensar went above and beyond is an understatement. He truly takes pride in what he does, and made my car shopping experience very easy. My last car was recently totaled in an accident, and his dealership was the first that I visited during my search. I was amazed at how easy it was to find my next dependable vehicle. Ensar mentioned to me that he also does the mechanical work on these vehicles to make sure they are in top shape. I can attest that purchasing your next car from him is a great investment, and there are no issues at all with my vehicle! He is very knowledgable, trustworthy and will work with you to answer any questions you have. He also worked with my budget and was professional throughout the whole experience. Ensar and his business is the best he s a very honest man and work with you . The morality and character really showed I appreciate all he has done and this car has really been a major asset to myself and family. Ensar, owner of BEB, tries hard to provide a car he would be happy to drive himself. I used to sell cars and know that the auto business is very cut throat. Ensar tries hard not to be like that. I do my research, want specific cars and know what they're worth. The car I bought from him was a fair price and very well selected, cleaned up and presented. He had personally used it to commute to make sure it was all good and was honest with me about what he had fixed. If you want a pre-owned BMW or Audi you would do well to check this dealership out. If you are pleasant and reasonable you're likely to have a good experience here.

I had a suspension problem with my 2015 x6 F16. The rear suspensions were not working and I was unable to drive my car. Thanks to BEB Automotive, with their professional solutions and customer-oriented approach, they did find and fix the problem same day. Thanks to Mr. Ensar for all his efforts and help.

Wonderful experience!!! He made sure we were comfortable with the transaction, he was extremely knowledgeable about VW vehicles and fixed many things preventatively to make us as buyers feel confident in the sale. He was also very transparent about the cars history and conducted business honestly and that made our experience not only pleasant but one i would do again.

It was great experience to buy a car from Ensar...He was very helpfull and assisting every single step processing with the pepper works and everything even after sale.i had 2011 Wolsvagen CC really really nice vehicle I drove through with this car from Virginia to California no issue at all within 3,000 mile non stop.customer service was outstanding,Ensar is also a mechanical engineer so he personally works on his vehicles so he knows what to do and aware of all vehiclesi would highly recommend! If your looking to buy a car always choose BEB , Ensar is a really good salesman and his mechanics are sufficient. I love that hes not just trying to take your money he literally cares about your well-being I just brought a convertible bmw 2 weeks ago & living in va it s always flooding keep in mind my car is very low I had to go threw so much water I called him asap he answered my call without any hesitation & told me to come the next day & took care of my repairs. Im always going to refer people to him

Ensar is the very friendly and trustworthy dealer I have ever known. He is a very good engineer and also his knowledge of mechanics is perfect. He understands the engine problems just by listening to its working noise. He excels in especially German-made cars like BMW, VW, etc. He details each car in his dealership, fixes them, and prepares them for the customer with great care. I buy the car from him because he replaces all the parts while fixing the car even some good working parts which do not need to be changed. I would highly recommend him.

Unlike any dealer i have been to before. Ensar takes pride not only in ensuring the vehicle is of the highest quality but in his very business itself. He also ensures you have zero doubt about what vehicle you are purchasing , and is willing to work with your budget while providing a more than quality car.I highly suggest giving this dealership a shot YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. 12/10 WOULD RECOMMEND.

This man goes above and behind. Bought a super clean car from him. Had a rental car so I didn t drive my car for 2-3 months and a couple of simple problems came up. He told me to brig the car by and he will take a look at what was going on. He ended up taking care of the simple problems I had going on and fixed them! Didn t ask a dime. You never get this much honesty and generosity from a dealership 100% would buy from him again and send any one looking for a car to him!!!! Great job my friend

Very honest on the phone with me. The car was actually nicer then he made it out to be. He said he didn't want me to travel 2 hours and be disappointed. Strange shooter and made me feel at home. Introduced me to his wife and beautiful baby boy. Even offered to make myself and my brother lunch. Great car dealer, and a great family business. Would recommend you check this guy out if looking for a good deal at a good price.

Very friendly and professional. Great customer service and truly family oriented. Stayed open later just so I could come look at the car since I was coming an hour away. His wife made me and my dad a very tasty coffee even offered to take us out to dinner since it was so late. Most importantly about this dealer he is TRUELY honest. Told us about every nick and cranny the car had before we even left the house, made me feel very comfortable buying from him and even willing to negotiate. Great price for a great reliable car. Would buy from him again and recommend to anyone to check him out. Very very happy with the car I love it.

do not buy from this guy. all comments are automated or typed by him i actually bought a car and the transmission gave out little by little. i got the transmission fixed then the car broke down and became a even bigger problem. he s not reliable nor trustworthy do not spend your money.

Ensar Birlik was the person who helped us buy our car. He was very kind and knowledgeable. I ve been to many car dealership places and all have been trying to get you to buy a car and won t let you leave. Ensar helped us find the car that we needed and wanted. He was super helpful and extremely honest. I loved the experience I had and will definitely buy a car from them again!

Highly recommend this dealership. Very nice and honest. You just don't find these type in the car sales industry anymore. They were straightforward and helped out beyond what they had to do. They have very nice cars as well and the owner knows he's stuff about cars. I plan on buying my next car with them.

Bought a BMW X5 08 from this guy. He put in the work himself to get this thing in like new condition. I love the thing. Also i dont usually give reviews, but when he called me and asked if i needed new temp plates, since the DMV is so backed up. I just had to leave a review after all that he does for his customers.
