After experiencing damage to the windshield, roof, and engine hood of my 2006 Honda Odyssey, I decided to take it to Bay Automotive for repairs due to the recommendation of my insurance company. Here's my honest assessment of the experience:First and foremost, I must commend Bay Automotive for their exceptional customer service. Throughout the entire process, they kept me well-informed and updated on the progress of the repairs. If there were any incidents along the way, they promptly notified me, ensuring transparency and peace of mind.Additionally, I was impressed by the quick turnaround time of the repairs. Despite the extensive damage, the repairs were completed in a timely manner, allowing me to get back on the road sooner than expected.In terms of the quality of work, I was thoroughly satisfied. The repairs looked flawless, and I couldn't spot any signs of the previous damage. It was evident that the technicians at Bay Automotive were skilled craftsmen who took pride in their work.However, my overall positive experience was marred by a few unfortunate incidents. Upon picking up my vehicle, I noticed that the inspection sticker was missing. Despite their efforts, Bay Automotive was unable to locate the original sticker from the damaged windshield. While they offered to perform the inspection themselves, it was inconvenient for me to make the trip back to their shop.Furthermore, I was disappointed to learn that my vehicle could not pass inspection due to a certain part needing replacement and repair. This unexpected expense was frustrating and put a damper on an otherwise positive experience.Lastly, I was disappointed to hear that the person who installed my windshield was inexperienced, leading to oversights such as forgetting to remove the transponder for my EZ Pass and the oil change notification sticker from the old windshield.In conclusion, while I was generally pleased with the customer service and quality of work provided by Bay Automotive, the experience was tarnished by the oversight of the inexperienced employee, the unexpected expense, and the inconvenience of having to return for another state inspection

Bay Auto is a fabulous auto shop! They fixed my Nissan up it is looking brand new and they were very quick about it too! Friendly customer service left me with no complaints. Two thumbs up from me!

Renae made the process extremely simple and easy! She took care of everything and made sure it got done in timely fashion. They have a great establishment and I m grateful I took my car there to get the repairs I needed done. Before and after pictures of my damage are below. Their team did amazing. Looks brand new! Renee and Bay were great to work with! I needed a collision center after my truck was in two incidents in less than 2 weeks. Three other collision centers would not even look at the damage for 2 to 3 weeks even though I had an estimate in hand. They worked with me and the insurance company. They made multiple calls to me to keep me up to date. They were even fine when I asked to see the truck during its repair. They took care of the repairs and the truck looks as good as it did before. They exceeded my expectations and excelled in customer service where Southern Auto, Priority Auto, and Caliber Collison ultimately failed. Insurance cannot dictate where the repair is done! Hopefully I do not need them again, however if I do I will reach out. There is your before, during, and after.Services: Body & Trim, Wheel alignment

Great shop. Plenty of parking. and the staff are super friendly. Got an estimate for car work after an accident and within an hour, I had all info with an accurate timeline. Looking forward to getting my car in to get the work completed soon!

I took my car to Bay after an accident on I 64. I'm not familiar with area and took the recommendation of the AAA tow truck driver. I'm glad I did. I spoke with Cindy from the Collision department and Kara in the Service department. They were both very nice and helpful, I especially appreciated their transparency throughout the entire process of getting my car fixed. After initial repairs I drove my car but heard a strange noise and took it back to find out that an aftermarket part approved by my insurance didn't fit right. They ordered a manufacturer part and changed them out the next day and did a second alignment free of charge. I will definitely bring my cars back here for anything.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment

I have gotten to know and trust the team at Bay Auto over the past year and they have always got my car right and at a reasonable price ! It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Kerra Friar. Very friendly and informative. She is a good face and personality walking in and out the door ! I recommend to all my friends and will continue having my car serviced/worked on here !

My car had a 'check engine' light on and after reading the code was found to have a faulty thermostat. I went to Bay Collision based on reviews and they replaced the part for $400. However, the check engine light returned after 6 months, and I went to BC again to get it checked. I tried calling them multiple times, but it was extremely difficult to get in contact with them. The service manager, Lindsay, never picks up the phone or returns your call despite multiple voicemails. After multiple days of trying to reach BC, the car was finally found to have the same engine code, and BC charged me another $200 to have it fixed, even though it was apparently the same engine code. Three weeks ago, the check engine light returned once again, and the same engine code was read. I now decided to take it to the dealership, who have told me that the part used by BC was not OEM and thus contributing to the recurring thermostat failure. BC told me they used an OEM part when I got the service done. This center is very unprofessional and does not provide good service, please go somewhere else when trying to get your car fixed!

I was looking for a local garage that I could trust. I'm happy to report that my search is over. Lindsey and the team at Bay have earned my business and trust. I chose Bay because of the great reviews and distance to my home. They diagnosed and told me the problem free of charge. Once I selected them to do the work, they did an excellent job but after a day my check engine light came back on. Lindsey was great to communicate with and worked (2 additional times) to get my check engine light off permanently. The extra visits to get my check engine light off were free of charge. I know it seems odd to comment on an individual/business doing what is right, but in this day and age it truly is hard to find a place you can trust. You won't be disappointed with the customer service or work from Bay Collision.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

I ve called this business five times to try to get an appointment for my Saab since it is listed as a Saab service center. After my first two calls with no answer, I finally received a return call from Lindsey while I was in the middle of something. I asked if I could call back in 5 minutes when I was done to which she kindly agreed. When I called back in 5 minutes, no answer and no call back. I have called twice since then with no answer and left voicemails with still no call back. If they want business, they have a really weird way of showing it. I reached out because of the good reviews but my experience with them has been on the opposite end of the spectrum. I usually don t waste my time calling that much. I m frustrated I did. Will be taking my service elsewhere.I will happily change this review if for some reason I get a call back and my experience changes.EDIT: Was finally able to be serviced. They gave clear insights and offered good and affordable solutions and options. Also I was able to drop off and pickup same day which I was impressed with. Most people have been telling me it would be at least a few days. Once I got in, I was happy with the service.

Unfortunately I was involved in an accident with my Hyundai Sonata and another vehicle. While I was filing my claim my insurance company recommended using Bay Service & Collision Center. After looking at some reviews I decided to use Bay Service. I was amazed at the quality of service that they did for my Sonata. I was blown away. The staff treated me very nice and I was always kept abreast of what was going on the entire time. I hope to not be in another accident but I can't predict the future; however I can say that if I'm in another accident I won't hesitate to use Bay Service & Collision Center again!Service: Body & Trim

Fantastic customer service! I was handled in a very professional and comfortable matter. We have taken our SAAB there for years. Seeing post above, it seems the auto-body is doing great work, service on the SAAB the past year has been AWFUL!. The SAAB went in for Fuel Pump replacement Sep2021; June 7th 2022, SAAB DEADLINED; cause was fuel pump went bad. Got the SAAB back Sept. 1st 2022 at a cost of paying for another fuel pump. We had to encourage them to waive the labor again. When asked why so long: answer was fuel pump was warranted but no success at getting warranted company to respond and replace fuel pump. When asked for the old fuel pump back that we previously paid for in Sep2021, was told it was thrown away. Also, they gave the car back with Expired Inspection of July 2022 AND NO SIDE MIRRORS. We had to leave the car for them to replace side mirrors. WE now have to get care inspected...but NOT with BAY. Will escalate the issue of getting pay or old fuel pump back. Lindsay is often Non-Responsive from Jun-Sep2022.
