Great shop. Wonderfully patient and kind staff. Took my car in for an estimate and it was complete within an hour. Totally worth the short wait. The staff then sat me down and discussed all work to be completed along with accurate estimates and conservative timeline.I look forward to getting this work done soon. And I'll be back to update this post to share how well this shop's staff can fix a car and make it practically brand new.

They did an awesome job fixing my car and matching the paint. You cannot even tell it even had the damage to the back. Also they were fast. They told me when I took it in on Monday that it would be 3 to 5 days. They called me on Wednesday evening to tell me it was ready.

Had my truck towed to Bay automotive from another mechanic shop after getting the run around. Kerra was AMAZING! She kept in touch, kept me informed and was very knowledgeable. As a military family, finding a great auto mechanic/tech is very important to find when we move to a new base. We were recommended Bay Automotive on Colley Ave and I am so glad we went to them! It is the only place I take my car to -- Not only are they accommodating and fairly priced, but they are wonderful people!Everyone is so nice and they are straight-shooters -- never try to hoodwink and do everything in their power to help you out. They support the military families and understand that our time can be difficult to work around, so they always try to help to make it easier on us to get our cars serviced. I also appreciate that they take the time to explain & show me what is being done to my car.I 100% endorse and support Bay Automotive!

I took my 1999 Toyota 4Runner to Bay Auto and was greeted by Kerra Friar she was very truthful with what I needed to do to get my SUV back to running like new. She keep me in the loop the whole time and I ended up paying lest then I original thought. The mechanic was great and did a outstanding job. I am a 1000% satisfied with this company.. 5 STARS all the way.

When we first moved to Norfolk, we needed to get our vehicle inspected and realized we also needed to find a reliable and trustworthy mechanic, so we began doing some research online. (Well, I say "we," but I mean my wife. ). We chose Bay Automotive because of all the great reviews. Well, I'm here to tell you all those reviews were true! Cathy and E.T. are the greatest! Bay Automotive has worked on our vehicle a few times now. They are great at explaining what's wrong with the vehicle, and they have always been able to fit us in and fix our vehicles in a timely fashion. By far the worst experience I've ever had with an auto repair shop. Got in an accident around mid October and its 3 days before Christmas and I'm still without my car. My service manager, Renae, seems impossible at times to reach, with me having to call multiple times throughout the day just to get in touch with her and she never responds to my voicemails. To make matters worse, I've now had three separate pickup dates because every time they say my car is going to be ready, it is not. Not to mention this is with absolutely no warning, I only found out because I called earlier in the day of the pickup date. Worst customer service ever and absolutely no regard for how long they keep your vehicle.

If I could give zero stars I would. Management lacks communication. The shop did not communicate with me and took weeks to return any phone calls. It has also become very obvious the techs don't check the car before sending car back out because I have gotten my car back with a tail light out that I had to take back for them to correct and this most recent time, the windshield wipers are not the correct size.

They left broken parts on my car after the accident. Happened in May, vehicle "ready" in July, it is now November and I am still waiting on the check from insurance to have my car properly fixed because the shop decided to still deposit the check knowing it was supposed to go to me. Save your frustration and go somewhere that will fix your car properly and not just try and take your money.

We recently considered a purchase of a (new) used vehicle. We had previously used Bay Automotive for some body work after getting rear ended and were very happy with the work. They just happened to be around the corner from the dealer we were looking to purchase from. We called in to see if they d be willing to take a look at the car. We received great customer service from Lindsay in the front office and George, our service tech, as well as Renae, who gave an estimate on some minor body work that we were considering. George was very thorough in his assessment and gave his honest opinion on the state of the car. He found a few minor things that needed to be taken care of. Lindsay ran the official quote for us on the items George found so we could discuss them with the dealer. All around a great experience!

Turned my can in January 3rd. It took them 21 days to get my estimate back and only did so when I contacted my insurance for help. Then they said they are still waiting to order the parts and wont return my emails or answer my cars for an estimated time it will be fixed. i have emailed every day now for 3 days. It's Feb 8th and they haven't even started on my car

Really nice people who will get what you need done and they won't charge you for stuff you don't need done. I had my inspection done quickly and it's all thanks to Lindsey at Bay Automotive. She'll make sure your vehicle gets done right.

I have been to this business twice unfortunately. The unfortunate part is the accidents that brought me there. The work they have done has been top notched every time. The ladies in the front office are extremely friendly. Generally speaking they have good turn around time. Most importantly they work with your insurance company. If you have to have repairs done, please go to these people.

First, let me say God is good and Jesus is Lord!I want to thank everyone here for taking very good care of my truck while undergoing repairs recently. My insurance company recommended this facility and from the first phone call, and text message, I was treated as a valued customer. The estimator took pics, gave me some very good advice for the rental process and told me the repairs wouldn't take more than a week if not the following Mon. These folks are super nice, office is very clean, CDC compliant, just a great atmosphere all the way around. Well that was July 6th. On July 8th, I get a call that my vehicle was ready. Wow, I was very surprised considering this was 4 something in the afternoon and the place closes at 5:30. Anyway, I turned in the rental, got a ride to Bay and the first thing I see is my truck sitting near the entrance gate. When I walked over to it I noticed how clean it was. I know I left it dirty in hopes of cleaning it myself once repairs were completed. Well they beat me to it. My vehicle had a dealership shine and look. I looked over the repaired areas and all I could see what looked like a brand new truck. Bay did an excellent job and I couldn't be more pleased. I would recommend them. No wonder they were voted "The Best" and have the banners prominently displayed to prove it. Bay Service and Collision Center is the best!!!

Went in to get my bumper replaced after a minor car accident and was very impressed. Everyone was super friendly and the work they did on my car was completed quickly and accurately. They even cleaned the interior! My little Ford Focus looks just as clean as when I bought it! If I happen to run into more car troubles I will definitely be coming back. Can t recommend them enough. Thanks!Oh yes, i also love that they keep you updated through texts with costs and estimated completion time!

I had a problem with the AC in my truck and I was scheduled to go out of town this weekend. I received a reccomendation to give them a call. Let's talk about customer service. Lindsay got my truck right in, asked me questions which I appreciated as the owner. She was respectful of my time and was extremly helpful. You can tell that she prides herself on customer service.We talked and George pulled my truck right in. George had me on my way in no time!If you are looking for an upfront and honest repair, the tech's here are where you need to be. Front office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. If I could give 10 stars I would and Bay automotive has earned my family's future business.

Had a 2007 Jeep Wrangler repainted - Bay Automotive did an incredible job. The Jeep looks exactly like the day I bought it. Rene was incredible to work with and the whole team's customer service was incredible. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

They kept me in the loop at all times and were always willing to go the extra mile to meet my needs. My car looked great when they were done with it and the entire experience, from working with the insurance company to providing regular updates, was great! I encourage everyone to bring their vehicle here for any service or bodywork needed!

I was very impressed by my visit! I took my car in just to get my bumper replaced, but they went the extra mile & wiped all of the tape residue off of my bumper. Most body shops don t take younger females seriously, but Jimmy was very respectful and helpful! I m hoping that nothing else will happen to my car, but if it does, I know exactly where I ll be taking it!

ET was the consummate customer service hero. He diagnosed and resolved my car s issue on short notice and to my complete satisfaction. I live 200 miles away and I was able to keep my plans and come home on schedule. The best car repair experience ever.

Everyone at Bay Auto was awesome, super nice. Called in the morning for have my tire fixed - they had me bring my car right in even though they were busy. ET was very kind and personable and had my car in and out within a day. Compared to the places I ve been before this place is the best, you ve gained a forever customer until I finish college! Thank you guys so much!

Always receive the best service here! ET the owner never takes advantage of the needs your car DOESN'T need. I went in recently thinking I needed a tune up or something because I have 109k on my car.. Nope walked out only needing a light bulb. Thanks BAY!

While pulling out of my driveway I noticed my car had a completely flat tire. I knew Bay Automotive was nearby, so I limped my car over there hoping they could fit me in. They got me in no problem and everything was done by the end of the day. I m sure I will be returning in the future.

E.T. and Pat really took excellent care of me and my situation. I didn't know what I was going to do but they carefully walked me through the process step by step. They were so very helpful, patient and kind. They didn't try to take advantage of me because I am a woman. For that I am eternally grateful.Pat was really funny too! He made me feel at ease, because I was truly stressed! He went above & beyond the call of duty. The entire staff were professional and proficient. I will absolutely refer this location to all of my friends and colleagues!

They were very nice. Turned out there was nothing wrong with mirror. Everything worked fine. I had gone to a local jeep dealership and they said$610 to replace it Ha!

ET is a straight shooter and I apreciate that. When he gives a time frame and price, it's as good as a guarantee. My wife and have used BAY many times with multiple vehicles and never once have we had any nasty surprises or felt like we'd been taken advantage of. The absolute best in town!

Great service. They were back logged due to the terrible weather but still fit me in the same day. They even offered me a ride home while my car was being fixed which is very impressive considering how small a business this is. I got what i paid for and will go here from now on.

By far the worst place to get you car serviced.. I scheduled appointment, I work on call.. for one they only take a appointments first thing in the morning for diagnostics. Secondly the manager is so rude Lindsey by far the rudest person I ve ever deal with in customers service. For her to be just a manager she quoted I could no longer bring my car back there due to me missing schedule appointments. You re a service center you work on my time.
