Another great experience here at Banister Nissan of Norfolk. Came in for an oil change & tire rotation. They were honest with me & told me I didn t need my tires rotated and I just love that. Most places would ve just done it any way and charged me. I AM always so impressed with the service here at Banister. They are highly professional and dedicated. Thanks guys & Mr. Dominique H. for such great service today!

Charles Baker showed true hospitality with geniunce character and cordial concern. All done within the professionalism that I believe that Nissan Banister expects from each of it's employees. Good people make cloudy days seem brighter. Good people make intimidating situations seem milder. Its a good cloudy day and I am unafraid to say that Mr. Charles Baker and the Banister Nissan team has helped play a vital role in removing the fear of car purchasing.

I had the pleasure with working with Sean in the service department. I usually take my car to the Chesapeake location but opted to do Norfolk due to scheduling. The minute I dropped my car off Sean insisted that I contact my insurance company due to the water damage to see if it was covered. I would have never thought of that. Long behold it was covered. Sean kept me updated as the days passed on my vehicle. He advocated for me as a customer with the work that the insurance company was not trying to cover. Overall my car was totaled out due to cost of repair vs value BUT I would not have wanted to go thru that experience with anyone else. If you need work done please ask for Sean. His customer service was superb! You could tell he took pride in his work and worked always in the best interest of the customer. Bannister he is an asset to the company! Thank you Sean!

I came to banister after visiting a total of 3 other dealerships, what brought me in was their website UNMATCHED, to say the least. My husband met with Jean Castel upon arrival (I was on the phone) from the first meeting I was impressed, my husband asked for and appraisal thats it thats all. There was no pressure to buy although I ultimately did but Mr. Castel made this process as smooth as possible. I met with Mr. Castel within the same week, I didn t have to beg for my number she was extremely transparent, and knowledgeable. I took my brand new Altima home that same night, I d never bought brand new before so that was an experience in its self. Jean assisted me with transferring carseat base securely, and helped me setup functions and understand my new car before taking it home. Helping set my Bluetooth is a life saver because I am not tech savvy. Also because I m 5,11 Castel also showed me how to make my steering wheel comfortable. Now my husband is coming in for his new car and refuses anyone else Castel is our go to. Also our 9 year old son is extremely obsessed with him. New Nissan family

I went for a new battery and the guys were prompt and awesome at getting me in and out! Ray, Clayton, Ryan, and Dominique we SUPER HELPFUL! It s ALWAYS a breeze whenever I pay Banister Nissan of Norfolk a visit!

The worst! Ever since they came under new management, they have been ridiculous! Oil change has gone up. Oil change is 60 dollars....really? You make an appointment, but it doesn t matter because they never honor your appointment. They get to your car whenever even if you have an appointment! This place is a joke!
