First time getting my car service done and this place is been recommended by my Friend and i got my car 3months ago, when i call they are very nice and friendly also works with your convenience. I love this place and i will be coming back again and again to this place to do service for my Car. They re price is very reasonable too and i can tell I loved this place thank you so much

I had to get my lock on my car fixed, the customer service is great, they explain in detail what we'll be done and no damage to my door. Reasonable prices. I'll go there again. Good place

So I have an F350 with many upgrades. These upgrades are easily seen by the distinct difference from a stock F350 to my motor. I asked the company to replace the motor and keep all the upgrades. I had a broken hand at the time and didn t have a hoist to lift anything that heavy. They were the only known shop that had a hoist heavyweight enough to lift this motor that wasn t busy. We had the replacement motor dropped off next to truck. They said it would be done by the end of the week. Well one week 2 weeks 3 weeks and then I finally got my truck back after over 3 weeks of hassling then about what is up with my truck. Before I got my truck back I spoke with them and told them how funny I am with my truck make sure it doesn t leak oil my customers will kill me if I leak in their brand new driveway and I repeated this maybe 10 times within 4 -5 calls. They said it s all ready and I pickup my truck pay a rediculous bill of $3,700 just to swap motors. And I get home pop the hood because I hear air blowoff near my floor safe and it s and exhaust leak. And yep I see many problems. First why is there oil in my radiator???? And why in the hell would you pour brand new coolant on top of oil In the radiator overflow without cleaning it out. I see also oil leaking on my driveway after I repeated this too many times make sure it doesn t leak. So I make a list and a video of what I see pictures from the dented oil pan that appears to indicate they used a jack on the bottom of it and bent it all up to the missing bolts that hold the engine to the transmission. Many missing bolts . The picture below one is me dipping a piece of white paper into the overflow u can see the massive amount of oil on it. I also noticed my MAP sensor is only showing 14 pounds of boost and me slamming on it changes none which indicates the sensor isn t working when before it was between 16-34 slamming on it. So I went back up there to complain and see if they would fix it (the manager the one that s always In Spotless dress wear in a repair shop). Amazes me someone would choose that type of clothing if they are fixing cars constantly I mean super large shop only 2 techs maybe you should be out there helping them too they could use all the help they can get and maybe check their work too.So I made a list for the manager and he replied I can give you a price on all that stuff. I said I already paid you $3700 to only put in a motor and I paid for the motor separately. I asked you plenty of times make sure it doesn t leak and here s a puddle in front of your shop and I have only been here 10 mins imagine what s in my driveway. He said he wouldn t fix so I left , anyways they need better management and techs that know what s going on or maybe stick to something smaller like lawn equipment.

While vacationing in Virginia Beach I felt my car may have had some undercarriage damage after hitting a large pot hole. I read the auto mechanic reviews in the area and found J&J., Azalea Super Service had good ratings and the location was ideal. I didn t realize it was after hours when I called on Saturday evening, but I still someone answer. This gentleman able to squeeze me in on Monday morning. He was fair and honest finding no issues with my car, I was charged nothing for the evaluation. I highly recommend this company, because of their commitment and honesty. Linda A Wilmington Delaware

We brought our car in for over heating when idling and they found the issue, solved it and got us back on the road. One thing I loved, was when we asked if they could check our AC, they checked to make sure we wanted it done since overheating causes the AC to shut off (to help protect the engine) on our model. I loved the fact that they didn't just take our money and perform a service we potentially didn't need. I really appreciated their honesty and wanting to keep us from spending money we didn't have to. We came on the recommendation of my in-laws and will absolutely be back!Service: General repairs & maintenance

The employees are very nice and Mel did a great job with my car. My fianc� referred me to them since her family used them for years. We have taken multiple cars and trucks to these guys for years. Great service, prices are pretty decent, they won't try and get over on you no matter your color or gender. Very welcoming. Must have for any local.Let me update this post Because the customer service has changed

These folks have been serving me and my family for over 30 years. Always dependable, reasonable and honest. They are good friends, not just somewhere I get my car fixed. P.S. I always buy used cars....I depend on them to vet them before I actually purchase them....the last one they "approved" is still serving me well....it's a 1997 and still running great!

What a great shop. We were referred in through our Costco membership to have the car inspected here. Walked in and from the start the atmosphere was very welcoming and polite. We were given a welcomed greeting and taken care of immediately. Mel the service manager couldn't have been nicer. We have referred the shop to other people and will continue to do so.

Everyone was so pleasant and welcoming. I was accommodated at the last minute and felt that the pricing was fantastic for the quality of service. Mel was awesome at communicating everything clearly and honestly, which is super valuable when there are people out there just trying to swindle you. You guys have a new customer! I had my motorcycle inspected here just the other day and I'm so glad I did. They were kind and thankfully able to inspect my bike. I have had a problem with inspections due to the lack of anyone able to ride it into the bay to inspect it.They were kind, prompt and honest. Just the way I like it.
