I came into the store to pick up a radiator and some miscellaneous parts. Tammi Thomas was there to help me with everything I needed. He went above and beyond to show me the different parts that were Available for me to choose from. He made sure that he gave me options so I can make the choices that I felt were best. In my opinion, that is the epitome of an excellent employee.

great service, manager assisted me into store , as I use a cane and got a table for me to lean on he removed my old battery and I received a brand new battery plus he installed it . He was a committed employee in making time to assist me, he was gracious, knowledgable and did not project any negative behavior in also assisting me back to car, Making certain my 95 Chrysler, started promptly and he gave me receipts and battery warranty. Plus battery credit. All for 114 dollars. Hard to find genuinely good dedicated employees shoe empathy for the senior citizens day Thank you Mr Manager I believe his name was Marvin.. THANK YOU YOU. Had a commercial delivery person from store try to fight one of our mechanics, and i mean followed him into the bay and tried to push his way in the office just for trying to help unload parts, and then they sent the same guy back a couple days later, I'm sure most of you can imagine how that felt.

i called on friday 12/8/2023 and spoke with a very nice gentleman. i am looking for a hose that goes from the radiator to the over flow bucket, fr a 2003 buick century. he found one and laughed when i asked could he hold till today. he said sure i doubt there will be anyone wanting one. well my son went to pick it up this evening12/09/2023 at 6:30 and was given a bad attitude from the girl working there . she insisted there was only a top and bottom , pick one, she said with an attitude, i was listening on his phone , and its a good thing i wasnt there. so anyway i tol him to tell her no thanks and just leave. bottom line i will never shop there again, and i will be sure to let everyone know. i have done a lot of business there, i've always owned old cars this buick is the newest one i've owned. but i will never go back.

Let me tell you about my new friend Marvin! He was awesome and super nice! He answered all my questions about my battery and other car questions while changing my battery! He is super knowledgeable and a very kind soul!

Came in for an emergency service suspension job. Called my main store 2008 Haygood rd. (Which is by far the best Autozone I ve dealt with day or night) parts were called in and not ready. Customer service was the worst experience I ve ever dealt with. . Extremely Slow service (50 mins to purchase two items which should have been ready) . Long story short I ll stick to my home store and wait for parts to be delivered.

On September 17 2023 I observed a male about 6,1 named tamimu T completely disrespect a customer and got a terrible attitude because he did not know how to properly do his job. The customer then called another store location for the employee and had the manager verify what he was saying and then the manager walked him on how to look up the part that was under warranty and he got mad and blamed the customer because he hit the wrong button on the computer. Then when I made a comment on how that was wrong he refused to help the customers and walked away. That was not only disrespectful but a disgrace to customer satisfaction. The only one here that care and knows their job is Gavin smh do better and retrain asap

Website directed me to this store for in stock item, item out of stock... Attitude given when I left without buying other items I needed, no need to buy other items when the one I needed I was lied to in order to get me to enter their store

I love this store! It is so spacious and clean! Not to mention the employees are always so helpful. They never talk down to me or act like I ask dumb questions because I am a woman. I always leave feeling empowered because they take the time to explain things and make sure I pick the best product that fits my needs. I have allergies and wanted to get a filter and and cleaning products for my car. Gavin S. Was there and happy to assist me. He even made sure I knew about the weekly sales and discounts going on.They also offer a military discount and make sure you sign up for the rewards program. Every discount is money saved!

These lovely people helped me get a new car battery, tested it out for me, and even informed me the process of changing it!!! Shout out to GAVIN! The man who changed my battery for me! he is a really positive person and very helpful employee, and i was very happy to have him helping me. Hearing my car start back up was the most blissful sound, since i had to recharge it every day before my visit at autozone. Thanks to you, i don't have to worry about rushing to work with a dying car battery! Everyone present was very kindspirited and helpful! I hope great things for the workers there and I had a very lovely experience!!!! I definitely recommend. I can't stress this enough: having my battery replaced here was quick, informative, and helpful. Thanks alot guys!!! I really appreciate it.

Was really full of customers that day. Im guessing it's because it's a hub for all the other stores. Needless to say, they were really efficient and had exactly what I needed. Not only that, it was done with a smile,which is something I don't see much of anymore.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, largest auto parts store in the area. Huge, well organized warehouse inside. Should be a one stop shop for most. I like the mil-discount.

Most definitely your one stop shop. This place has it all. As big as it is it should right lol? But you come in here everyone greets you with a smile and gets you exactly what you need. They even checked each of my boxes to make sure each part was in good condition before I left the store. And I got a lifetime warranty on my Axel I got. Definitely this place is now my favorite to visit!!!!

My check engine light came on so I took it here to get the code read. Gavin was very knowledgeable and eager to help me. He even printed out the report so I could have it for my record. Gavin was also helpful in helping me find the right cabin air filter for my vehicle.

Was helping a buddy with his Mazda and the 2 belts were kicking our butts!! We finally got one belt right but that left one more to fix. Realized we had the wrong belt and so we called this AutoZone and they had the belt we needed. We called since we would arrive a minute before closing and they said they'd still help us so me and my buddy FLEW there and they quickly had everything finished up with us on our way just as quickly as we had arrived. I would have no issues going out of my way to this particular AutoZone for service. I'm from NC but travel to VA often. Thank you so much for helping us get what we needed and my buddy's car fixed so he could report for duty.

Dion helped me out today. I went in for a couple of things which he was able to get for me. He also made a recommendation for fuel treatment which I appreciated because I haven t done that for my vehicles in a while. Very professional and courteous service. Was there today May, 29 at about 19:20 to get something I thought simple (a pair a bearing) when I asked them, the two guys there. They said could not help me, gtkrab some from the back for me to pick/choose and I was the only customer at that precise moment. I do not think I would like to have them in company.

My engine broke in half perfectly split down the middle (I measured it). Crying profusely over the sound of my dying car, someone wiped away a single tear away from my cheek. I turned to my left and it was Gavin. Gavin pulls out the hammer of the gods summoning a massive amount of lightning that I have never witness before. He looked at me and nodded. Using the lightning from his hammer, he welded my engine back together. I think the engine runs a little faster now. After that, he recommended me to get an oil change and rode his double headed dragon into the sun set. All I can say is thank you Gavin. Great service.

Im a little late on this post but, i had my battery replaced at another autozone prior to visiting this location. The next day my car wouldnt start unless i messed with the cables. I managed to get it started and drove staright to this location on military highway. Turns out my terminal was just worn out. I cant remember the man that replaced it for me, but he was so kind. I was in uniform and he told me his son was in the military also. He went ahead and replaced the terminal. when i asked how much he said no worries. Great customer service and he and the lady that was working that morning of the 20th were such a blessing to me. Thank you for all of your help.

Most of the employees were very nice & helpful, except for one extremely rude employee. We were parked in the parking lot with our hood up waiting for my friend's husband to come & give her car jump when an employee backed up into the spot right front of her vehicle so her husband couldn't park in front of us to jump it. They ignored us & wouldn't even move their car when we asked, they just continued to walk into work. The parking lot had a million other open parking spaces they could've parked in. Why would you park in front of somebody who has their hood up if you're not going to help them? SO rude.

Ridiculous....I attempted to ask someone with an autozone shirt a question about a return policy and was advised that I needed to be helped at a register.... fine, I then waited a while to be seen and once arrived clearly explained that I hadn't the receipt and what they could do. The guy opened the packaging inspected everything was present then said he couldn't return it unless i knew the exact date and register......it's Xmas weekend I've been shopping for weeks....I'm actually just frustrated at him inspecting it at length prior to explaining the process....walk and chew gum, that's all save someone some time.

I have two cars, one of them has had issues for the past year. Trusted this place to assist me to their best abilities, but that was a brutal mistake. I was told that I can order parts over the phone, so we did that. I later on called for an update on the order and was told it was never placed! I was also given a new alternator, which broke the pulley the next day. Overall horrible customer service.
