This has been the best trip to a tire shop I ve ever made. This family is not just beautiful but they are so hardworking. Bless immediately took care of me, and he was so efficient. But not only was the service great ,the PRICE was too. Truly affordable as their name says, and reliable. This is my new tire spot. Thank you guys, and it was so great meeting you.

I called 10 other tire shops looking for my tire and no one could help me. They sent someone out to me right away and fixed my tire on the spot. The best customer service and prices in the 757. They took really good care of me I highly recommend them for any auto service needs. I definitely give them a 5 star rating.

I had a nail in my tire and took a chance on this place based on the reviews. I was greeted with very friendly customer service and he patched my tire quickly and for an awesome price. Usually service shops talk down to females but he was very respectful and helpful, would definitely recommend.

Sold them my car. After the sell they kept in contact with me. Helped me to get to work until I purchased another vehicle. They went above and beyond what was asked. I'm extremely grateful and happy about my sell. They even helped me with my new vehicle! I'm definitely coming back to get some tires. I definitely recommend this PROFESSIONAL PLACE OF BUSINESS! Affordable and Reliable Auto Services is by far the best location in the Hampton Roads region to get your tires repaired and/or replaced. They have good quality tires for prices that you cannot beat and the service is top notch. Anytime that my colleagues or friends mention tire issues or a need for tires, I either refer them to Affordable and Reliable Auto Services or I will personally drive them there myself! You should do the same!You will NOT be disappointed.

So I was riding around on a bad tire for a few days and needed one really bad. So I searched the web for a tire shop. And I came across affordable and reliable auto service 1732 potters road in Virginia Beach and man was I glad I did. The service and quality of the tire was the best I ve had. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This is the perfect auto repair shop to get your vehicles repaired and buy tires. The owner, his wife, and mechanics are knowledgeable and greet you with respect at all times. I have been there many of times with my vehicles and had service. My experience was great every time. All in all you should want your vehicle repaired the right way and this is the place to do just that.

Me: When I purchased a set of tires from Bess, he was very professional & accepted 3 of my tires in exchange for it. He installed all four tires on July 2018. On February 7, 2020, I go to the dealership and am told, I need a wheel-alignment. When the tech comes to me, he says, my tires are on backwards, meaning the they facing the wrong way. So, instead of letting them fixed the problem, I said, let me take it back to where I purchased them. I take it back to Bess and he looks them over, and I ask him, if he sees the problem and his response is yes! Me: You ll fix it, right?Bess: Yes! Can you bring it back tomorrow?Me: Yes! What time is convenient for you?Bess: 9am.I arrive at 8:55. He starts telling me how much he charges and he will only charge me $60 for the mounts.Me: I bought the tires from you and you never mentioned anything yesterday about charging me. Now you want to charge me, when you put the tires on wrong? For an error you made, and that I would have never known, had I not taken it to the dealership for a wheel-alignment.Bess: I do remember you. My warranty is only for 30 days. Do you have your receipt? Me: I do!Bess: I m not doing this! He throws his hands up, gets in his truck and drives away.Me: Never again!Comment: a good installer would have known whether the tires were on correctly upon installation. This is a very important factor, be focus when you are doing your job and if you make a mistake, own up to it and correct it no matter when it was made. It is your mistake, correct it!

Lucky me, while on my lunch break I get a large nail in my tire. I pull into the parking lot of Affordable and Reliable Auto Services, and the owner notifies me the shop is closed. He sees the distress on my face, and offers to fix my flat anyway. At this point, I am so thankful. For a very low price, he not only fixed my tire, but also made sure the pressure was accurate for all of the other tires too.If you are like me, skeptical about going to just any car garage for service....look no further. Nahim is honest, willing, helpful, informative, and respectful. I felt safe and trusting, and I will truly be a lifetime customer.Thank you so much, you have no idea!!!!

I had two flat tires the other day (on my way to second day of my new job) and went to fill them up at the gas station across from this shop and one of them had a hole in it so I ran over to see if anyone could help out. Bless came out, told me to pull my car over to him, and was soooo helpful. He put a new tire on my car to hold me over until he could get the right size in. Such a nice man!!! I only ended up being 10 minutes late to work so he saved my day to say the least! 100% recommend this place

Needed my tire replaced because another company put a bag lug on it. Dropped the car off at the shop and Bess had it fixed by the time I got off my first shift in time for my second one. Very friendly, works with you and gives great customer service! Will definitely be back

Thank goodness for the gentlemen @ this establishment. I was pressed to find a place to take care of a couple bad tires that were a serious danger to drive with. I had a couple options & they were helpful & honest (& I was still gauging:)) so I went with them & all went well. I appreciate their easy going good vibes....I'd go to them again & recommend them. Awesome customer service!! I was referred here by a mechanic friend and he pointed me in the direction of true Angel. The shop had EXACTLY what I needed. They took care of my tire situation and got me rolling in no time. Reliable, affordable and did it all with a smile. Highly recommended!! Thank alot!!!

Best place to get a great deal on new or used tires! Mr. Bess (owner) was able to locate brand new high quality tires, saving me also $400!!! If you re looking for great customer service, a knowledge owner & Awesome prices, THIS is were you NEED to be!!

The owner personally worked with me on the prices. He really understood my situation and went above and beyond for my family. You can tell he is doing this because he loves what he does because he does it with such enthusiasm and care. Great job to the guys there. Also threw in a oil change and did it HIMSELF because his other guys were busy. What a guy!

I've been here several times and have dealt with the owner him and his wife are hard working people who care for their community BUT!!!! The older gentleman working for him... Is very disrespectful!!!! After coming and asking about a oil change and my light fixed.. he said if I bought a oil kit he would change it so I go to pull off to buy the kit abd he yells out and make sure you TIP me this time!!! I went around the corner paid the same price and didn't have to be told to tip him or buy anything to get it done.... I'm sorry I will NOT be coming back!!..Thank you for replying. He was bad for business.

I've had a great experience from Bless. He/and his crew have done a lot of work to my 4Runner. Bless always greets me with a smile and a fist bump. I definitely recommend this shop.

Bess gave me two patches in my tires. He was awesome very fast and he even explained the process to me while he was working lol. We got there at last minute and he was still happy to help us. Definitely my new tire shop!!

Naheem took excellent care of me today. My brother got me a tow truck to help me in about an hour. Then after they got me to his shop. He got my tire and changed it in about 30... I ve never had anyone help me and serve so diligently. I ve watched this young man grow up and develop an amazing work ethic. I m even more proud of him and his family business... I would tell anyone to come and have him serve you.... Naheem and his staff are all good people that treat you like family... Thank you again for serving me today .... Bless...

I can't tell you how much I appreciate this type of family friendly auto service. I love that it is family owned and as the name says it all; it IS affordable and reliable. Had my tire replaced with a used tire, didn't pay attention that my sensor inside my tire wasn't working anymore after my tire changed. The owner said maybe I got to get it reprogrammed when I went up there the next day. So I took it to the place that programming the sensor only to see when they removed my tire the sensor was gone. Now I realize why it took over 30 minutes for the owner employee to come back out withmtire on, now I got to get a new sensor n pay to have it reprogrammed.

This place is amazing I never leave reviews but have to for this one. Bless is amazing took great care of my car ,prices truly are affordable. This family owned business can have all my money because I surely won t be going anywhere else for any kind of work on my car!

One of the best customer service i recieved and nice lookin used tire i ever brought. I came all the way from va beach and he treated meand my fiance like family and made me feel like i got my money worth. I highly recommend if u in the area to check this shop out

I have finally found my permanent auto care shop. Everyone was so nice and professional. I love that they work with you and not break the bank. This shop says it's Affordable and it really is and they are open on sundays added bonus

Yet again, another miracle job! My car should be dead and in a lot but Affordable and reliable auto services did it again and every time, they do their best every time. After an accident, my front bumper and hood were done for but after they got a hold of it, she looks good as new again and runs like a dream

A&R auto services is THE PLACE for your automotive needs. Customer service and satisfaction is clearly a priority as my experience with them was top notch. Only place in the seven cities I will go to get my tires done!
