These guys worked with me on buying my new truck. I live 494 miles from them. They worked with me over the phone. Accommodated a 3rd party vehicle inspector on my behalf. When I arrived unforseen mechanical issues arose and to keep me on scedule for my scheduled departure back to Connecticut these guys jumped through a lot of hoops to complete the work by end of business. The owner seems to really want to give a good car to each customer. Thanks for the help guys.

TJ and his team are the best they worked with my mom getting her a vehicle. Got her a great deal on a spacious car big enough for my cane corso to be comfortable with the family in the vehicle. Definitely coming back to get my own vehicle when I get my license finally.

As honest as I can be my experience was pleasant. TJ told me he could get me in a vehicle, and he did. They worked to get me approved and kept me informed throughout entire process. Test drove vehicle s in my budget, picked one and they handled what needed to be handled. No games or tricks on my behalf so far.

Great service!!! Boss man Denzel was understanding and helped me even when it was a little tough and my car saleswoman yaya was patient and veryyy helpful even when I was being picky and couldn t make up my mind lol. I came in a Uber and left in something smoother DEFINITELY A 10 outta 10 and I DO RECOMMEND.

Mike Carter and Bill Conrad at Action Auto Went WAY above and Beyond what they had to do to help get my financing approved!! Very happy with them both!! I went in with my ideal car in mind and they made sure that I didn't leave without it. They were very kind and accommodating with my family during the wait and the process was smooth and easy.

Long story short, I stumbled to the place on accident. I originally went to the place next door for them to tell me the car they had on the website had sold a month ago. So we were leaving and I saw a car in Action Auto s lot that really caught my eye. My salesman, Anthony, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. (I know he s no longer there but al of them are great). Everyone in the dealership was friendly to us and were more than accommodating to what we needed as a vehicle. They weren t trying to put us in something out of our range or needs. They got me into a 2012 Jetta TDI and I m literally IN LOVE with this car. They re great people. Seriously we will be back when we need another vehicle! They have a large variety of vehicles on their lot. They definitely have something for you too! I 100% felt like family when I was there.

Omg today I got my car please please come down and get ur special car .. every one is very friendly and some I would say went you enter the building it feel like home and see Mr Jorge bring kids too it would be like home work out and basketball and pool 10 stars ..

The people at this business went above and beyond to get us into the vehicle we wanted. They have beautiful cars that all run smooth and amazing. These guys are seriously wonderful. They took such great caring care of me and my husband in an upgrade for wife's Christmas present. They were as happy for me as I was. I highly recommend them. So I purchased my car on June 23rd after a failed attempt of trying to purchase a vehicle in Richmond VA. I spoke with a nice gentleman by the name of TJ. Let me just say he took GREAT CARE OF ME. The situation I was in was a difficult one to get a car. He made this ENTIRE process easy for me. With the odds against me, I got into a vehicle and was able to keep it :). Now I cannot forget about the gentleman in finance with the locs ( I do apologize I cannot remember the name). He did his thing for real, doing all the behind-the-scenes to ensure I was in a vehicle. I will definitely be back here again. I am sorry it took this long to leave a review. Don't forget about me bald head girl with the rattail.

My niece was scammed. She received a piece of trash and no dealer will give more than $5k and mfs sold her trash for almost 20k. They don t answer the phones. This business isn t even accredited by the BBB. Thankfully our lawyer on the case. BEWARE they do not give you their real name. Nobody. Do not recommend. Most these reviews are fake. They state the owner out of town currently. Do not waste your time.

Great dealership!! Gary was our sales man and he did a great job guiding us through our car search and purchase. After a long night of paper work he stayed late looking for the best financing for a first time car buyer. After finding a miraculous deal for us He called the next day to inform me that he found a bank to lower my payment extremely. For a first time buyer and a person starting with new credit they really worked with me to get the dream car I ve been looking for. Great place to go to and start a new venture and future with the car of your dreams.

My experience with them was amazing. They were very patient with me and understanding on the things I was looking for to purchase a car. My car had a flat and they had came out to help me with replacing it and they didn t have to do it. Wondering thank you guys for the service.

Me and my father went to look at a specific vehicle, which had already sold. Axel, the salesman, listened to our needs and what we were looking for and pointed us to another vehicle they had just gotten in. It was exactly what we were looking for, and after a test drive we were very pleased with the vehicle. Both salesman we spoke to ensured us that they drive and get to know every vehicle they bring on the lot before they even attempt to sell it. The vehicle had one minor interior problem that they assured us they would take care of. A week after I bought and drove it off the lot, they called and had me bring it in so they could fix said part. Axel called me personally a few times to make sure I was still satisfied with the vehicle and our experience. Fair prices and excellent personal service! 10/10 would recommend!!!

This is a great dealership! I brought my 09 Jeep in to Action Auto Specialist with the intent to do a trade in. Axel helped me out and did a great job of helping me do just that. I left with a great vehicle and am extremely satisfied. Action Auto is legit. If you go here, ask for Axel!

This place was a great auto buying experience !! I got the truck I had been looking for days for !! Gary had me test driving in less than ten minutes and Jason was on point coordinating everything else that needed done . Fun , fast , and professional !! I highly recommend Action auto and if needed will buy there again .
