The car buying experience here was like no other! A small dealer-duo that started from the ground- up, offering the best vehicle prices possible!My car purchase here couldn t have been better. A representative went the extra mile to ensure that the deal wouldn t kick backwards. I want to extend my words to Tommy and Mr. Frank, warm and thoughtfully. These people work tirelessly to ensure you have the best ride, for the best price, with the opportunity of credit approval with many lenders they work with. I am EXTREMELY impressed as this was my first car-buying experience with anyone, and it has been by far THE BEST!And what else can I say? It s a beautiful car! Just recently bought 2015 Scion FRS from Ace Motors. I had very good help from the sales manager Tommy and the Finance Manager Frank. When I first walked on to the lot I was greeted by the gentleman Tommy and felt welcomed. He showed me multiple cars and allowed me multiple test drives from Camaros, Mustangs, Challengers, Scion FRS, BMW's, and Lexus. I eventually found the car I wanted and was helped and given full attention from Frank the finance manager. Frank sat me down and explained the three options I had to get a loan and helped me get lowest APR for my car loan. Then Frank sat me down and explained in clear communication on why I need Gap Insurance, Warranty, and to keep full coverage insurance. I appreciate Frank for helping me protect my new vehicle and Tommy for helping find a car to fit me. I recommend Ace Motors to everyone for there new vehicle and they took care me and thanked me for my military service. I can not recommend Ace motors enough!!!!!

My experience with Ace Motors was one of the best experiences I had since I ve been in Virginia. It s wasn t just about purchasing a car they took the time to help me with credit reports and learning how to fix my credit. I would highly recommend anyone to come and get a car it ll be worth your time I can promise you that.

They nice to get you in then they act like they don t no nothing about what s going on with your vehicle, They will Repossessed if didn t pay full payments and you still communicate with them, also there Registration for there vehicles isn t Legit at all I m saying all this from taking my tags to DMV no record of the Tags at all no loan showing on my Credit Report even If it is a bUy Here Pay Here lot. PLEASE STAY AWAY From here I Warned all of y all cars Look Good but Engine light will PoP on as well.. Bad Business. Lol and how you Voided it I was just informed you after I was there at the DMV so believe me people they are not giving real Titles out you it s on a canopy paper not a hard copy like any other dmv, and I did pay you act like I haven t paid anything when I drop 2000 down when got the car, I am in process of reporting to Fraud Department

I called the day before inquiring about a 2016 Passat that was for sale. Went in the next day told them my price and they worked with me to keep it below my price range. The process was quick simple and easy. I would definitely recommend this place to any car buyer looking for a cheap and reliable car!

I put a security deposit on a vehicle that I wanted to look at but would be a day or two before I could get there. I live 5 and a half hours away so not right down the road. The vehicle was not what I wanted. This was on a Saturday that I looked at the vehicle I asked for my security deposit and was told only a manager could refund the deposit and would not be available until the following Tuesday. Called the following week and was told it would be processed in the next few days . It has now been 3 weeks and now I feel that this place is screening my calls. I would not recommend going to this place . Not a good way to do business.

I bought a Challenger on December 23, 2022, and I've had to spend over 3000 dollars to fix different things. Don't buy their proguard warranty, it won't do anything for you. Do your research and negotiate the out the door price, you're better off buying privately or from a reputable dealer.Update 7/20/20232000 dollars more to have drive shaft replaced, now I'm at 5000+ dollars out of pocket spent on a car bought less than a year ago.

This place is amazing. They took care of me and my car whenever I needed it. Recently I got into an accident and there was an issue with my insurance and they helped me out, they even went out of their way to help me find a rental. They didn t screw me over when I first bought my car from them and actually helped me build my credit. 10/10 would most definitely recommend.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Frank helped us to get exactly what we wanted, from trade-in to out the door. Had no problem spending a couple hours here while doing paperwork and finalizing financing. Again everyone was incredibly friendly and made time fly by. Would highly recommend this dealership.
