We've been going to Mitch at Whitesell's for about 15 years and have always gotten great service at a fair price. I recommend him without hesitation. Just wanted to give credit where credit was due. Brought a car over to Mitch recently and not only was he able to knock it out as quick as possible but he was very fair with the cost of the repair. My family has been bringing their cars to Whitesells for quite a while and these are just a couple of the reasons why. Mitch is fair, consistent, and reasonably priced. He has taken care of our Toyotas for the past four years and I have been impressed by his honesty and willingness to problem solve an affordable solution. I recommend him without hesitation for anyone seeking a reliable mechanic.

Mitch at Whitesell s Automotive has been our go to mechanic for around 5+ years now. Can t say enough about his honesty, attention to detail, quick turn around and affordability. After many bad experiences with other shops who were dishonest, overcharged and were slow, we are VERY happy with the many experiences we ve had at Whitesell s Automotive!

Mitch's lack of attention caused an accident. He installed the front wheels on my vehicle, but did not tighten the lug nuts. two weeks later the front left wheel fell off at 45 MPH, causing $2100 of damage. Luckily no one was hurt, but it could have been fatal if we were traveling on the highway. Highly recommend you avoid this place!!!!!!

My car straight up died on me Monday night. The AAA guy couldn t figure out what was wrong and when asking him to tow me to a mechanic he immediately referred me to Mitch! When picking up my car, Mitch explained everything that was worked on and what went wrong with my car. Friendly and efficient! 10/10 will be telling all my pals!

Took my car in for inspection. Convenient night drop box, quick turn around, honest results and very reasonably priced. I wouldn t take my car anywhere else. Mitch can t be beat.

very perturbed that when i brought in my truck and told him that the batteryconnection was loose, he charged me $269.96 for what he deemed was the problem - the starter. my subsequent first trip with it presented the non-starting problem that i had brought it to him to fix. when i walked down to his shop, he covertly sneered and said i wd have to pay for a tow to his shop. i went back to my truck, jiggled the connection as usual a few times, and she started. the exact problem that i paid almost `$300. for: unfixed. he was indifferent on the phone and spoke of "maybe a different issue" as if i would give him carte blanche to charge me again for unnecessary issues. refused to refund my money. terrible.

The only job that was fixed was the one the car computer told the mechanic about. After trying to figure out a couple other issues the mechanic changed a couple of parts that were not the problem, the car still had the same issues, and I'm out $$$. Don't go here.
