I didn't have an appointment for my alignment, but they got me taken care of immediately. I will also say it was the cleanest tire and repair shop I've ever seen. Very professional and friendly customer service. Will definitely be a repeat customer in the future!

Great place for new and used tires. Very nice and professional. Always great service.Major update... they have sold the business. The new owners are nice. They are settling into new settings and adding more help.

Deserves the review. Used #chrome and they did me a little dirty but these guys took me and corrected it for a better price. Top tier customer service.

Highly recommend these guys. Family run business with excellent customer service with the lowest prices for rim repair that I could find. Debbie got me in and out in one day. The bead on my tires would not seal to my rims because of some really bad chrome corrosion around the edges. They were able to get everything fixed up within two hours while I was at the grocery store. Other places I called in Chesapeake and Virginia Beach wanted to charge me twice as much with a turnaround time of several days or more to do the same exact work on my rims.I went back a week later and they even fixed a patch on one of my tires that was done at another shop incorrectly (and had a leak). Now all my tires are sealed and my rims looks great. I would give six stars if I could. Great people and great prices too.

They are very dishonest. I ve been going to these people for years and just recently they lied and told me that the $20 I pay for diagnostic will be counted towards my full alignment price if I needed a tie rod fixed. Of course once they did the diagnostic I NEEDED a tie rod that no mechanic seen an issue with needing fixed. Yet I paid to get it done anyway due to what All Pros Tire and Rims stated. Sure enough I return with tie rod fixed and they charged me full price smdh. The lady at the front desk straight lied to my face and said she didn t say that. Diagnostic is separate. Which was very disappointing to me as a loyal customer for over 10 yrs. Family owned business to just lie like that I couldn t believe it. NEVER WILL I EVER GO BACK TO THEM AGAIN! THEY LIED TO GET MY MONEY. If I would ve known they won t going to included the $20 I paid for diagnostic I would ve taken my vehicle somewhere else. Once again they lied to get me back there and then denied to add the $20 to the full price. My advice don t go to these people and if you do PLEASE GET WHAT THEY SAY IN WRITING.

Searched around for a reputable shop that wouldn't damage my performance wheels, as it is common practice (or so it seems) for shops these days to utilize improper techniques when mounting and balancing tires. The crew here is phenomenal, and I will certainly do business with them in the future. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. I wish there were more than 5 stars to rate them with, as they deserve a 6.

Upon multiple visits here i concluded that this is the best tire shop i have been to in any state i have been to. No exaggeration. I have recommended this place to like 10 people in the event they need service. They are the nicest people and very knowledgeable. If you feel nervous about going to get work done go here. They are pleasant and none intimidating. Best place

Wow! I cannot say enough about this shop or the service! If I could give them 6 stars I would! This is a very professionally run establishment with friendly service personnel, and we got a GREAT deal on some awesome wheels. Our "ride" has never looked better! We are customers here for life!!

Best all around service ever I had two damaged wheels. I thought it was the tires but it turned out to be the rims they picked me up cause I was walking there and fixed the first tire dropped me off to fix the seccond tire and saved me a bunch of time and money. Thanks Will for everything you are a life saver. I would recommend them over anybody for all of your automotive needs. Keep up the good work.

Only shop i was able to find that would be able to remove some wheel locks off without cutting the studs on my ford since i didnt have the key. Great service, Very friendly, Reasonable prices. Also Took my rims here for my lexus to get tires stretched.

It's refreshing to receive such excellent customer service on something as trivial as a low tire. The friendly staff here was able to recognize and repair the valve stem issue with no problems. Highly recommend coming here.

My goodness! This is the place to go for 10/10 tire service and GREAT customer service! They put my mind at ease and changed out an old sensor and even let me know that I had the wrong tire size put on in and out in 30 min! No more Firestone for me! Make All Pros your tire shop!

GREAT EXPERIENCE.A family atmosphere and a totally awesome, personalized, honest service. You know you're in good hands when you ask when will it be done and the answer is "You're the boss, when do you want it done!!" A bit out of the way for me, but they've earned a long-time customer!Go patronize them, I'm sure they'll impress.

3/30/21 Must be read. So I had to find out first and foremost how the experience would be going to this place. Hold ya breath....... Ready........ Mind blowing. I mean the service was AMAZING so detailed showed me everything going on with my rim when I thought it was bent. Super friendly very clean lobby. Customer service was so warm kind Definitely return for work. Great prices. Hey you ever leave a place and felt appreciated for coming like somebody cared about your car as much as you do i felt that all going here. ALL PROS Hands down best place for my cash and work on my car to go to NO CAP .

I love the people at All Pro. They have always been really good to Me when I come there. They're prices are the Best. The price they tell you is what you pay! %I have never had all those extra little fees others charge! Oh you want the stem, what about the cap for that. Disposal fee, put your tire on fee! Believe it I have been charged all those prices at some places! Not the cap! LOL but everything else. Its family run and you're treated very good! I'll never buy my tires anywhere else!! Thanks All Pro!! Best Tire Place In Town!!

Amazing knowledge, skill, customer service and prices. Veteran owned!!! Very attentive to detail!!! We had a bent rim, and went around to a bunch of places, ready to commit to buying 4 new rims.... then someone told us about All Pros. We called, they told us to bring the rim/tire in, and they fixed it, SAME DAY, within 2 hrs!!! Another time, my wife had a slow leak in a tire... we took her car there, and they found/fixed the prob on the spot. Awesome, awesome, people. Very customer service oriented. I now plan on taking my truck to them for an alignment... maybe even a new stereo install (yup, they do that too). They ve definitely won our business. Time and time again.

I just had a set of wheels and tires installed. They did a phenomenal job. The place is very clean and organized. Wonderful floor displays and a very comfortable waiting room. The crew over at All Pros Tires and Rims are very professional and friendly. Customer service is excellent. Economical prices for your budget. I would highly recommend anyone to give them try, you won't be disappointed.

Recently came back for brakes and was thoroughly impressed with the entire team! The mechanics are thorough, they keep you informed about potential repairs in layman's terms and are very professional. The place is clean and the receptionist is very nice! Even the dog is cute! I believe her name is Maycee (she's put up as well for anyone afraid).

Great people. Great prices. Stayed an hour late so I wouldn't have to drive on bald tires. When I came back 4 days later due to something happening with one of the tires they put on, basically gave me a brand new tire for $30. Love these guys. Definitely recommend.

WOW! Customer Service is they're Number one priority! I read reviews on their shop and notified them about what i wanted and they made it easy on me. This place is not one to rip you off like the other chain tire shops around. The gentleman William and his wife were very helpful and kind. The owner is very knowledgeable and professional, I can tell you i will go back and refer anyone i know there for any tire issues or needs. Great job! Outstanding customer service! You wish every business was this good. Veteran and family run staff, extremely helpful/friendly, honest. Gave me a good deal on a a tire and had me fixed up and on the road in 15 minutes. I highly recommend them.

I thought the 4.9 star rating for a used tire shop was too good to be true but it isn't. The customer service was exceptional, the service was quick, the price was on point, and the waiting area was comfortable. I'll be a repeat customer for sure!

I blew out a valve stem and they immediately fixed me right up whereas other auto stores would make me wait, while my truck stayed abandoned. They were fast too. I think I will buy new tires from there when the time comes. A total 5 star small business and the fix was only $10. They were life savers!

I Can't say enough how superior this place is, they treat you like family probably because it s a family ran business with family values inbreeded into the business. It doesn't matter how big of a job you have or how small I have received the best service from these folks ranging from repairing a golf cart tire to purchasing wheels and rims for a Porsche with many jobs in-between, but you know what the service is always the same...excellent. William and his wife really care about people which is why I highly recommend their services .

I cannot say enough positive things about this family owned and operated business. The family members that work here know their stuff! I actually ended up at this business due to a mishap of another place where I purchased my tires..... Now that I've been to all Pros tires and rims, I just can't see going anywhere else. These folks are as friendly and professional as they come, not to mention their great pricing and fast service. I am now a customer for life.

Will definitely go back. They are very quick without compromising quality. They are very friendly with great service. We love the amaxing prices. We also really like they we are able to bring our own parts instead of only going through them like alot of places. They do fill up fast for inspections so its best to get there early.

I have to echo what the other positive reviews have said. I needed my chrome rim repaired causing a slow air leak. The place was clean, the employees were professional and they showed that they really care about your car. It's a family ran business with values and great customer service. They fixed my rim within an hour (during my lunch break). I recommend them to everyone who needs Wheel and Tire service.
