Every time I come here these guys really take care of my car. So grateful for solid service every time. Super nice as well. Thanks Guys . Ron helped me today with cleaning my windows and adding more pressure to my tires as well as the oil change. Gold Star culture people work here.

First time here and everyone was so nice and professional. My car is pretty much brand new and this was the 1st oil change I had got. They explained everything and all the different types of oils and was very detailed. They had a hard time getting my undercarriage off but eventually got it. I was completely happy with the service and the conversation. Today my undercarriage started to come off while driving and I went back to them and they immediately fixed it no questions asked. It wasn't there fault. As soon as you break the seal on those bad boys they have a tendency to just come off cause it's just plastic clips. But all in all I will be coming back and recommending them to everyone! Thanks for the great job!

This was my first time going to this business and it was a good experience. You pull in, tell them what you need, they make recommendations. They get the job done, and you're on your way! I don't remember the lady who took care of my car name, but she was cool, and took good care of my car. I would recommend.

The crew was kind, efficient, friendly and quick! The price was great. So happy I don't have to waste an entire day to have my oil changed anymore. I also saved a few dollars as well. I hope someone with some authority see this review and can reward the staff at this particular station. The young men were great!!

I went in for an oil change and the customer service guy told me I needed a radiator flush. So I complied! They couldn't get my heat to come back on and I was there over an hour. $244 later, the manager finally called the district manager and he said it would take up to 30 minutes to have heat. I feel like the staff should be trained more efficiently or tell the customer it's going to take about 30 min longer than the oil change. Also the mechanism they used should be shown again after the flush is completed. To show the change.

I always have a pleasant experience at my Take 5 location. The employees are always very courteous and respectful. I ve been going there over 2 years and never had an unpleasant experience, definitely would recommend this location!

I was greatly impressed by the professionalism of the manager (Tay) and his team. The information given was helpful, but what impressed me the most and will bring me back, was the customer service! It was great. Thank you.

I have always been impressed with the staff and services at Take 5 .with the exception of my last visit. Previously, the technicians were courteous and and communicated their findings and any changes needed. Some services were done but not all of which I was accustomed to having like tire pressures. I understand there are times when we all have bad days and hopefully the great level of service which was missing this time was a fluke.I will certainly return as my previous good experiences far outweigh one negative visit. I still believe the reason for my visit, the oil change, was done to perfection.Service: Oil change

I recently moved to the area & am in search of a new oil change location. From the reviews i thought this could absolutely be it, Initially I was very displeased with the service. I pulled into the service area & the gentleman just walked away without 1 word. I sat in my vehicle for 15 mins before another gentleman knocked on the hood of my truck & gave a hand signal to turn my vehicle off. I understand being busy & the fat that it was cold however verbal communication & acknowledgment can make or break a customer experience. A simple hello well be with you in a few moments & a ma'am please shut off your vehicle would have gotten 5 stars. Though the gentleman working with me directly was absolutely amazing, the 2 prior to him left me wondering if I'll make this my go to location or if I'll find somewhere with better communication.The gentleman who worked directly with me was the ONLY reason the review made it 3 stars. I should've gotten his name.

First time through, got Chris and Antonio. They hooked me up didn t feel like I was being sold. He seemed like he was interested in helping and he recognized my military discount without me even bringing it up because he happened to see a picture. Getting my oil change here from now on

This take 5 was great. Chris, Hakeem & Tay gave excellent customer service and made sure my car was in and out. My nephew was even in the car running errands with me and they talked to him and explained how to change the oil in a car and he truly enjoyed the lesson. Will be back for the great customer service made it better than just sitting in the car with my window up waiting to leave.

They will brake your car! Never changed the oil and I'm back with my mechanic and the shop manager asking for the Gm or district managers contact info this is unacceptable! For clarity this is 79 w mercury blvd take 5

Yeah. Believe the reviews. This place needs a major facelift for the customer service. Around blacks, don't relax.And make sure you check behind them like I did. Oil cap was not screwed on.Horrible customer service and attitude."Chris" the black lady was talking about how "I didn't make sense" and the oil change I was getting "was crazy". Like I didn't know my own vehicle. You kidding me? What kind of way is that to treat your customers?

Quick and easy. Oil changes on one of my vehicle requires a few extra steps (strike plate, filter location and type) so this is a less time consuming option for me. Using Take 5 Oil Change allows me time to get to other tasks that require more of my attention. The techs at my location are typically in a friendly mood and they enjoy what they do. I've seen them deal with less than polite customers and they're always professional in their responses. This speaks to leadership and maturity of the staff. I use a particular type and brand of oil when I come in and they always bring out 8 fresh quarts for my oil change. So no questions about actually getting an oil change as you're right there with techs during the service.

Just left this Take 5 location dissatisfied. We drove around back and were waiting to be told where they wanted us to line up. Another car drove in from the other direction and they waved him into an open bay. We communicated that we were there first and was rudely informed that that s not how they operate. Apparently the way they operate is to wave some cars in out of order and then tell other customers that s not how it is. This all could have easily been avoided with simple communication instead of trying to convince us of a truth that obviously wasn t true.Will not be returning to this location when there is a Jiffy Lube nearby.

I have had very good experiences with Take 5 Oil Change. Especially with the franchise having multiple locations and linked computers. When moving about as I do, if one location is very busy or my day takes me to another city I find it very convenient to get my oil changed where I am. The staff of workers are usually polite and professional.

Second time coming to this location and they have gained another client! Fast, efficient, and courteous! Definitely ALOT cheaper than the dealership. Kyree was amazing very knowledgeable and asked questions and explained every step of the way with my Jeep. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!

The service was good were able to bring up my past visit and knew the oil I used on previous change pointed out my air filter was dirty created a sticker to remind me when it will be time for my next change will be no problem for a return visit for my next oil change.

They actually had my car 's oil filter, were efficient, friendly, and precise changing oil. I enjoyed the team and their kindness. There garage facility was clean and impressive. I will return.

I took my older vehicle in there to get the oil change. I usually pay $50 at Napa and I went in there and they said it was $99. They did not have the economy oil for my car, a bunch of bull so I just left. I will never return there again.That place is a joke! And on top of the 99 dollars you pay 10 more oil disposal, please read the prices before you let them drain the oil

As I've been a customer for 5yrs I've enjoyed this service but NOT to the tune of $125 for an oil change sadly this was my last time enjoying your service. Fix these prices and I may come back this is outrageous. Thanks for 5yrs.

I have used this location to do my oil change before in and out great job. I went to do my oil change Nov 20th 23. They did not have the oil I was looking for they said they had ran out. What they had was double the price that I wanted to pay. But l went ahead and let them change the oil. They did not take the 25% off the bill for the military. He also told me that I could not get the receipt because the printer was down, and the receipt would be sent to my email. I still have not received my receipt. I have spoken with other military members and they told me this has happened to them as well unfortunetly.
