Purchased a "GM Certified" 2018 Yukon Denali. I had a pre-approval before ever seeing the vehicle but chose to use dealer partner financing because the salesman was great and I figured he deserved the commission from whatever points finance was going to hold on the deal. 3 days after taking delivery the transmission started hanging during 7-8 shifts and clunking into reverse. Service started out great and warranty repair approved. From there the service dept dropped the ball at every step. Communication from the service advisor was like pulling teeth, I had to initiate all correspondence and would go entire weeks without an update. Multiple repair parts were damaged by on-site personnel delaying repair by weeks. Service manager stated he would provide incentives to make up for the vehicle taking over 6 weeks to repair and has yet to reach out to fulfill those promises. Like so many other experiences, the top-notch treatment stopped at signing and I was treated like a fool from that moment forward. I made it very clear to everyone involved in the deal of my intimate understanding of the auto & finance industry and was still treated like another clueless uneducated customer. This is my second Denali and 1 of 3 GM vehicles in my driveway, none of which will ever return to Suttle service. As for sales, when it comes to my 4 children I may follow the salesman wherever he goes but Suttle is certainly not secure at the top of my list of preferred dealers.

Great experience! Silver team is always great. Perry has always been great and he was out this last visit. Ms. Lizzy step right and took care of business and kept me up to date during the whole process. She was very helpful and thank you to the tech as well whom was honest about me not needing brakes when I thought I did. I will always bring my vehicles here. Thanks again Silver team!!-Travis

I had missed my appointment on Saturday and my team wasn't able to get me in yesterday. George was able to work me into the Orange Team at 2:30. I was out running errands and had forgotten if it was 2 or 2:30 so I got there about 1:45 to be safe. When George asked if I was dropping off due to my appointment being at 2:30. I told him I had forgotten and that I would wait for the 2:30 appointment time. I went to the lobby and right at about 2:30, George came into the lobby and I thought he was going to tell me they actually couldn't do the oil change. Much to my surprise he told me they were already done. George had no way of knowing I was actually dealing with a lot of personal problems yesterday. He went above and beyond, and should be recognized for his exceptional customer satisfaction skills!

PERRY is the star of the Service Dept. His communication skills and problem solving skills are unmatched. What a great guy! The entire process was contactless, from 1st call to payment, to pick up! Great leader of a great team. Only place ill take my Buick to, just gained a life long customer. All because of 1 great team player!

The car came in for a regular 50,000 service. It took more than 24 hours to get the service completed. My daughter went without her car overnight with no loaner. The price quoted for repair was less than it actually was. It appeared that we were over charged. A fluid flush should not cost in excess of $200 dollars. My extended warranty was documented on the account when I brought it in the last time yet the service provider was not aware of it and was prepared to have me pay out of pocket for the expense. There was a woman covering for Rich the last time I had the car serviced and it was a much better experience. If my first experience hadn t been so pleasant I probably would not return to this location again. My trust in the service reps transparency is diminished. The staff were friendly when arrived and throughout the visit. Shuttle service was excellent getting me from and back to the dealership.The only issue/concern was with the park break service warning that was fixed. I was charged extra to have the break system looked at but turned out breaks are good and it was a my battery that was the issue. If it's common for battery to cause the park break service light to come on, could we have just checked the battery first to prevent extra fees for resetting the errors? Overall pretty good service, thanks!

I haven't got my repaired car back yet, but so the customer services I'd awesome. They are very professional and communicate in a timely manner to keep you updated. So far, it's going great, but I will have a follow-up comment once I get my wrecked car back.

I purchased my vehicle from Suttle in 2020 and have maintained my vehicle for routine service and repairs. Hands down they provide the best service. Shout out to Debbie and Perry, they are genuinely the nicest people to communicate with and are prompt with updates. I refuse to go anywhere else for my car because I have yet to have one bad experience, so thank you because car stuff is stressful, but you make it easy and I love my GMC!

*UPDATE: I wanted the service manager at Suttle Service Department to know that I personally want to thank him for taking care of "ME" and my vehicle issues! As I was a little irritated with the previous issues. My vehicle is currently running very well and,although I complained. I am very thankful with the new transmission running great for now!!! I am definitely a person who will say "A JOB WELL DONE!" THANK YOU MR FAZ FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!!!

I dropped off my 2020 Gmc Sierra 3500 Denali in the hands of this crew to service my transmission. They took their time and figured out what was wrong with it, offered me a rental car to ease the burden of losing my truck and fought with the warranty company to garuntee they would honor a replacement. Johnny and Richard were my first and last line of defense in this situation and they made sure I got the repairs I needed done to the truck..I recommend this crew if you need someone who's going to put you and your problems as a priority. Thanks again guys!

I purchased a pre-owned SUV from Suttle Motors recently.Sonny Hamby, the salesman, played an important role in making the price negotiation, contract signing, and payment process smoothly. This dealer located around 8 hours away from my home. Usually I will not buy a car without seeing it. But this car was certified and came with a 6-month warranty makes me feel comfortable.Despite the distance, Sonny went above and beyond to facilitate a virtual inspection through FaceTime. I truly appreciate his dedication, even putting himself in hard positions to ensure we could thoroughly examine the car. Additionally, the dealership offered a 10-day/500-mile exchange warranty. Given the remote nature of the transaction, Sonny held off on finalizing the paperwork until the car was shipped, using the shipping day as the start date.Throughout the purchase, the flexibility and trust established were noteworthy. On the day of car delivery, one key didn't work, but Suttle Motors allowed us to order a replacement locally, covered the costs, and ensured it was programmed. The online car buying experience was new for me, but everything went smoothly, and I am genuinely pleased with the purchase.

My friend purchased a truck the day before. They asked for him to pick up the truck the next day. To allow them to wash/clean it up and put gas in it. Upon pick up, everyone was very friendly.. And spoke pleasantly. The showroom is beautiful. And meticulously clean. Employees had their dogs the day we went. It felt like more of a family, than coworkers.Just FYI: This particular dealership only fills your new vehicles tank halfway, upon purchase. When my friend inquired, he was told by his salesman, that they have a half a tank maximum.

I spent so much time researching good body shops in the Hampton roads area because I own a very unique colored Lexus. Due to Lexus not having a body shop I went with Suttle. From the moment I arrived for the appointment my adjuster was awesome. Tracy Sena visually inspected my car as if it was her own. She took the time to make sure everything that was damaged in my accident was repaired to perfection. I couldn t have asked for better customer service. I also had repaired minor paint blemishes outside of my insurance claim that Ms. Tracy provided a detailed quote on. The body work was pretty close to perfect. The paint match was impeccable and all the parts they replaced were installed properly. On top of the great service, Ms. Tracy communicated punctually with me and got my repairs completed quickly. The only unsatisfactory experience was the wait associated with my rental from enterprise and the cleanliness of the car. I understand the body shop and rental car facility operate as two separate entities but that s the only area lacking. The body shop hands down does amazing work and if u want someone who cares about your car ask to meet with Ms. Tracy!!! I ve add pictures to show the work completed. Basically the whole drivers side was repaired and the front was repainted. I was very impressed how they were able to color match the Lexus OEM paint.

Sonny helped us sell our car and made a deal that got us more than we received from any dealership in the Hampton Roads! We are very greatful. Only took one star off because I took my car there to be inspected and got charged for so many services that were not necessary! In this economy, who can afford that? I wish they had discussed options with me before performing so many costly services. Dealerships often take advantage of people that aren't mechanically inclined, and it's a shame.Otherwise, selling our car was an amazing process and extra props to Sonny for being so kind to us.

Hard to find a good body shop these days... After spending a few years attempting to deal with mismanaged and defective fixes to my vehicle through Suttle, I guess I'm moving on to find higher quality work.

I took my GMC Acadia there because the ABS light is on, and Stabilitrak needs servicing. They diagnosed the problem. I had no problem in waiting in that peaceful lounge. Excellent customer service. Pleasant staff who goes above & beyond. Clean areas. Complimentary Coffee/tea, & snacks. Shuttle service . Lovely atmosphere. Reasonable prices for services. A special shout out to George!

Just left. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!They misrepresented us on the quote. Promised work was not done. They tried to explain why they didn't do the work promised. I asked to talk to someone about it, and they were reluctant. Eventually, they brought out Steve, who did the quote. He also tried to explain why they didn't do the work. He lied about my insurance (which I didn't use), and he lied about what I requested. After a couple of minutes of hearing him misrepresent and lie, I realized I was dealing with an UNETHICAL place and that they did not care to help. Hopefully, it is just Steve who is dishonest and not the whole company. I consulted my insurance about this, but I paid out of pocket. Steve took the liberty to talk to my insurance company and get a quote from them. He said the quote was higher, and they would give me a new quote to repair the parts they didn't fix. This feels like a SCAM! Prior to picking Suttle, I had gotten quotes at several shops. I wish I had picked ANYWHERE ELSE.I will not be dropping this. I will make a formal complaint with this Better Business Bereau tomorrow, and I will be seeking out how to get my money back. I will follow up with photos of the repairs that were not done.

We just purchased an Escalade from there a couple days ago and we had the pleasure of dealing with JJ (John) and he was an absolute dream salesman. So kind, helpful, and not pushy at all. I called about two vehicles I wanted to see he texted me more pictures and information we came to took and took one home. However, the guy you get sent to to fill out paper work and pay is a NIGHTMARE. So incredibly rude. We were given a buyers order for one amount took that to our bank and got a check for it then when we come back he tells us it s going to be $500 more dollars because of Pennsylvania sales tax (I totally understand that part) I also understand the dealership can t pay your taxes for the vehicle. So instead of taking $500 off the car he said it is what it is either we pay it or we don t get it we were tired of dealing with the bank and tired of signing paper work so I said just keep the car it s over priced anyways according to Kelly blue book they also don t do lifetime oil changes and that s something I know I can get at another dealership. But my husband was just over this guy and car shopping so he found a solution but if it were me the car would have stayed there. He also just has a very bad attitude and it seems like he hates his job/ life and doesn t want to be there. But we absolutely love JJ. I don t think I recommend this dealership but if you do go talk to JJ.

WARNING DO NOT GO HERE!! Steve Davis and Ray Hogge lack integrity!! I brought my car here after I was rear ended in an accident. I was called to pick up my vehicle when it was finished. Drove from Gloucester to get it and when I started the car it sounded like there was a helicopter flying over. I didn't even take the vehicle and just left it there to be fixed and let them know it sounded like the exhaust was causing the noise. Got a call back later the next day saying they made some adjustments with the exhaust and it was ready. Again it was making a noise; this time I brought it home because it was after hours and I needed the car. I looked at the back end of the car and noticed the heat shield for the exhaust was lose and flapping around....causing the noise. (Not sure how the mechanic didn't notice it the first 2 times) Scheduled to have it brought it again and showed Ray what was wrong. (want to point out getting ahold of Ray at this point wasn't easy.) Was supposed to get a rental but they didn't have one ready (even though they new what time I was coming ahead if time). Had to take the car and bring it back 3 hours later. Again had to leave it over night. Got the car back the next day and I didn't notice the sound. Drove home but the car still didn't sound right. This time I crawled on my back as far under the car as I could go and noticed that there was a tweak in the exhaust pipe and it was leaking from where 2 pieces of the exhaust come together. I took pictures for proof. Had the insurance set me up with a different repair shop since my faith and trust in Ray was gone by this point. The new shop put the car on the rack and noticed that the exhaust was bent in multiple places. Had to replace the entire thing. Suttle charged for replacing the exhaust but clearly didn't. Suttle also never once offered to compensate me for my multiple trips to and from Gloucester or for my time that I wasted. I called after to talk to the manager Steve Davis to inform him of the bad experience. He said he would look into it and call me back.....that was 3 weeks ago. Pictures of the bad exhaust Suttle tried to pass off as good below.

The Gold team Always does a great job with there services. But the mechanics should remember to leave the truck like they found it. Please
